They removed all of the sitting area. I'm looking for a new coffee shop. So many people used to hangout there. My son and I would sit and chat for 20 minutes everyday before dropping him off at school. No more. I'm on a search for a customer welcoming coffee shop. read more

One star only because zero isn't an option. The location keeps reducing the hours- it's unpredictable. Even when they are open, the Americano is luke-warm regular coffee that tastes like burnt or expired beans. I will not spend another dollar at this location. Starbucks is a reliable bet for a good coffee and an occasional snack or light meal. This shop in the satellite plaza in front of the main Washington Square (Giant Eagle) Plaza is convenient. I have patronized this establishment a half dozen times or so and have found it to be pleasant. There is a nice outdoor seating area in front of the store. The service is efficient and the dark roast here is quite good. The prices are similar to what you would see at most other Starbucks in the region. If you want a java and are near the east side of North Canton in the Walsh University area, this is a good bet. read more

The worst Starbucks in Ohio honestly slowest service and the workers are more worried about socializing behind the counter and at the drive thru window then paying attention to what people order. No matter when you go there is a constant slow long line. This is on my way to work and I will drive out of the way in order to save time at a different location. read more

Starbucks is based on customer service. The service at this one was rude. I took my nephew for his first trip to get a steamer. We wanted to know the whole list of syrups so he could decide. The barista was quite irritated that he had to do it even though there was no one in line. We also wanted to get a treat and it was just too much for him that we didn't know what we wanted right away. It was just generally disappointing. read more

I've been going to Starbucks since the early 80s. I have only had one poor experience until I went to Washington Marketplace Starbucks in North Canton, Ohio. The female barista's in particular were extremely loud. So loud you couldn't have a conversation across a small table. This went on for an hour so we left. I've been to much larger and busier Starbucks and never had a problem with crowd noise and the employee's were always too busy for idle chatter. Take off the megaphone's and have some consideration. Located on the Hoover park trail, complete with drive thru, this place does coffee coffee as well as anybody in town. Indoor seating is limited but during nice weather you can sit outside. Very friendly staff. Typically a pleasant crowd too. Definitely a fun place to sit and talk while getting your coffee fix read more

Have been through this Starbucks many times and have never had an order made incorrectly (except one time they accidentally made a venti on my grande frap... that was ok ). Only complaint would be that the drive thru line is sometimes too long of a wait (I've sat in it for 25 minutes before) and there is no way to pull out of it if you need to get on your way. read more

This is one the best starbucks in the canton area. The drinks are always consistant here. And the drivethru is long but quick.

This is probably the worst Starbucks of all the nearby locations. 9/10 times I am disappointed after leaving this place. I usually get a Caramel Frappucino and it either has no taste (or tastes like pure milk) or is the consistency of water. McDonald's is more consistent with making better Frappes than this Starbucks! Not to mention they are super slow!! The only reason I keep going back is because of the convenience of the location and the drive-thru. The employees need to make the customers coffee like they would want their own and not rush and make a crappy drink. read more

This used to be a frequent stop for me, but I couldn't get past the slower service. At one point, the staff was consistent and they were great. The staff seemed to change up, sometimes. I got frustrated when they would frequently ask if I wanted my item heated up and I would say no but they still heated it up. I have stopped back, but only because I was driving by. read more

I come to this Starbucks often. The staff is great, the drinks are consistent and they are quick! I've heard some people who complain about their timing and speed, but they are also one of the Starbucks pushing through +100 customers an hour. They also have a drive thru to manage! That sounds pretty amazing to me. I've become close acquaintances to most of the employees due to being a regular. I enjoy my almost daily visit to this Starbucks ! See you all tomorrow! :) read more
