Service is terrible, they never greet you at all and seem like you're an inconvenience half of the time. They rarely pay attention. This is my closest Dunkin, so I come here often because it's most convenient, but every time they mess up my order. Ordered an assortment of 5 munchkins in a variety and they gave me 5 chocolate glaze and nothing else. They also give me almost cold bagel minis and grilled cheese, when they're supposed to be hot. The worst customer service I could ever experience coming to this Dunkin, not only that they can't get an order correct because they can't understand me. They clearly can not listen to an order a customer wants and correctly go through with it. The manager is beyond rude to customers and take the sides of his workers even though they can not do one thing right. I asked for an everything bagel not toasted, cream cheese on the side. Drive thru is always wrapped around the building so I decided to go in. Much quicker! Out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the Cape, I think this one is the best. It's definitely the cleanest. We have a discount card that we purchased from Pop Warner, that allows you to purchase 12 donuts for the price of 6. We have never had an issue with this discount card. Today, the staff refused to honor the card, even though it states that it is accepted at all Florida locations. They claim they "don't have a button for that." Claudio (manager/owner - unsure because he never identified himself) refused to honor the card. He was unapologetic, rude, and had a flat affect. Unfortunately, this is not the first poor experience I have encountered with this location when it comes to stealing money from patrons and not fulfilling their orders. I go to this Dunkin very often. The manager is super nice and knows my name. He always grabs my mobile order if he sees me. Honestly I don't know what people expect. They're coming to Dunkin. I am not one to write reviews often but i think this dunkin deserves it. This is my favorite dunkin in all of cape. Most dunkins make my coffee very watery, this one is consistent. The manager is great and so nice!! They are super quick and efficient and make sure my order gets right to me. I usually order in the app or go inside and I haven't had an issue. Cute little spot. Good service and was greeted with a smile and a good morning when you walk in. The donuts were delicious and the coffee was outstanding.

I can't believe how many negative reviews I've seen talking about the drive thru wrapped around the building- as if that's something employees can control ESPECIALLY during season (clearly some people haven't worked food service a day in their lives). This dunkin is the BEST in the area. All the employees are always giving their 100%, especially the manager on duty. I did not catch his name but that man is a great leader and works alongside his people. The coffee is always perfect and when it's not, they make sure to correct it always. read more

Wow... Just went into Dunkin' Donuts to buy some breakfast and got treated like crap by Marie their associate and their manager Claudio. After standing there for a minute and a half me and my mother decided we could just leave since no one was going to acknowledge us. I tried calling but nobody answered the phoneS the tea honestly tasted like it's been sitting there for days and has a bunch of foam on top not normal for sweet tea. I rarely leave reviews but just had to because I love this DUNKIN! I have been a DD fan for years and always joke that you never know what you are going to get but this is the only Dunkin that keeps it consistent every.single.time. The AM manager remembers me and even knows my name when I walk in and is always kind and pleasant. He leads a tight ship and everyone I've interacted with has been really sweet even in the one situation where my order was slightly off. If you are in a rush I recommend doing mobile order. on Friday about 10:30 am we stopped at Dunkin and got a dozen doughnuts to go. six custard filled chocolate. and 6 heart shaped jelly filled doughnuts. the jelly filed ones were so old and hard that we could not eat them. Omg. I ordered the pancakes, and they didn't offer any syrup. I ordered drinks and they did not give me straws for the drinks. Yikes. My order was all wrong. I got a sandwich with no cheese and it came with cheese. I ordered a small coffee with 1:1 and a medium coffee with 1:2. The small coffee looked like milk and the medium coffee looked super brown. The employees put 1:2 in the small and 1:1 in the medium. The place was not busy at all and all these mistakes were made.
