The donuts are well decorated and taste good... However, after eating 1 jelly donut I was Disappointed. So I cut the last 2 in half and took pictures and used Measuring Spoons to see how much filling you use in your donuts! Really I need a Magnifing Glass to see. 1 donut had 3/4 tsp of jelly and the other had 1 tsp of jelly. Normal Raspberry Filling is 1 to 2 Tbl Tablespoons. I had to eat nearly the entire donut before I tasted and Filling. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. I also noted you Fully Decorate your holiday donuts with food colors or Paint Poisoning . I love Krispy Kreme, but after today, it's almost impossible to be treated with respect by the employees who work there. I arrived at 9:43 PM on February 4, 2025, and according to the website, the store is open until 10 PM. As I entered, a staff member immediately questioned me, asking, "How did you get in?" I responded, "Through the door," to which she rudely replied, "You didn't read the sign?" I asked, "What sign?" because I hadn't seen any. Upon looking, I noticed a sign near the entrance. I then told her, "Close the door then," and she abruptly shouted, "I don't have to close the door!" I responded, "Yes, you do." It is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for employees to decide when to close the store while the official hours online state otherwise. I came here on a Wednesday around 9. We got half a dozen donuts, iced coffee and hot coffee. We choose a variety of donut flavors. Paid $20 for all. The donuts and coffee were good. My iced coffee was very strong! The chocolate custard filing donut was not filled. I let the girl know and she gave me 3 chocolate custard filled donuts to make up for it. One of the things I was so excited about moving back to the Soutb was Krispy Kreme. In all my years of eating them never had a bad donut until now. I bought a dozen donuts of 6 glazed and 6 chocolate covered vanilla kreme. I had my coffee ready and bit into it and I had to spit it out, it was terrible. It was easy to tell that they hadn't changed the oil in the fryer in a very long time if at all. It had that rancid oil taste and had to throw out the whole dozen. We visited this store and had a coupon for buy one dozen get one dozen free. We love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. But we had one major problem with the young gentleman working on the drive thru window. He collected the money with his gloves on, and then proceeded to pick up our doughnuts with the same gloves that he had on while running the register touching all the dirty money. I was appalled at his actions. I politely asked him to change his gloves and he went behind the wall so we could not see if he really changed his gloves. I personally didn't want the doughnuts anymore but my 85 year old Dad wanted them so bad we still accepted them. We just wanted to get a donut and a nice hot cup of coffee to make up for a bad lunch. Well, I'm bad luck continue to Krispy Kreme donuts. I ordered a cup of coffee for myself and my mother and we ordered a dozen donuts. We sat down and grab a donut and took a sip of the coffee. The coffee was cold. My mother went back up to the counter and asked for a hot cup of coffee because that one was cold in the 2nd cup had no sugar in it and wasn't hot either. A Krispy Kreme Donut franchise opened up in Fort Myers two weeks ago. This is first place in Fort Myers where you can get freshly make donuts under Krispy Kreme brand! At this location, it was designed to either have your donuts/coffee there or pick up your donuts to go. The drive-in lines were wrapped around the parking lot with an average wait of 45 minutes in the first two weeks. The first two weeks they made over 907,000 donuts. Today, I dropped by around 10:30 AM and was able to park my car in the parking lot and got a dozen donuts in less than 7 minutes! However, the drive-in line has about 15 cars waiting patiently! We sampled the original glazed, Power-Sugar Lemon, Dulce de Leche, Double Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Ice glazed and Raspberry glazed donuts. We like yeast donuts so we did not have any cake donuts nor order any coffee, lattes, cappuccino, expresso, tea or frozen drinks. My wife likes the size of the donut. They are little smaller than some of local Fort Myers donuts. She can have two donuts without feeling guilty! They serve more than just donuts, you can have apple fritters, as well as bagel with butter or cream cheese. The donuts are freshly made on site! Yes, I cannot find any fault in their yeast donuts other than the size but I will not wait 45 minutes to pick up my donuts. I find Krispy Kreme doughnuts to be so addicting that I think they should be listed as a controlled substance with the DEA However, on this particular visit I had the misfortune of dealing with Terry the manager. I was asking for a side of the white cream filling so that I could dip my donuts in it. He said, we're not supposed to do that. So I jokingly responded, but it would make me so happy. To which he replied, yeah, but I don't work for you and I don't want to get in trouble. well I've got news for you Terry, whoever hired you would definitely not get you in trouble for providing excellent customer service by granting an easy request to a happy customer. However, they definitely definitely would get you in trouble for having a terrible attitude and saying something as offensive as that to a customer. Hopefully whoever hired you is reading this and will look into your attitude and how it affects business here. They were still good and when I got home I heated a couple in the microwave for 10 secs and they were nearly as good as the hot ones in the store. Krispy Kremes if you know you know...delicious doughnuts. Any glazed version is covered and super sweet. The dough is fluffy and the doughnuts almost melt in your mouth. Service was somewhat slow today. I think the staff had multiple items in the orders which made some of us that just wanted doughnuts to wait. The person grabbing my doughnuts was very friendly however checkout I asked about the cost, $18, for 6 doughnuts and an apple fritter ($2.99)? Kid looked at me like I had 2 heads.
