We stopped at Ron-Da-Voo Lounge & Deli in Vinton after a hot day of bike riding from Toledo toward…read moreAlburnett, and it ended up being a really good mid-ride stop. Walking in from the bright sun, it was dark inside -- almost too dark at first -- but we were greeted kindly right away and pretty quickly felt like we were being treated like family. They let us plug in devices to charge, waters and drinks came quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. I tried a suggested non-menu crab quesadilla with raspberry vinaigrette, and it was perfect light fare for a mid-ride meal. Kim had the roast beef hoagie with slaw and a pickle, and she enjoyed hers too. Nothing was necessarily fancy or over-the-top special, but the food was good, hit the spot, and was respectably priced. The place has a cool old-town, small-town bar vibe and clearly caters to locals, which I actually liked. Everyone seemed to know each other. The bathrooms were very small, and the whole place is a bit tired, but somehow that kind of worked with the ambiance. From the outside, it is pretty unassuming, and if you were not looking for it, you could easily go right by. But if we find ourselves back in Vinton, we would for sure stop again. The service was FANTASTIC!

The ice cream and pies on offer looked tantalizing, but we came in for dinner first. We ordered 2 hot sandwiches and swapped halves so we could enjoy sampling more on our first visit. We tried the Italian Stallion and the Great Dane sandwiches, both on sourdough, with fries on the side. We loved both sandwiches, but thought the Great Dane was better. The American Fries are actually roasted, seasoned new potatoes (not fried potatoes), but they were delicious! For dessert I had to go with the classic banana split because they are hard to come by. Amazing! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

The Classic is just that, a beloved local spot in downtown Brooklyn where the friendly service and delicious food made for a truly memorable dining experience! The staff made us feel right at home from the warm greeting at the door to the server's helpful recommendations. The menu offered plenty of options, including daily specials. My tacos were delicious and bursting with flavor. Whether you live nearby or just passing through - i would definitely recommend making a stop here.

They came with fries which were tasty. The girls got fish tacos & they were plain. We asked for salsa & tartar & they said they were out of the usual wasabi that comes with them. (Note; I would have ordered something else if that had been disclosed ). The outdoor patio looks like a fun place when the weather turns warm! Nice folks. Good food!

The decor consists of signs from past local businesses all over the walls and ceiling...the Coast-To-Coast sign has a special connection for me as my Grandmother worked there when I was a kid. We started off with the Loaded Tater Tots that were pretty good but could have been really good had the cheese been melted and the bacon chopped up into smaller pieces...the Tots themselves were done very well. The star of the dinner was the awesome Pork Tenderloin Sandwich. A crispy yet lightly breaded tenderloin cooked perfectly...it's disappointing to get overcooked tenderloins as they become very tough...these folks got the timing down! Add on any of the pickles, onions, lettuce, and tomato served alongside to your taste and you've got a great sandwich! We'll definitely be back again!
