First of all when you walk in and notice everyone else complaining about their orders being messed up, I should have walked out. I didn't. I kindly asked to use the restroom which was hardly functional and needed a key to open. What really got me was when I wanted to use my point for a free donut, they claimed the long John is a premium donut and would not except my Dunkin's app coupon. If you go on Dunkin's website, long John's are not premium. I will never go back to a Dunkin that takes advantage of their customers. read more

I've been ordering from this DD since they opened. It's walking distance from my house and it's our go-to for bagged coffee, donuts, other morning treats and pick-me ups. The service has always been great. The menu items have always been fresh and the atmosphere has always been clean. Pre-Covid they have always been good to my kids. When we walk in, they may offer them a donut hole or put a few extra holes into our munchkin order. When I opened yelp to report on how sanitary they were during COVID -times, I was shocked to see that their stars were so low. Given that their service has always been stellar and the menu items meet, if not exceed expectations, my guess is most people (like me) don't review common places like DD. The ones that review common places like DD are those that are disgruntle about something. So all the great service they've provided goes unnoticed because of a few bad reviews. Honestly, this place is awesome compared to other DDs I've been in. Please, take my word. read more

I came here as our office is not too far away. I had a bday coupon to use: so figured a good time to try their espresso drinks. I ordered the latte and it was by far the weakest and saddest excuse for one! Not sure if it's the location or corporate wide they put out such bland overpriced silliness; but I for one will never order one again. This location used to be great. Now it's not very clean, you have to wait for someone that actually speaks English to you, employees work in their regular clothes not in work uniform so it feels like you stepped into someone kitchen. They constantly yell something in another language to one another while you're trying to order, constantly interrupting you and not pay attention to your order. 4 out of 5 orders are wrong. I've gotten caffeine when ordering decaf, hazelnut when ordering caramel, Boston Creme in a Bavarian cream donut and much more. If you can go to another location, DO IT. read more

This is a beautiful location there is no doubt about it. Nestled in a cute little corner. However the experience left so much to be desired. The girl at the register looked so tired and I felt like I was going to wake her from a nap. She looked off to the side when she spoke to you and I noticed her not acknowledging customers when they left. It really made you feel unwelcome. And then to the donuts. I get that as time goes on donuts lose their freshness. But the minute I took A bite into the bow tie donut I could immediately tell it had been sitting out so long. It was not good. OK, so it's another DD franchise that just opened on the first week of November. But to me, it's a convenient location on the way to work. I always hated jumping lanes of busy traffic trying to get to the one on Milwaukee & Devon. The Edison Park neighborhood definitely needed one in the area and now we'll be getting 2 DD's. The second one will open on NW Highway in Park Ridge across from the Pancake House, about 2 miles away. For the moment, this one is open for business and certainly there's been a crowd each day this week as I pass the place about 6:10 every morning. Inside, the smell of fresh coffee hits you the moment you walk in. I love their apple fritters (big enough for 2 servings). I got mine and a Dunkaccino (OK to laugh here) and I was out the door in 2 minutes even though I was 3rd in line when I walked in. This Dunkin's is on the first floor of a newly built office building on the pointy corner of Northwest Highway and Devon. There's plenty of tables, nicely decorated walls that look classy, and not the tacky and bright DD interiors of the past 10-15 years. This is a great Dunkin' Donuts, If I order one donut they always give me a couple munchkins for free. There service is very fast and there coffee is great and don't get me started on there frozen chocolate. I 100% recommend coming here. And though there is normally one person working here it's still fast and great and the people are always friendly. read more

Terrible service! This location has 24 hours signs all over yet the employee rudely told me I had to leave at 10 pm because they were closed? Mind you, when I first walked in and started to set my items down in the back corner, the employee told me that section is closed after 9pm (it was 845 pm when I arrived). Yet when 9 pm came, he was sitting down in that specific area! All my friend and I wanted to do was study for a couple hours as this location was closer than my usual go-to. Stay away. Was a long time customer at this location until they put two fans on the counter to keep air circulating to keep flys and gnats off donuts. Maybe they should address the problem and find a real solution. Also seen today four coffee pots on the counter with different creamers inside them being used to serve customers. When I used the bathroom, there was a sign that said please do not flush paper towels and toilet paper down the toilet and to put them in the trash receptacle which was on the wall. Every since they renovated this Dunkin it has gotten so much better . The place itself looks very nice and the setup is really modern and new . The lady their knows how to make the drinks . I usually order an ice coffee with carmel and sugar and she puts in the right amount and stirs it . It taste really good ! read more

Worst sandwich I have ever eaten! The big and toasty was more like the big and mushy! The bread was not toasted at all, just very mushy from some flavorless oil they put on it. No cheese anywhere, the eggs were flavorless as well as the thin sliced bacon strips also flavorless. I only got 4 hash browns which supposed to come with the meal. Coffee comes with the meal, why would she ask me if I wanted it? No excuse as they were not busy. I guess they just don't care what kind of slop they put out for $6.89! As a ex-DD Franchisee, I can say this is one of the worst DD I have been in. Every DD makes mistakes, probably too often but it happens but to make a mistake, get called out on it and then act like its MY fault is just bad customer service. I asked for a coffee with sugar and I got decaf, when I said I didn't want decaf I was told I did! Really?? I think I know what I ordered and at 7:30am it's sure was NOT decaf! It was an argument to get what I ordered and reluctantly none the less! They are close to my house and will undoubtedly get my business again but make sure you pay close attention to your order. I will be on the lookout for a closer DD preferably with a drive-thru in the future that hopefully has a new franchisee. read more

Ah I love Dunkin Donuts coffee and I stop here often for a decaf and in the summer my Iced Coffee. Its very clean and the employees here are very nice and quick. The only complaint is the parking lot, only because of the location of this place the lot is small. if you get there in the morning its packed and hard to get in and out or even find a spot.
