When I asked, I was informed that the Donuts are delivered in the morning. Wait wth! DELIVERED? What happen to making the donuts on site? No wonder they run out of Donuts by 11:30 AM. It is not the employees fault, perhaps the Manager who places the Donuts orders. Or maybeeeeee Dunkin Corporate not supplying their franchises with what they need. Very pleasant employees and friendly. The service is good and they are good about getting drinks done quickly, even when busy. The food is of decent value for that of a coffee shop. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite for the price. The store is clean and they worked their butts off while still smiling, especially on a holiday. read more

They were super busy, but weren't too busy to answer my question about my order. The staff was friendly and helpful. Order was made right and made as quickly as they could given the fact that it was so busy. A taller lady with dark brown hair was making my order and was so nice and handled all the orders really well. They really did a nice job. If I get any sweetener in my coffee I always ask for way less so I was confirming with the taller lady and instead of brushing me off like I have been before she was super nice. Service is everything to me. Here eas our experience today:The drive thru line was extremely long and barely moved. We decide to go inside and take out. We saw why it was taking so long: at least 5 employees joking around and not doing anything. A subway employee was leaning over the counter joking with the drive thru employees. I've given this location multiple tries just to see if their coffee gets any best but sadly it doesn't. Today I ordered a Decaf Caramel Iced Coffee with cream and it honestly tasted like watery milk. Every time I order coffee from here it never tastes right. Which I know that can be every dunkin' but the other locations I can tell they put the right stuff in. This one doesn't. They charge me for the extra pumps of flavoring but never put it in there. The owner is also very rude. I tried tipping the cashier one day and he came from the background and basically yelled no tips!! I felt so bad for the girl working. They also don't do pup cups! Coming from an ex-employee, I would not go here. The things I saw happen and the way my manger made us treat customers was degrading. Our other "manager" (we called him the tattletale) because when we would help a customer out he would tell on us and we would get in trouble, because if he messed up on a drink (which was quite often) we would gladly remake it and he would tell on us because of it. Don't ask why. Also the same man who tattles also drops bagels, donuts, etc. and puts them back on the shelf after being on the nasty ground. And if we snuck and threw it away and he saw......he would go tattle. So just so you know...it's really not the employees fault if you stuff sucked. That's how they want to run their business. Dunkin' Donuts coffee hasn't changed much. Which is cool. However, the older gentlemen that works at this location (I'm assuming he's the owner, which is even worse) is just plain rude! He barely speaks to the customers and gets annoyed when you ask for a bigger bag, because he's shoved all 13 of your sandwich's into a small bag or only gave you 1 napkin for said sandwich's. Not the best. I'm not from Clarksville but I've been working here for a few months come here to get some iced coffee and donut. It seems everytime my coffee gets worse in tasting. They put more ice in the damn coffee so it ends up tasting like water. As a visitor to Clarksville, I wish I read the reviews of this place first. Here was my experience: First, the doughnuts. I ordered a dozen doughnuts and arrived home with a box of rocks. They were MORE than the day old. Second: My son-in-law ordered a sandwich. Glad we had a microwave because it was cold (near frozen) when we arrived home. Finally the (?) coffee. I definitely understand that coffee is the big profit maker @DD, but c'mon! It was watered down soooooo badly that it ended up in the drain. Awful, watered down coffee every time I've come here. Was excited to have a Dunkin nearby, moving from Boston, but this place is NOT up to par. I specifically order turbo espresso shots in my coffee to make it stronger, and even that doesn't help. Service is always iffy too. They must have high turnover because employees always seem to have that "first day" confusion. One of my favorite places to go for getting out the door early on travel days. They forgot straws, coffee wasn't mixed all the way and was literally half coffee and syrup, didn't realize till down the highway. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have nothing against teenagers working (I worked as a teen and have a teen working now myself) when they actually have work ethic and take their job seriously. Yes, dunkin is a fast food chain, but it doesn't excuse their lack of customer service and continued disappointing failed orders. This place is a joke when it comes to patient satisfaction. Not good service. Was charged too much and I am missing items from the bags they gave me. Calling them is a challenge. Nobody answers and the recording says the mailbox is full.
