Went to this Krispy Kreme recently for my birthday as they send you a free dozen of glazed donuts if you're signed up for their rewards program (I definitely recommend!) and it was a great experience. The employees were super nice and helpful as they showed me how to redeem the coupon. They were also super quick and had it ready within seconds! You guys need to hire nicer people. Stop hiring teenagers who have issues putting donuts in a box. I went at 8:30 or so (u guys close @10) and I walked in and the girl didn't smile or greet me at all. Just said "what can I help you with?" In a rude tone. Giving me dirty looks. I love the coffee at Krispy Kreme. The donut selection was amazing. There were so many flavors to chose from. I ended up picking a custard filled one. It was so fresh and tasty. The perfect amount of filling. We brought in our to go mugs and got a discount. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to serve us. You can dine in or take out. Ive had Krispy Creme donuts before at work events but today was my first time ever inside and WOW this place is so cute!! I was greeted by Alex, and ordered a cinnamon roll and a 3ct glaze for my bday rewards. I was expecting to get donuts off of the window display, but Alex gave my hubby and I donuts fresh off the glaze conveyer belt!!! Ive never had a donut this fresh before! Im in love! This is my first time in a Krispy Kreme and I must say this is a clean and great environment. The people and the workers are very nice. The bathrooms are immaculate. I came in on a Saturday high peak time and the service was friendly, fast and efficient. I'm not sure why others gave such a low score but to me this is a beautiful store. I enjoy the variety of seating options and they even have highchair options with plenty of condiment And trashcan placements. It's also nice to see you that the two managers are pitching in and creating a nice work environment, since it's a open work environment, there seems to be no Auge or bickering amongst the employees. Everyone is down and working as fast as they can. This is one of my additional options to get a nice vanilla latte. It is not the most fancy, but it will do in a pinch. One last comment, my drink was a small iced vanilla coffee and a glazed doughnut. I get to the register and I see a credit for my doughnut. I asked why and apparently it was customer appreciation day for a glazed donut, which was nice, but it would've been nice to have had that been advertised. Although I can see why the owner may not want to advertise due to money loss, but again why have it at all? But it's the thought that counts, right? I was there to pick up an order. The employees ignored me, so I went to the cashier. There was a group waiting for their order standing and talking. The cashier acted like I was trying to cut in line. The group told her they were served. When I told her that I was there to pick up my order, she snorted and rolled her eyes. Well, if I could give 3.5 stars I would. I am rounding up. Why? I feel good today. No real reason I feel so generous. The service and doughnuts (new, limited time) are not consistent in quality. So, this review has been sitting here as a draft. I have been back a couple times since, but just now getting to finish this. So, 4 stars for this visit 6 months ago (HOT sign on) and 3 stars for my most recent visit a few days ago (HOT sign off). The chocolate creme doughnut was just nothing to mention. The Dutch Apple Pie donut, however, was pleasantly yummy. I got it with my hubby in mind. It's just like apple pie and tastes best warmed up in the microwave for 8 seconds! The service that day must have been pretty good since I had selected four stars to start this review. However, I cannot recall who it was. Quick, friendly, and courteous service will get four stars. Most recently, though, checkout was slower. When they actually fix or replace their scanner for their much advertised rewards program, then that will get them an extra star! Sheesh. Pay with a card, it's the fastest. Using the app means typing in the rewards number by hand because the scanner doesn't work. Also, to earn rewards, they will still have to manually add your phone number (shorter than the rewards account number). Okay... now for the doughnuts. I like lemon. The lemon-filled is pretty good. The raspberry-filled is better. The original glazed are best warm or when they have the HOT sign on. This recent visit, the light was not on. My dad loves the plain glazed though. My favorite is the apple fritter. It has actual apple pieces in them. The special Butterfinger doughnut (see photo) was not as good as it looks. Yea, I know, it doesn't look that great. Precisely. Disappointed with that since I like the candy. For their rewards program, you earn a "point" for each purchase. So, after 12 single doughnuts, you get 1 for free. Same for purchases by the dozen. If you get a dozen doughnuts twelve times, then you just earned a free dozen. Same for the coffee and for specialty coffee. Buy 12, get 1 free. I like the old program because it seemed like I earned free rewards faster. Occasionally, I will get my free donut when they have some special holiday or event. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme. This shop in paticular is VERY cheap. This is the 4th time I have purchased here and i always get chocalte iced kreme filled. They put absolutly no cream in their doughnuts. 2 bites in and you are done with the cream filling and you still have more than half the doughnut in your hand. read more

We decided to visit and saw the hot and ready sign lit. Went through the drive through to only find out that the sign is false advertisement. Drive through informed us there are no original glazed donuts. None. Not just that they're not hot and ready as the sign portrays but that they don't have any at all. 5 star for hot glazed donuts. The light is on around 6-10 in the am, and around 6-10 in the pm, but you can ask your local store for specific hours. Other than the hot glazed donuts, everything is a little iffy. Most of their donuts don't keep very well. Even hot glazed donuts turn mushy after about half a day. Recently, they advertised pumpkin spiced donuts on the weekends during hot light hours. Well, the pumpkin donuts were not hot or fresh, even though I bought them during the specified hours. They were obviously made hours before-the glaze on the raised donuts were already wrinkly. So what's the point of advertising it so that you can only buy it when the light is on? The last two times I tried to buy decaf, they were out and had to make fresh decaf. I waited once, skipped the other time. Shouldn't a coffee and donut place have decaf on hand, especially at night? The hot glazed donuts are still magical. Can't say the same for anything else here. read more

I am so glad the drive thru is open. I was happy to see employees wearing masks and gloves while handling my order. Of coarse they are busy so I had to wait but the drive thru consistently kept moving. I really enjoyed the spring minis. The bunny bum was my favorite. Great job everyone. read more

I have been going to this location for a while now, but today ends my journey. I'm never going back. I had a reward coming for a free doughnut. The lady at the window said no I had to buy 5 more doughnuts for a free one. I told her I would be back with proof needed. The internet was showing offline on my phone. I went home printed out the email about my free doughnut and showed what was on my account. On my account it showed I had a free doughnut that would expire on 02/09/2023, which I showed to the manager. I even showed a copy of the email I printed off of my account. This is something that is really hard to believe. Even after showing all this information they still charged me for my free doughnut, and basically calling me a liar. I kid you not. In addition they removed the free doughnut showing on my account and replaced it with saying I needed 5 more doughnuts. I still have the print out, and I still have my receipt. If you will literally commit fraud over a doughnut there is no way I would ever go back. The doughnuts are really not that good. Good bye forever to a customer who has bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts since I was a kid. We're talking about 60 years. read more

I have been a long time Krispy Kreme fan, having eaten donuts from many locations around Georgia. Although I anticipated its opening, I am not impressed with the Clarksville, TN store. I ordered their "hot glazed donuts" on three occasions while the "Hot Donuts Now" sign was lit. I have yet to have a "hot glazed donut" from this location. They usually give me a dozen of prepackaged donuts that have been sitting for several hours. At every store I have been to before, if I specify "hot glazed donuts" they box them right off the conveyor belt. Drive thru open 24 hours! Been craving one of these donuts for months! Fresh hot donuts from 6 am til 10 am. Been up since 4 am and waited til 6 just for it to be fresh. Worth the wait in my opinion. Went through drive thru and it was a little bit busy but workers were pretty fast for the morning rush. We love Krispy Kreme we have visited many locations that offer "fresh hot donuts" we went through the drive through and we were handed a cold box of donuts. This is not my first time here so I know when the box isn't warm anymore neither are the donuts. I then opened the box and they where already flakey and cold . I mentioned it o the guy in the window and he said that's the way the always are. I said can you change them for fresh ones mind you I squeezed one showing him it was cold. So he went back and brought me the box back. It was warm so I assumed that he changed them. We drove away and looked at the donuts and all he did was microwave them. I was so disappointed cause I spent almost $9 at this location and got gummy , chewy donuts. So un happy with this service. read more
