If I could put zero stars, I would. I am a recurring customer of this restaurant. I am always purchasing their iced coffees and have never had a problem until now. Unfortunately, I purchased two iced coffees that were way too watered down and I didn't feel satisfied so I RESPECTFULLY asked if they could remake them. The workers were understanding and nice, but the store owner/manager threw a fit over the fact that we couldn't give them back the drinks because of the corona virus. He insisted that the coffee was fine and that no one else that day had thought it was watered down. We still didn't care and just wanted our money's worth, so we just asked if they could remake it. He then asked us to pour the drinks out our WINDOW to make sure we weren't trying to take advantage of them. The situation was so out of pocket when all we wanted was a remake and we never caught an attitude. The coffee has never tasted bad up until now, but the service has always been disrespectful and rude. The drink took 30 seconds to make again, and was made right without a hassle. So, much like Mariah H. I too am from New England. Which means that I've been to...I don't know, 500 different Dunkin Donuts in my life? This ranks as one of the worst. Background, I go here nearly every day on my way to work. Why I keep doing that is utterly beyond me. 1. Speed. Or lack thereof. Look, I get it. A) The staff are typically younger and a bit lackadaisical. I wasn't when I was 18, but I understand and forgive the fact that it comes with the age range. B) This is the south. Where the average walking speed is a full mile an hour slower than the average speed in the northeast. And C) they work at a Dunkin Donuts. It must be pretty easy to run out of F's to give. Nonetheless, at the end of the day this is consistently the slowest location I've ever been to. That's not hyperbole. If you show up and there's a line, you might be tempted to yell at the driver in front of you for taking his/her sweet time. But lo, when you yourself roll up to order you'll realize that fault lies with the employee who either can't get your order right (forcing you to repeat it multiple times) or who simply doesn't even come online to take your order at all for at least a few minutes. One time while waiting for someone to take my order over the speaker box or whatever the wait was so long I ACTUALLY CALLED the manager in the Dunkin Donuts and asked him what the F was taking so long. The answer? Nothing was! Someone just, like, wasn't doing their job. That's where we are with this location. What I'm saying is: we need to band together and support each other through this crisis. Go team. 2. Accuracy: If you order five times, two of those orders will be wrong. Try it for a week. It's like a really not fun game. Sometimes it's just the number of sugar packets they do or don't put in; sometimes they'll go a step further and give you the wrong bagel; the best is when they completely forget an item. Either way, pro tip: Sip your coffee before you leave the counter/window and check all your items for accuracy. 3. Overall customer experience: depends on who you get. In all, I'm about a heartbeat away from cancelling my DD perks account and just stopping at the gas station for coffee on my way to work. But I'll say this: Dunkin Donuts has a customer service link in both their app and online. If you save your receipt they can even track the time that you made your purchase. For those regulars reading this, consider making regular reports. read more

While I absolutely love my dunkin, I will no longer go to this location. I was going almost every day as this one is right by my house, and they do make good coffee but they charge almost twice as much as the one across town. They charge for extra flavoring for a caramel mocha & when I get a large it ends up being 2$ extra. I was even willing to overlook that for awhile since it is so close but recently they have been giving me my order wrong since they never read the order back to me & the girl got mad at me & said she'd have to charge me more even tho had she just read it back to me I could have corrected her. I'm assuming the only thing that keeps this Dunkin' up and running is the location, it's surely not the customer service!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! The owner of this establishment is very rude and has zero people skills! I ordered a Blueberry Crisp Iced Latte through the online app and when I went to pick it up it had no whipped cream on it. I frequently order this drink from the app at the Hopkinsville, KY location and never have any issues. I asked the owner for whipped cream, he points to my receipt and tells me, "Not on your receipt, I charge for whipped cream." So I tell him that it comes on the drink. He says, "I charge." I walk out to my car to get my phone to show him that it's on the drink when ordering. He cuts me off mid sentence, doesn't even look at what I'm trying to show him, grabs my drink, squirts whipped cream on it and rudely says, "Next time I charge, I have no control on what's online, have a nice day!" He might as well have told me to piss off. There won't be a next time for me at this location. When I asked the girl behind the counter if he was the GM she told me he was the owner. I WOULD NOT WANT SOMEONE SO RUDE AND DISMISSIVE REPRESENTING MY BRAND!! I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and in restaurant management for over 10 of those years, I'd be fired in a heartbeat for treating customers the way he does. It's appalling!!! I ordered from my app as an on the go order and my order was still not ready when I arrived. Our sandwiches were cold and the barista gave us both dark roast even when I ordered original blend. I threw away the 2nd large iced coffee today because yall put the wrong amount of flavored syrup in my drink. I like my coffee strong, so that you can actually still taste the coffee. Im not one to write reviews regardless of the service we get but this was one of the worst Dunkin experiences we've ever had. My husband and I went in were just in there and ordered 2 Blueberry Crisp ice lattes and upon receiving them we noticed that they were outrageously bitter (mine being more bitter than my husband's so that's how I figured something was off) as if the coffee was burnt or old. We went back inside and spoke with someone (who appeared to be a member of managment). We told him that it tasted very bitter, expressing our dissatisfaction with the product, and thus asked to exchange it for another drink. His response was "It is supposed to taste like that" and to put sugar in it. My husband eventually got so fed up that he eventually just threw one of them out before walking out the door. As one who has worked in the customer service industry for a good minute, I personally feel that a better response would have been to apologize about our dissatisfaction and offer to make it right (i.e replace the product or give us a refund), not "That's how it is supposed to be" and send us on our way. We just PCS'd from Hawaii and my husband and I were so excited to finally have DD after 3 years! What a disappointment and from the previous reviews it seems we aren't alone. They haven't had the product we wanted for 2 days in a row now (Hot chocolate coolatta and everything bagel) clearly on their menu. The hash browns we got were soggy. On 2/14 my husband went through the drive thru at about 7 am. The address is 1761 Tiny Town Rd a, Clarksville, TN 37042. He ordered 2 Big and Toasted sandwiches and brought them home. As I opened the bag I discovered doughnuts inside. I called the location as I began to tell them the issue the girl I spoke with knew what the sandwiches were before I even told her. She said I can have 2 ready for you if you want to come and get them or you can get them next time you come this way. I told her it was out of our way... I sent my husband there almost 15 extra miles to get this order. I asked her what they were going to do about the extra gas it was going to cost us. She said nothing.. I can give you the sandwiches or I can give you a refund... not both. I told her I wanted the manager and she told me he was busy I said I would hold. At that point she giggled and said OK and must have laid the phone down.. in less than a minute I was hung up on. I called back and it must have been the manager that answered I told him my issue and he asked to call me back. I told him no.. he kept on saying I'll call you back, ill call you back then he hung up. Didn't ask for my number just hung up. Tried to call back to no avail.. they must have caller I'd. I don't normally write comments on here but I had to after wasting my money here. We stopped by early in the morning to grab a coffee and a donut, and my child got a smoothie. I asked for a maple bar, and was told they no longer serve maple bars, so we ended up with just a regular glazed donut. The donuts were extremely stale, the coffee was luke warm and tasted like water, and even my kid said the smoothie was bad. I tasted it and yes it was bland and artificial tasting. I haven't been to a DD in a long time, but I would say they have gone downhill. If I have to eat doughnuts it'd have to be Dunkin Donuts. I don't much care for their coffee or their other menu items. Their breakfast sandwiches/muffins have an off flavor to the eggs or bread. Not quite sure just know I don't like it. Their coffees are incredibly too sweet. But I LOVE their doughnuts. Perfect fluffy texture to them and not so sweet that their inedible. I am a Dunkin fanatic. I drink it from morning to night. Being on the road for work I drive past several locations daily so I know Dunkin'. With my daughter recently moving less than a mile away, I have given this location more than a dozen tries but I am done! What a waste of my money EACH time! The coffee is awful!!!!! I order the same thing daily, at each location I visit and it taste awesome but NOT here. I got hash browns here a recently and they were so soggy and greasy I could have squeezed the grease out of them! I literally threw them away! I told the staff the next day when I drove through ordering yet another coffee and they didn't even care. I asked for a receipt that visit just to let them know and I asked for a call?? No one ever reached out. The gentleman that owns the place is just plain rude! I ordered a bacon wrap this morning with my iced coffee and after one gagging bite, I opened it to find one piece of disgusting uncooked bacon. I have been in and out of the bathroom ever since. Not sure if it's from the bite of the wrap or the coffee that had an unexplainable awful taste??? Who knows??? I have a feeling they don't throw anything out when it expires! Done! This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I swing in often for drinks and/ or donuts and there is something wrong with my order every time!! After the first few times, I even called corporate because there was no working phone (there is now). They took my complaint and told me they would pass my info to the owner and that he/ she would call me....never did! On at least 3 occasions, they've been OUT OF donuts at 9 AM...I was told that I "missed the rush". Really? A donut shop that runs out of donuts at 9am??? And customer service....lacking. Today was my third and final time I will be going to this location. When your location is basically empty you would think the tables would be clean. I had to clean my table and I noticed another lady cleaning hers. The guy who Im going to assume is the Owner/manager must have left his personality and manners wherever it was he came from. He doesnt greet you coming or going. My daughters donuts was stale and my coffee was bitter. Last time I had went my Iced Coffee was a Iced milk with a shot of coffee, so much milk and hardly any coffee flavor. I noticed he wasnt even greeting the military men and women coming in, come on show a little respect to the people who are keeping you in business. Over the weekend my husband and I took our kids to the location on Fort Campbell the donuts were fresh and the coffee was great. WORST DD I HAVE EVER BEEN HAD. I just returned home from a year long deployment to the Middle East and had to have DD! First of all the coffee is extremely weak and watered down. With that the "manager" makes the coffee with 75% cream 25% coffee. In the 4 days I was in the area visiting family I went twice thinking maybe the first time just wasn't great. Well second trip was even worse. Again, the coffee was watery and all cream. The young girl at the counter took my order and gave me a receipt without giving my fiancé a chance order although he was right next to me, rude. Back to the manager, he had a little bandage on his arm - what you get after having blood drawn. The cotton with tape. HE WAS MAKING FOOD AND DRINKS WITH THIS ON!!! Unsanitary. Then we got our coffees and again all cream, I poured about a inch out of our coffees and asked they top it off with coffee (hoping to balance it out) this girl had the audacity to roll her eyes. Last but by least, we got on the road and opened our breakfast to find the croissants stale, luke warm and packaged very poorly to the point it was folded over and partially ripped. I'm from New England. I love Dunkin Donuts, always have. EVERY SINGLE DAMN TIME that I order food here, they severely mess up my order. One time I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant... and I received cheese on a croissant. Another time, I ordered their chicken salad with provolone and I received what looked like about a tablespoon of chicken salad without the cheese. I am NEVER one to write reviews. I specifically signed up for yelp just to review this location. Their service is atrocious and the food that they serve is despicable. I strongly encourage someone craving dunkin donuts to find a different location. A further drive is better than absolutely awful service and products.
