Took my order efficiently and was nice and welcoming when I got to the window! She made she to get the specifics of my order which is a plus in my book! I also noticed she was taking orders and making coffee and she was able to still be attentive. My coffee was absolutely exceptional and if anyone reading this review, if you have never had coffee milk added to your drink get that versus creamer. It is absolutely amazing. My sandwich was cooked to perfection. My hashbrowns weren't as well done as I normally liked them, but they were still delicious. read more

I really should have read the reviews before coming here. We decided to not order online which is very rare, for this specific reason. We we got up to the speaker, it was barely working so he couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear him. He said to pull up so we went to the window and he asked which order was ours, we said it again and he gave us our total and we paid. When we received our receipt I checked and we were missing two things but the guy wasn't returning to the window so we waited until another person came up and asked them to add our two things. We paid for the second time and waited for our food at the front of the store. He brought a bag out and then left, and we were STILL missing items we paid for. We are going to contact dunkin to get a refund but the entire thing was such a hassle and not worth it. I usually love dunkin but this was just a disappointment read more

This restaurant is a prime example of why it's so important for me to read reviews before I go somewhere new. I decided to stop and use a gift card at this Dunkin location. First of all, the drive-through is exceptionally difficult to navigate on a very busy street. Secondly, I repeated my order at least three times to the employee at the window. By the time I got up to the front they were less than enthusiastic to take my payment. I was even interested in buying other products that were in the window but the girl taking my order was so rude to me that I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. After leaving I took a sip of my drink, only to find out that they had made it incorrectly even after we had gone over the order three times. It was a basic iced coffee with vanilla flavor shot and three Stevia. I won't be returning to this location and would hesitate to try it again. read more

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've been here a few times and I have never had any problems with the food nor the service. This Dunkin Donuts lacks greatly, the workers are incompetent and when I made a simple request it was unable to be achieved. Monique A. was the one who serviced us, we ordered two iced coffees with cream and I specified LIQUID SUGAR because they sometimes put granulated sugar for some ridiculous reason. When I specified she sassed me and said that they always put liquid sugar, and then when we got our coffees they lacked sugar completely. Monique is a low functioning worker and should be terminated. I am disappointed in this establishment. On a stormy afternoon, one in which a hot beverage is much needed I can sauntering into this location of my favorite coffee place Dunking Donuts. As I am used to a friendly smile and quick service - I was shocked by the inability to find either at this location. As usual with my charming smile and friendly demeanor I requested a hot coffee and a boston cream donut to hold me off for dinner. The employee had to deal with a drive thru order and even was taking another when she was taking and serving my order. They obviously are short on help and the owner does not have enough people working. The boston cream was okay and the coffee was adequate. Replace your drive thru menu so that customers can actually see what is offered.. The plastic screen is dingy and you cannot see the items that are listed... it's obviously been this way for a while... Ordered an ice caramel macchiato. I've been to Dunkin so many times, so I know what an iced caramel macchiato looks like. The one time I go to the one on Devine, they give me a a watered down coffee with the littlest amount of caramel drizzled. Tasted it, and it tasted like ass. The previous night my teenage daughter asked if we could get up extra early before school and go to Dunkin Donuts to have breakfast so she could try the "Charli." My son overheard us talking and asked if we'd bring him back a chocolate glazed doughnut. The following morning all went as planned, we arrive at the drive-thru and placed our order: "a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, one Charli and a chocolate glazed doughnut". We were told by the drive-thru person that the store was out of caramel and couldn't make the Charlie. We were bummed by decided to get a mocha latte instead. We were then told that the store did not have any milk and could not make any lattes. He proceeded to tell us that they also did not have any french vanilla or pumpkin spice. I was surprised that Dunkin being known for it's coffee was out of so much at quarter to seven in the morning. We settled for a hazelnut coffee and proceed to the pick-up window. After paying, we receive our food followed by the coffee. Upon checking our bag, I notice that we had not received our doughnut. I tapped on the window and told the young man that we did not receive our doughnut. He left to go retrieve it; upon his return he handed me a small doughnut bag. Before leaving, I decided to check the contents of the bag and I noticed that it was a plain, unglazed doughnut. I tapped on the window again to clarify that we asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut. The young man left again and returned with another small bag. Upon opening the bag, I saw a frosted chocolate doughnut. Again, I tapped on the widow to ask for a "chocolate glazed" doughnut and was told that what I had in my hand was a chocolate glazed doughnut. Needless to say, after some clarification, the young man finally provide me with a doughnut with "chocolate glazing" as was my son's original desired request. I had no idea that a simple order would become such a challenge for both the coffee order and the doughnut order. When I returned home, I told my wife of our little ordeal. She told me that when she went by the previous day, they forgot the doughnut she ordered as well. Always seem to have a bad experience at this location. I drive out of my way to go to the Forest Drive location. I have complained on the survey and the owner contacted me and seemed not to care. They are always slow as there is never more than one person working, the Coolatta machine is always broken, the drive-thru register is always shut down, and they stir your iced coffee with a random spoon sitting on the counter that gets set back on the counter... YUCK Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Always get the munchkins (doughnut holes) in the morning when they are the freshest because at night they are stale.
