I'm not sure if it was the drink I ordered that came with whipped cream but I ordered a hate peppermint mocha and it was 4 dollars so it wasn't that cheap. I get the drink and find it to be surprisingly light. I open the lid and to my surprise a couple inches of it are already gone. Like someone drank out of it. Even though I didn't. I was pretty disappointed with the quantity especially for the price I paid and being a broke college student and wanted a nice cup of coffee. Oh well. The regular staff? Wonderful. The manager? A monster. In an unfortunate stroke of luck my car stalled and wouldn't start again AT the window. We tried to push it out of the way but it was impossible, so we worked as quickly as we could to find a way to move it (jumping it to no avail, then calling AAA). While waiting for AAA to arrive the manager threatened us with the police over the phone her staff was holding. Angrily. You can also tell her staff doesn't like her at all or is afraid of her. This Dunkins has the most rudest people I've ever dealt with and it's not the first time I live right down the street and use them on and off but no more I am just plain tired of it. I am not usually one to complain because I know how busy it can be in this business. But if you're going to have a bad day, you don't take it out to your customers it seems every time I order something it's wrong then when bringing it back, they treat you like you should not have even brought it back to bother them. I'd rather travel to Manchester Street in Concord. Where are your treated so much better as well as Main Street in Concord. Loudon Road is just not the place to go. This Dunkin Donuts with Drive-Thru on Loudon Road is a very busy store since it's located close to the State Office campus (Hazen Drive) and the New Hampshire National Guard reservation. This DD store offers a 10 percent discount to State employees and military personnel with ID, no discounts on combos and no coupons. Around 10:00AM-10:30AM on weekdays, State workers will walk over to this DD for their morning breaks. I stop at this full service standalone DD quite a bit since it's located near my office (this store is not the closest though). The coffee, donuts, baked goods, cold drinks, and sandwiches here are pretty good. The service here is good most of the time. One time, I ordered a large iced coffee (charged for it) and I was given a medium iced coffee instead, but I had already driven off. The access in and out of this DD can be dicey since busy Loudon Road has 4 travel lanes (no center turn lane) and it's directly across the road from Blodgett Street. read more

I've been to this Dunkin's twice in the past month, the first time my I waited at the window for almost 15 minutes for my breakfast sandwich, and it was cold and disassembled when I got it. The second time I waited in the drive through line for 30 mins, only to be told when ordering that they were not serving food that day. Which was very frustrating as there was no signage to indicate otherwise, and I would not have waited a half hour in line had I known. I would not recommend this location to others. read more

Just went to this Dunkins that I used to WORK at. Sat in line for 22 minutes and my coffee came out completely wrong. Wrong size, dairy, and flavor. When my boyfriend went inside almost all of the employees were around the sandwhich station laughing and talking- meanwhile the drive through line was almost to the road. And the lobby was also full. I used to go to this Dunkins daily since it's less than 5 minutes from where I live. They won't be getting my business any longer. read more

This dunkins made my 2 energy punches and gave me 2 donuts like I asked when I asked the lady at window to stir them she said we're suppose to shake them. I use to work for dunkins u don't shake them bcuz they r carbonated. That is totally in correct and I was not happy about it. My boyfriend and I were getting ready for an opening shift so the fact that I had to stir my own drinks when u can just use a medal SPOON to stir drinks when customers asks the server to do so. I have gone to this Dunkins for over 25 years, as it's near my old office. It used to be the best. Today I went in and noticed that there were signs indicating Dunkins expects all staff to wear masks (due toCovid-19). 2 women workers were not wearing masks, so I asked one why not. She said hers fell on the floor. So, apparently she had no back up or neglected to use one. The other woman walked around loudly, very loudly, stating she had a doctor's note saying she didn't have to wear one; all while putting together orders. This is easily the worst DD I've ever been to. Always short staffed - when the girl finally came over to take my order, she interrupted me by shouting "No!" which I of course thought was directed at me, but apparently a previous sale was still up on the screen. I waited for her and the older woman to sort it out, and without any apology was asked several questions about my coffee order that I'd already told her. I also ordered two bacon, egg & cheese on English muffin. The older woman quickly said she was going out for a cigarette break, when the younger one asked her to make the sandwiches first. "Bacon, egg & cheese on croissant!" I corrected her saying it was on English muffin. The older woman starts making them and continuously mentions how they have no sausage. I got my drink (with no straw), the cap of which was covered in some goopy blue stuff. I noticed that the sandwiches had sausage and not bacon. So I asked the younger girl if those were my sandwiches or someone else's. She yells at the older woman "It was BACON, egg and cheese on croissant!!" I said, No, it was English muffin. I also asked for a clean cap. Finally, the older woman drops the bag of sandwiches down without saying anything other than a blunt Here ya go. No napkins either. My God. how much trouble can a coffee and two identical sandwiches be?! I'll happily drive the extra several miles to the better one. read more

Clerk that works there and her so called service dog ended up with diarrhea, instead of a mop and bucket, brings out a rag to wipe the floor after waiting 20 minutes and took something out to her car. What happened to the rag and none saw her wash her hands. read more

The manager is rude and clearly doesn't know how to operate a business. A few tips: do not change out the cash drawer at peek times, place your faster employees in the drive-thru, don't have your employees change the trash in the drive-thru with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths (we want coffee, not second hand smoke). Further more, improve your attitude and your staffs. Please also reiterate the importance of hand washing. Owners, you are losing revenue. This location should be doing at least double in what you are probably taking in, rethink your staffing. Average wait time 12-18 minutes (waited as long as 23). The drive-thru is oddly placed and once you are in it past a certain point, there is no getting out of it. I've been stuck in this drive-thru because their credit card machine was inoperable and there was no signage until you got to the order screen (too late to back out). When asked to speak with the manager, she was incredibly rude and exclaimed how there were no other signs available for her to post and made this somehow my fault (great customer service). I had to explain to her that her drive-thru is incredibly slow and now this has been an official waste of my time and want to be released from the line ASAP. I also had to explain to her that a simple piece of paper on the drive-thru height pole would have sufficed. I waited 5 more minutes to be released from the line and didn't even get a coffee as a reward (no I don't want anything for free and was not expecting compensation for my 20 mins of wasted time). The drive-thru isn't the only thing that's slow, inside the restaurant is just as torturous. Don't waste your time as it is more precious than money. Wanting a coffee turns into an infuriating process when going here. Go down the road to get a quick coffee and quality customer service. read more
