It's really frustrating when you can't get the order you request. When you report a problem, they typically send you an email and say to make sure that you bring the email in with you to see the manager at your next visit to get a complementary meal. However, the manager is never there. The whole point of placing an order via the app or through the drive-through is that so it is quick so you don't have to go in and see the manager. This Dunkin Donuts location was great! As I was passing through Concord I decided to hit up the drive-thru at this location, and have to say that I enjoyed my experience. The staff was polite and professional, the coffee was perfectly made, and they were sure to get me in and out quickly. The only downside to this particular location is that the drive-thru is constructed in a weird way and for that fact the traffic was a bit congested. yesterday i went into the dunkin donuts on loudon rd in concord as i do most mornings for breakfast w/ the father of my kids. today the croissant was burnt and didnt taste right... i opened my bagel and cream cream not even spread just splat on one spot and the manager made them. no one told me they were ready. so i asked for my money back and told the nice lady sorry we come here almost every day and this is not okay. she was great but needed the managers help. the manager tries to tell me this is how the bagels always are.... i said no because we eat here almost every day! so she held up two bagels told me to pick just being out right rude! this women has no customer service skills! shes miserable with herself & takes it out on her employees daily! how shes still employed i have no idea!! she yells at her employees and runs that place like a boot camp not a business and i so feel for her employees! not right! this store could be amazing if you just got a happy manager with real people skills and a good personality!! she asked me my name and i told her lol for what i dont know! i will pray for her employees! sadly we will not be returning there due to her behavior and rudeness!! never seen a business run so badly!! read more

I ended up leaving 30 minutes after arriving and was unable to get any service. . This is ridiculous. If they can't handle lobby orders or online orders they shouldn't be open. I've been to this Dunkin's a multitude of different times, so I guess you could say I'm pretty knowledgable on how they run this location. They are very efficient, however; the cleanliness of the interior of the place isn't up to par. The bathroom is a complete mess and there are dead/live bugs that I've never seen before lining all across all of the window sills in the place. Besides cleanliness (which can be improved), I have no complaints. The staff is usually laughing and the manager constantly hounds (in a positive manner) on them to perform their best for the good of the consumer. read more

I'm a regular here I go everyday. And They seem to mess up my orders a lot. I usually just get a large iced French vanilla 5 and 5. And this morning I went through drive through. And I've never felt more disrespected as a customer in my life. The lady handed me a medium instead of a large, I told her it was a large on that and she made another one. Ok that's that they fixed it but I also ordered an onion bagel toasted with plain. With she didn't even ring me in for and didn't hand to me. I also got hash browns with that which was a complete rip off because I got 4 of them in the bag. And during this time the lady gave me so much attitude it wasn't even funny like she just wanted me to leave. Maybe if you got my fucking order right we wouldn't have this problem then I got home, put my straw in the coffee. AND IT WAS REGULAR. How in the world can you fuck up my coffee twice give me the wrong amount of hash brown and forget my main course in one order like seriously so mad right now. If you pay 7+ dollars for all of that then you deserve to be respected as a customer and not rushed this was definetely the worst experience I've had so far but they mess up ALL THE TIME. I typically have nothing but good things to say about this Dunkins, the management is extremely friendly, fast and helpful. Usually the crew working are very fast courteous and precise but I was disrespected by a young man who was working the front register and mistakenly had the wrong drink made for me while typically something like this is a quick fix and not a big deal but this young man instantly gave me an attitude, movie disagreement about the order(1 drink) . Then proceeded to talk disrespectfully to another employee claiming "he knows what he heard and I ordered the drink that was brought to me. And I was wrong!" He then stormed off complaining, clearly bothered that he had to go and make me the correct drink. Normally I just let things like this go but I feel this Donuts deserves two Stars because customer service/satisfaction is what keeps these American-made businesses growing.
