I wanted to try a hot drink on this cold Friday morning, so I went to Dunkin'. Phone in hand, I ordered directly from the menu picture on their app: a Cocoa Mocha Signature Latte (which was clearly shown as HOT) along with a breakfast sandwich. When I pulled up to the window, the employee handed me an iced drink. I politely told her it was supposed to be hot, and she immediately said "no." Then she and another employee started raising their voices at me, insisting that I should have specified hot or iced when ordering. I even showed them the picture from my phone, but they dismissed it, told me I was wrong, and refused to take the iced drink back or give me the hot one I had ordered. Even if I was supposed to clarify "hot" or "iced," shouldn't they have asked when I ordered? That's basic customer service. Instead, I was met with hostility and gaslighting. The new store looks great--five stars for appearance. But that's about it. The drinks taste watered down, even after extra pumps of syrup and a good stir. It's like they're skimping on flavor, which is disappointing. The bagels and other bread items are barely toasted, if at all, making it feel like there's little attention to detail. I was already wary of this Dunkin but I was surprised they'd made my drink good when I would uber in the past. But unfortunately, this time it was different. I went to the Dunkin by myself for the first time ever and I went up to the drive-through and I noticed that there's someone there and I was kind of shocked. Its soon my turn to order what I want after the other car left and then I drive up and I witnessed both the lady inside of the Dunkin and the driver I guess interacting I didn't think anything of it until the lady closed her windows. The man in the car was just sitting there and eventually he said the F word and something about the lady. I guess the lady made him angry and then he drove off. It was my turn to pick up my order and go on with my night. She proceeds to make the drink, but then right before she's about to finish. SHE DROPS THE LID FOR MY DRINK ON THE GROUND AND THE PICKS IT RIGHT BACK UP AND STILL PUTS IT ON MY CUP AND MIXES. I was expecting something like that, but I honestly didn't want to interact or say anything or fight. I just wanted my drink and I wanted to go home. Yes, that's a little gross but give me a break. I don't wanna fight. She SAID 5.18 is my total which is usual for my order andI proceed to give my phone to her to pay for my drink. She taps my phone I hear the ding noise go off. I thought that's it she was like no it didn't work and we tried again and it worked I was a little suspicious by what was going on and I was right. When I checked my bank account, I saw that she took 6.95 from me. To top it off I then tried my drink and it's literally something completely different. I asked for brown sugar, she said brown sugar I said brown sugar and yet what I tasted was pumpkin or cinnamon or just a seasonal flavor not brown sugar. This lady usually makes my drink perfectly, but it's of course the one time I go physically myself instead of ubering. After the purchase was complete I try to ask for my recipe, but she just slams and locks the windows together before I could even mutter the words out. It's seems like this lady just one day snapped and now is tired of dealing with customers. It's ppl of her kind that always take more money away from me than they should. I need to just stick to Starbucks. All of the workers seem miserable or like bots trained to offend. Or maybe bc they're from another country where yelling and disrespecting customers is the norm and we all just have to deal with it. Haven't had a bad experience at a Dunkin' Donuts location in a while. They were slow and very unorganized. The cashier couldn't hear anything and you practically had to yell your order multiple times. I ordered 2 items and watched several people that ordered more than me, get their items and leave. I finally got my order and it was completely wrong. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with added bacon. They rung up 2 separate sandwiches until another employee came to correct the order because they actually heard what I order. I ended up with no egg and I was just over it at that point. They are also super slow even if you order on the go you wait at least 15 minutes. It's really bad. I would go to Starbucks over this location any day and I'm an avid Dunkin fan! A disaster.. parking can be tricky, hope you have a good premium. A constant madhouse trying to get in and leaving while others are coming in good luck . When I finally made it in from the war zone of a parking lot I ordered a pumpkin spice coffee, 24 oz. I must have said it 3x in a polite manner about my order , and he still failed. Now I am about to burst and just find a bagel twist and crack him over the head with it and make my own coffee back there. If he was the manager he should have just stayed in the back and hide. I go here a few times a week and have never had an issue with my order. The food is always good and the coffee is always what I ordered. I mobile pick up and will go through drive through to get it. Thats the big issue though - the drive through logistics. The parking lot and location is so poorly designed. Cars spill out onto the main road. The drive through line blocks all of the parking spaces so parked cars can't leave. It's just very poorly designed. Overall, I'll still go here a few times a week! read more

The few times I go here, it's not that bad. It's been worse, usually due to other customers. The drive-thru is a mess here. On bad days, cars can wrap around the entire lot, so if you are running into the store, make sure you park in a way that you can actually leave. Don't park in the spots closes to the store. We have purchased donuts here 3 times this summer. We go through the drive through, not sure you can go inside. The first time our ice tea was missing. The second time was fine. The last time they left out an egg and sausage breakfast sandwich. Before leaving the window my husband asked if the breakfast sandwich was there and he said yes. It wasn't. I know the are busy, but this pattern is really upsetting. We never try to go back to pick up the missed items since the line of cars is so long and we don't get a receipt. read more

My mom and I went to this Dunkin Donuts on September 24, 2019 around 3:00 pm. Both inside and outside the store was a large sign advertising $2.00 cappuccinos and lattes between 2-6 pm. I started to order and was asked what size cappuccino I wanted. I indicated whatever size was on the special. The cashier said it was not coming up and asked the manager. This Dunkin Donuts is the worst I have ever encountered. I have been a regular customer for the 10 years I have lived here. I have always tipped the staff. I plan to never go back after my experience this morning. The young woman serving drinks berated me for mistakenly putting a straw in another customer's iced tea. It truly was an innocent mistake. She yelled at me in front of a full shop, "Next time don't touch another customer's drink." She could not have been nastier or more ignorant. She did this in front of her manager. When I asked to speak with him privately he shuffled me down to the other end of the counter and proceeded to do nothing about it. This isn't the best Dunkin by a long shot BUT it is the only one in the area that will have a full inventory of bagels even after 6 pm. And ya know, sometimes you just want a damn bagel with cc for dinner (multigrain por favor) and it is heartbreaking when your Dunkin doesn't have the multigrain. Service is just ok and they have yet to get my usual order wrong (large iced coffee, half decaf, coconut, skim, half sugar...yes, I am very high maintenance). This is the worst establishment I've ever been to in my life. I was actually physically assaulted yesterday in the drive thru by one of their workers and had to file a police report. I initially asked to speak to the manager when the incident occurred and he laughed in my face. I had to reach out to Dunkin Corporate to intervene where they are currently escalating it up the ranks. One time on Christmas Eve during a snow storm, my girlfriend and I were in a car accident on the Turn Pike. A tow truck driver brought us to this Dunkin Donuts location in Conshohocken. Visibly shaken and holding bags of Christmas Presents we nestled in a booth in the corner, near the bathroom. Our phones were slowly fading and needed to be charged so we could attempt to make it home. The management and workers looked at us angrily as my girlfriend tried to charge her phone. Horrified that they suspected we were stealing their electricity for nefarious deeds (after all Edison and Tesla did all that fine science so one day a Dunkin Donuts could hoard what they had over the needy and damned) I got up and ordered a coffee, the coffee was stale and old but it bought us enough time for my girlfriend's phone to be charged enough so we could get out of dodge. We did, by the way of a couple of Conshohocken natives who managed to drive us to the outskirts of the city, and a bus stop. I will forever be thankful to them, and forever horrified at the way this Dunkin Donuts treated us. read more
