The employees are always miserable here at this location. Especially at the drive through, they expect your payment right away which is understandable. But, they don't give you any time to put your hot coffee or your order down before they are rushing you away from the window. I only go here bc it's before 7 in the morning and I don't feel like getting out of the car because the drive through should be convenient. Often times they are out of menu items, and things that you order in its place are either stale, not cooked all the way, or just a little off. I base returning to places on customer service. I can deal with mediocrity if the employees are nice and helpful, but this crew is definitely not the happiest or most efficient. If they had a lesson in customer service it would certainly be a lot better and a more enjoyable experience. read more

I had a great experience with customer service here. I ordered a bagel, 2 donuts, and a large sweet tea. The first two items went well, but they told me that the sweet tea wasn't so good when they made it. Instead, they had me wait for a little, gave me a free cup of ice water and a free donut. Messed up my very simple order, & tried to double charge me because the women behind the counter had no idea what she was doing. I'm never going her again! !!! Extremely rude and inefficient staff. I know Dunkin isn't known for their customer service, but I was disgusted at how rude the workers were. I've worked in coffee houses and drive thrus, there is no reason to be outright rude to a customer. Management should really be more careful of who they are hiring. I will never go back. read more

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in general. The one dude who works the drive through with his underwear hanging out tried to hand me two iced coffees which he was trying to handle with one hand. To make a long story short, he squeezed them together, the kids popped off, and coffee was all over my sleeves. Great way to start my day. Another time, as I was placing an order inside, the same guy literally walked away when I was in mid sentence giving him my order. He came back a couple minutes later without explanation, and asked me to repeat my order. Rarely get order correct always very short with you. NEVER friendly. Last straw was today when they refused to correct my order got annoyed and charged me much more for my order than I would have been if I had stayed to argue with the already unfriendly woman at the counter. They seemed to get overwhelmed with even the slightest amount of business. Really rude bad service. Plus they rip you off. Go anyplace else. ANYWHERE! My wife swears by Dunkin iced coffee and it's funny that a company with the slogan "America runs on Dunkin" would treat their customers like shit. Every Sunday when I go to get some coffee it's the same shenanigans, one person ringing people up and a long ass line. Then you get rushed through your order which usually is happening before the other person is even moved out of the way. Then the food..... I will admit their iced coffee is on point but fuck the food gross. Every single time it's either cold in the middle because again rushing like mad men to pump out the orders or old and soggy. Never have I eaten there and been like "that hit the spot" it's more like "holy shit I just spend 14 bucks for this?!" I'm happy to say besides coffee I haven't given this greedy company any of my money in almost a year now. I genuinely love Dunkin' Donuts, but this location needs some help. The drive-through employees argue with each other in front of customers, and I don't think I've ever seen anyone in the entire establishment smile. I don't think I would mind this service if my orders were correct, but they have not been on multiple occasions. I ordered a breakfast sandwich through the drive-through and ended up turning around and coming into the building after I realized there was a mixup. I told one employee that I ordered a bagel with cream cheese not a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Two of the employees just looked at each other and laughed. No apology and no attempt to correct the mistake. They told me another customer took my order, which is strange because I came through the drive through... they finally corrected the mistake after showing my receipt for proof. I had already handed them the incorrect order. I try to avoid this location, and go out of my way for another Dunkin. But it's starting to get convenient, and I'd rather spend the extra dollar on Starbucks across the street. read more

So today, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Large hot coffee with a donut. I pulled up to the drive thru window and encountered an older lady working the window. She told me my total was $3.21. I proceeded to hand her a $10. She took a little long with giving me back my change but I thought nothing of it. While pulling out of the drive thru, I noticed that she only gave me back $3.00 change. So I walked in to speak with the manager, who I must say was very rude. I informed him of my issue and in the process another employee stated that this was the second time that this has happened with that woman working the drive thru window. So after hearing that, he proceeds to get my correct change. While handing me the change, he rudely tells me that "Next time, you should check your change before pulling off". I just walked out after that because I did not want to make a big confrontation. I could tell it bothered a few other customers because they too walked out. Never again will I ever spend money in that place. Just find it funny that if she's shorting me change, could she possibly be giving other customers more change than what their owed. read more

My main issue with this dunkin donuts is that they never get my order correct... and I'm only asking for a medium french vanilla with milk. 50% of the time I get plain coffee. 2x this week alone they didn't get it right. This morning she repeated my order correctly, but when I got to the window, 4 employees were all joking around while I sat and waited to pay. They knew I was sitting there but continued to mess around. No doubt whomever was making my coffee was distracted by the other employees which is why I, yet again, ended up with plain coffee. On Saturday, when I got to the window, I even asked him, "French vanilla???" to make sure I wasn't going home with plain. "Yes yes" he says. Guess who went home with plain? read more

Glen working the drive thru refused to honor their iced coffee refill promotion which expired today. I went through at 11:30PM on 6/20/2015 and he said the offer expired at 10PM quoting some documentation that he could not show me. I pointed out the refill mug didn't specify a time as well as the sign they had on the drive thre window which mentioned the 6/20/2015 expiration date (no time). Between the experience I had with Glen and the unspoken limitations on their promotion I am extremely disappointed with the way this company does business. I was also surprised they would not just honor the promotion since it would be the last refill and was surprised they gave me such a hard time over 1 refill on a promotion that in no way stated a time limit. I would expect all DD must have this 10PM limit on all their coupons and can never trust their offers. I have filed a complaint with their corp office and will keep this yelp review site updated with any updates and I hope they make this right. read more
