TL:DR Excellent Detroit style pizza, creative small plates and a standout cocktail program make Bar Sera a must stop in Conshohocken. Worth the visit whether you are local or just passing through Conshee. My group of seven decided to try Bar Sera for a Saturday night dinner and we were not disappointed. Known for their Detroit style pizza, it was immediately a good sign when we arrived and saw a steady line of people ordering pies to go. The staff had us seated relatively quickly and took our orders promptly, setting a great tone for the night. To really experience the menu, we skipped the family style prix fixe and built our own spread of small plates and pizzas to share. That decision paid off. The arancini bites were a hit, and the calamari stood out for its unique preparation. Gochujang honey calamari was a first for all of us and it absolutely worked. The pizza is where Sera truly shines. We were blown away by the Elm Street, a deceptively simple pie with tomato sauce, Wisconsin brick cheese and pesto that delivered big flavor. The Ash Street went in the opposite direction with complexity and boldness, featuring BBQ pulled pork, jalapeño pesto, cilantro, scallions and brick cheese. Having been to Detroit and sampled true Detroit style pizza, this felt like a genuine and well executed homage. The cocktail program deserves just as much praise. Drinks like the Nightmare on Elm Street with brown butter washed bourbon, brandy, lemon, apple sage honey, almond bitters, cranberry bitters and egg white, and the Lone Ranger with fig reposado, black pepper, Grand Marnier, lemon, brown sugar and Turkish tobacco bitters wowed the table with unique and bold flavors. Overall, Bar Sera is a fantastic neighborhood spot that punches well above its weight. Great food, inventive drinks and a lively atmosphere make it well worth a visit when you are in Conshee.

Had a lovely date night at our favorite sister restaurant to barlucca for the first time! We loved the food and the drinks were amazing. Bar Sera makes all their pastas and breads from scratch every SINGLE day- What's not to love? I highly recommend their pesto gnocchi, but honestly we liked every single thing we ate, so you can't go wrong! And the waitress was super helpful in helping me get the perfecttt espresso martini.

Had Valentine's Day dinner here with a Prix Fixe menu. My partner enjoyed her Scallops while I enjoyed the Lamb Chops. Both came with Risotto. She loved the Lobster Bisque, though it was FAR too spicy for me! The service was great. They exchanged my Lobster Bisque for the Burrata appetizer. Dessert was great, both the Tiramisu and the Passion Fruit Cheesecake. Ambience was a cozy bar in the middle of Conshohocken. We felt welcome! We'll be back!

When I chose Bar Sera, I knew it was going to be a great restaurant. It did not disappoint! The cocktails were solid and the food was amazing. Nothing beats homemade pasta and these dishes were perfectly cooked. Service was great as well. I highly recommend sitting outside if it's nice out but the restaurant on the inside is very nice as well. I will definitely be back.

Always delicious food. The pizza is always one of my favorites. Great mocktails and cocktails. The service is pretty good despite how busy they always are. The restaurant itself is a cozy date night spot. My only gripe is the fresh bread they serve- I wish they presented it warm! Cold bread with cold butter just doesn't do it for me.

Love this place so much. The vibe is great, the service is prompt, the food is fresh, and the ingredients are seasonally picked from a local farm owned by the restaurant. Everything we had was great - pizza is crispy on the edges, scallops are cooked perfectly, and calamari had lots of flavor. The one piece of feedback for this place would be that I wish they warmed up the complimentary bread. Who eats room temperature focaccia with room temp butter?

Bar Sera is the best!! It has such a lovely atmosphere and some of the nicest staff members. Every time I've been to this restaurant, I've been so impressed! A must try is "The Patricio" pizza, it's absolutely phenomenal. Truly one of the best, if not the best, pizzas I've ever had!

Best Detroit style pizza I've ever had. The patricio pizza is an absolute must and I also recommend starting off with their fried zucchini dish. Cammi is a personable bartender and Jesse is always a friendly face at the door!

5 stars all around. The place is a little hard to spot. At least it was for me coming from the back side. We got the BBQ bacon pineapple special burger. I got mine with Parmesan fries and my wife got hers with a side salad. The coolest thing about that was when you get a side salad it's not just a bunch lettuce dropped on your plate. You get to pick from their salads off the menu. So this is actually one place I wouldn't mind doing a side salad instead of fries. Oh yeah we got the Truffle Croquettes to start and that stuff was so good. So I guess we will be coming to Conshohocken more often. I never think of this area.

While their outdoor space is an excellent feature during warmer weather, I wanted to highlight their winter weekend offerings, which involve various food pairings offered in their cute indoor space (by reservation only!!) My most recent experience was their Wine and Cheese Pairing, which is featured every January. Each year, they curate a combination of local cheese and either honey/jam to pair with their wines, and every year, it's a hit. My favorite pairing this year involved their Pinot Rose, a delicious cheddar, and an orange ginger honey that was absolutely delightful. I also particularly enjoy their wine and cupcake pairing offered every March in partnership with Dia Doce cupcakes --- a highlight of every spring.

The estate is quite vast, over 200 acres, and you get a glimpse of the vineyard from the terrace and tasting room. Their tasting room boasts high ceilings, with beautiful beams and lots of natural light coming through. As a red wine lover, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the Chardonnay and Rose. Their sauv blanc is crisp, and very fruit forward, and lingers a bit too long on the palate. However, it pairs perfectly with cheese. The star for me was the cab franc, as it was beautifully balanced with medium body and tannins. Overall, I enjoyed every single wine and would absolutely buy a bottle. Great price too for bottles! The downside is that you can only buy bottles and $25 tastings, which is a bit high although the pours are generous. The tasting is a curated to include five of their pre-selected wines. I may have preferred to make my own selections; however, I wasn't disappointed.
