My son and I pop in here frequently after he gets out of school as it's on the way home. Pluses: nice, friendly staff, and fast. No prob finding parking, even though the lot is small, which brings me to... Con: the flow of traffic with the drive through is a challenge. Basically, when there's a long line of cars, they block all the feeders, so it's impossible to pull into the parking lot. That's more on the layout of the property, and not necessarily a reflection of this DD. When it's not busy, the drive-thru experience is fine. Quick, no prob. The interior could us a refresh or something. Often boxes of shipments are piled up , tables and chairs worn out, a little grimy. Generally, the quality of the coffee has gone down. I have not gone to any Dunkin Donuts for sometime. It was 2pm and Iwas waiting for my husband and decided to get a small decaf hot coffee (which is what I can only drink). Why is it that when a customer asks for decaf, someone always seem to get it wrong. Did they give me regular? Did they mix decaf with regular because they ran out of decaf? There is a reason why I cannot drink the regular coffee with caffeine. It keeps me up at night and it gives me the jitters. Is it that no one cares or the people that work there are INCOMPETENT? My suggestion to Dunking Donuts Headquarters: Look at the reviews. Listen to your customers. Get the people who work for you to Care, Know their job and Do it Right! Coffee is good , however every other time I go here their order ahead system is down and whoever designed the parking lot should go back to school( I bet it was a landscape architect). The parking lot only has ONE entrance, while the rest is an exit. Who needs that many exits. Every time I come to this Dunkin' (pre Covid and during Covid) they manage to mess up my order. Sometimes they even give me something COMPLETELY different than my order all together. Coffee, sandwiches, donuts, and even hash browns they mess up. I'm never coming back here. read more

I just created a new yelp account AND added this business here just to post this. I just went here on a weekday morning at 10:30. Bought some coffee and got started on doing some work as I do at any other coffee shop. About 35 minutes later a staff comes to me and tells me that they need the tables for dining customers. This is all fair, but THE WHOLE PLACE IS EMPTY. I have come here a few times but today I came for an iced coffee and a donut and wow it was terrible. I love Dunkin but the iced coffee tasted bitter and so off, I couldn't really figure it out but either way, could not handle the weird aftertaste so I threw it all out..was so sad...the donut on the other hand was good. Usually the service is pretty good but you definitely dont want to go when "Sabrina" is working the Drive-Thru. She will have you waiting forever, back up the already long lines and then rudely hop on the intercom with an attitude as if YOU are inconveniencing her. The staff and manager are really pleasant and helpful. The Drive thru line may be long, but moves quickly and it's so convenient. Sometimes I prefer to park and go inside. I've ordered donuts, shaped in numbers for kids birthday party (option of frosting, sprinkles). Looks great and the class loves it and a child is never disappointed. I have been to this store a couple on times. Today I ordered a dark roast coffee with cream and sugar. Cashier seemed to be in a bad mood, she looked like she did not want to be there. Not very busy when I was there. They come out with my coffee from the back . It tasted awful... a chemical taste. I threw it out. One of the better dds. I always use drive thru and as soon as I place an order, its ready to pickup at the window. They're service is fast and prompt. Haven't had a mistake on my order yet. Food is typical dds, but don't have to wait like 10-15 like some other locations. read more

I love Dunkin' Donuts in general, but I have had several problems with this location. I have had to go back countless times because my coffee was terrible. One time, I got a cup of hot milk instead of a latte. Love the drive-thru option, but some of the employees are a little rude. Super clean DD and staff are friendly. Only downside is that the parking lot can get crowded from the drive-thru making it difficult to get out the lot. Come here near closing time...last time I did I got a free box of munchkins. read more
