I honestly wish that I could leave zero stars because the man who is at the drive-through during the night shift is a complete asshole. I have never been to a place where I have felt more disrespected in my life. This guy makes you feel like you are wasting every minute of his life by screaming to take your order and handing your your coffee. I would understand the pushiness if the business was busy but it's was 9:30pm on a Wednesday and we were the only ones in the the drive thru as he aggressively handed us our coffee, we were getting situated and he yelled at as using profanity telling us that we were "parking" in the drive thru. Wish I could give zero stars, I'm a regular at this Dunkin, I've been going more frequently starting 2017 and it's typically good but for the past few months during the late evening and especially the night shifts there is this older Indian man who gives very poor customer service. He takes an extremely long time for short orders! I've been yelled at this man multiple times. One occasion I was getting food+drinks for my friends and as I went to order he started yelling in a different language and I was so taken aback I just went to the window and didn't finish my order, when I went up to the window he yelled at me some more and gave me extremely nasty looks. Another occasion was today 5/15/23 and he had asked me what I wanted to order and in the middle of saying I had a mobile order he again started to yell at me and tell me "I'm busy", like you just asked me what I wanted and now you are going to yell at me and say you're busy? It's extremely uncomfortable and I started going there less due to the amount of negative encounters I've had with this man. He should seriously be fired or get another job that isn't involved with customer service. read more

Today I went after a car wash to get a drink I was rudely asked to lower down my window and he said " can't you lower down your window or what that's why you have a car" I explained I had just gotten a car wash and proceeded to ordering. When repeated my order in the window I once again opened the door to pay and get my drinks since it was multiple and he was so rude he cursed me out and said lower your window or I won't take your order. The worst! If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I have been to the drive through 5 times, and EVERY TIME they got the order wrong. When I tell them it's wrong, they look at me like it's my fault. I've only given them more than a few chances because it was on the way to where I was going, but I really don't understand how they get it wrong every single time. I drive the extra few miles to Midlothian Dunkin because this one sucks so bad. I am not a complainer but this sucks.
