This Dulce Mami location is one of the most horribly serviced restaurants in time. The head chef (brother of the owner) needs to be controlled and taught how to properly run a restaurant. He is everywhere and needs to focus on preparing food for the customers who have been sitting waiting for food. My family and I have been waiting for food and he keeps attending the larger table of customers giving them food and drinks. Not sure if understaffed but if he is head chef he needs to be cooking and directing staff. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Last time we only ordered drinks and they were great. I love the staff, they are so sweet. This time we ordered takeout and they were wonderful in allowing us to order close to when they close. Our mochas were huge and yummy. My boyfriend is convinced his had no caffeine or that he couldn't taste the coffee/espresso. I think it might be due to the size. They must use. Ton of milk. Regardless, I think it's delicious and not too sweet. My chilaquiles rojos : I'd say 4/5. The flavor of the sauce was good; it had a nice kick. Unfortunately, the chips were soggy. ( I got this to go, which is not ideal; but we live 6 mins away, so I didn't expect it them to get that soft), Instead of scrambled eggs, I asked for fried. She said sunny side up? I said yes. But, they were cooked over hard... so, runny yolk. The side of bread that they came with was surprisingly good. I would buy a loaf of it. His combo skillet and French toast: 4/5 The skillet is packed with flavorful ingredients! It has a good amount of meat (chicken, beef, ham), but also potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, onion, pepper, jalapeño, cheese, fried egg, and avocado. (I think the avo was missing). One of the best breakfasts I ever had! I ordered the Dulce Mami skilled which came with chicken, steak, and ham along with various veggies and panini toast. Very flavorful and perfectly cooked. I like that it's an open kitchen concept so you can see how clean and careful the staff is in prepping meals. They also have a drink menu that's frankly drool worthy. I ordered the iced frappe with Nutella and I honestly am excited to come back and try all the drinks. The way this place is decorated is so freaking cute! read more

The entire order was bad. It tasted spoiled and sour. We threw away the entire order and I called and the guy kept telling me they use fresh ingredients and have never had this and I said OK but you do today! Like fix the problem and don't tell me that. I wanted to enjoy my food and go to the airport happy BUT instead got a guy telling me "awe well!" The complete disregard for the terrible food and the lack of resolution was awful. I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. It's newer and I love supporting small businesses. The vibe is like a downtown brunch cafe. Decorated so cute! The drinks were DELICIOUS not to mention adorable (see photos). You can't really find golden milk anywhere. (Look it up, see it's benefits & give it a try) They even came with Mexican cookies which was a nice touch. My friend had the combo and loved it. I ate one of her churros and they were amazing! This place is truly exceptional! The food was outstanding. It is tastefully decorated and the staff is very friendly. From the outside it looks like an ice cream parlor which threw me off. They should probably put "breakfast" on the outside sign.
