I visit this Dunkin' location pretty often, so I am not so sure why I have not written a review about this location yet. I will keep it short. Pros: The service here is fast. I order my coffee and I typically get my order within seconds. The workers here are pretty quick in getting customers in and out, which is exactly what we like when we are rushing to work in the mornings. Con: The coffee here can be hit or miss, depending on the day. There are some days when my coffee tastes more watery than what I would like. Will I be coming back to this location? Most definitely. I don't know why these guys have so few stars it might be because the phone number listed in YELP IS WRONG. It's for a different store. I have gone here many times. They remember my order, get it right, are friendly, and they are quick. Recently I placed a large order for 5 boxes of Joe, and that's how I found out the number was wrong. Worst staff. Very rude and un professional. Would never go there again. Waited more than 15 minutes for my mobile order and when I went to pickup I was told very rudely that I have to wait. Staff is just standing around and doing nothing. Waited another few minutes in the store and order still not ready when I asked and explained that I have to catch a train, I was rudely told that it's ok if I miss my train. I requested to give me un toasted croissant if a toasted croissant is the reason that my order is being delayed, the lady completely refused to do that. Super weird bc I would have bet 100$ i wrote a review for this spot before... The service is super shotty here; sometimes its 30 seconds or other times I've waited legit 15 mins for a bagel and coffee. Idk if they don't train ppl well or are just in a hurry? I've had vegetable cream cheese when I only order plain, asked for an iced coffee and gotten it black with nothing else [um WTF] and witnessed who I would guess is the manager being a complete Cee You Next Tuesday to her own staff in front of customers. She must think ppl would side with her but hell no, who likes a self righteous bitch in a visor?! She's no winner at her job either bc she's cut me off and grabbed my card to swipe it mid-order and i'm lke, woman I aint done!! I came in this Wednesday morning for a peppermint iced tea. They don't typically serve the mint tea iced because it's a teabag and not pre brewed but mid morning rush, she accommodated me anyway and it came out GREAT! I so deeply appreciated the extra effort it took to make it and am now enjoying my iced mint tea on this hot, sunny day! Totally worth the wait. Bar far the slllllowest dunkin I've ever been to in the westchester county area, I don't understand why there only 2 people there in the morning when CLEARLY morning are busy in general, I waited 20 min just to get my order taken and another 15 just to receive it & there were only 3 people in the store. the manager need to close down and retrain these employees because they suck & nothing against the Spanish because I'm Spanish but get working who can understand what I'm saying so they won't mess up my order. I'm giving 3 stars because most of the time I come here I dont have a problem, but TODAY 12/11/16. I always order ON-THE-GO which is a feature that the DD app has where you choose your DD location, select your items off the menu (only thing that sucks about this is that they don't have EVERYTHING on the DD app menu), checkout, and select READY TO PICK UP when your close by. No need to wait in line! Anyways back to my problem. I order a large dark roast iced coffee with almond milk and salted caramel swirl EVERYDAY. I already know what my coffee is supposed to taste like. I grab my coffee off of the pick up counter, take a few napkins, cover the top, turn my drink upside down, and shake (this is the best way btw to bring all the sugar/syrups/swirls to the top). I always make sure to taste before I leave. This time is tasted EXTREMELY bitter. I go back to the counter and ask them if there was salted caramel SWIRL (bc the DD syrups aren't sweet) in it and she says yea. So I say, well no it doesn't taste like it. So she says well I did put the swirl in there. Then she asks if I want her to make me a new one, THEN realizes that she put regular coffee instead of dark roast. YES BIG DIFFERENCE! After she made me a new one, she didn't even bother to apologize for her mistake! What kind of f*ckin customer service is that? If you don't like your job, then do something else because girl, working with customers isn't the job for you! read more

Updating again this place has completely turned around and is a lot better now! I'm not sure if it was the elimination of staff or a new manager but it's now a breeze to get in and out ! I love my croton on hudson Dunkin!!! The crew there is awesome!! Cay, Amanda, Vinny, Maya, Chris, Jorge......they all are like family!
