I've tried giving this Dunkin a chance multiple times but they just disappoint me every time. The workers have a nasty attitude from time to time. You are better off paying a few more dollars and going to Starbucks right next door or McDonald's. My husband picked me up a coffee and donut. When he went to order the person he talked to did not understand that a chocolate donut is chocolate, not a donut with chocolate icing. I have been going to this location every day for a long time with mixed opinions. I always tip 1.45 ish on a 3.50 or so large iced coffee. While some of the shift leaders are very nice many of the staff are unprofessional and sketchy looking- I arrived around 9 am on 6-29-2025 to a semi busy store. The drive through was not even half way full (maybe 1/4th of the way full- the inside had about ten people i it. I waited about 12 minutes for a single iced coffee- i then approached the counter to ask for my money back(coffee was still nowhere in sight and the store had almost completely cleared out). My tone was understandable a bit upset- the counter staff moved away from the counter and said she would not service me because of my attitude, which was not beyond servicing- A manager then approached the counter and refunded me and as i was walking out a skinny boy working behind the counter began to talk negatively in plain hearing distance- about me as i was leaving. This can be seen and hopefully heard on the cameras- I then drove across town to the other Dunkin. As can be witnessed on their security cameras i pulled into the store with the line going all the way into the street and about five people inside- I was out in less and 2.5 minutes maybe even less than two minutes-with a fresh and well made iced coffee - the Graham rd location has no idea how to mediate small orders versus larger orders. I have walked out of that location now over 5 times- i have watched many people simply leave after standing in line too long- its the employees- they need to start hiring better workers- I am never returning to this location read more

The service was very poor. The manager was very rude and offered little help to resolve an issue that occurred when using the app to order donuts. Apparently they do not recieve the order until 15 minutes before pick up no matter when you place your order. That being said we ended up with no donuts and no one t cared about the problem or even trying to fix it. I woul not recommend going there until they change their management. read more

I continue to have poor experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts. Most recently I was unable to pick up my order due to the branch shutting down their lobby, but leaving the walk-in option open on the app. They refused to assist me when I called, and told me to call corporate to get a refund. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was too busy to speak with me. I asked that Becky call me back, she never did. I will not be giving this branch, my business any longer, despite being a Dunkin lawyer list. read more

I rarely to Dunkin' or anything in the morning. But Saturday mornings my kid likes a donut. I was not happy to see the lady behind the counter with gloves on touching cash and coins worn said gloves not taking them off and or replacing them with new ones to grab the sheets to get my kids donut. Do they not teach about cross contamination?! Once you touch your gloves with something they are no longer to be used on other things they are to be tossed out, hands washed and re applied ! read more

When you pay $2.50 for a "large" hot chocolate with whipped cream it's already bad enough when they don't give you the whipped cream... but then to not even fill the cup?!? Ridiculous. All we wanted was two doughnuts, a bottle of OJ and a cup of coffee. The line for the drive thru circled the building, so we wore our masks and opted to go in. There is no place to sit. All orders are strictly carry out or delivered. Fine, but you couldn't you post a sign saying that was the situation? Nowhere - not on the lawn, the door, the counter is that information posted. The service here is lightning speed fast (maybe they are hopped up on their coffee?) and everyone has always been so pleasant. It is a wonderful start to the morning. Drive through review - no longer care about customer service... terrible staff, tried 4 times in the last month, won't go back "Hazelnut light and sweet" ... how hard is that??? Impossible for them.... asking twice for sweetener selection and 3 times for milk option is the best they could do... I tried both week day and week end... early morning rush and 9 PM... didn't matter... they couldn't cope. Twice I ordered toasted bagel and cream cheese... neither time they were actually toasted... maybe the toaster is set to "stale" but neither time they were actually brown or crunchy. This location is 100 ft from Starbucks... 20 feet from Mc Donalds... you would think that they cared... that they would want to be more than the cheapest on the block... nope! Service Review: The employees here always seem frazzled and can't seem to get my orders right even during slow hours. While they're usually friendly, the woman working at the counter this past time was horrible. As soon as I walked up to the counter she gave me the whole "up and down" mean girl look and plenty of attitude. Then we had to tell her our (small) order about three times because she was too busy chatting to other emplyees about how she has a "6 hour shift and hates everyone." Not only did our order end up coming out wrong but they also gave it to the wrong customers! read more

Maybe I'm having a senior moment but when I walk into a business known for their donuts I expect to find a wide variety of them. However, this was not the case on two of my most recent visits. In fact, (kid you not) there were only two types of donuts, at least three types of donut holes & roughly five types of bagels. Seriously- wtf!!!! Even the bug/mice infested Giant Eagle down the street offers more donuts than this place! To make my visit even less appealing is the fact that all of their food is left out in the open in large baskets for all of bug, human kind (no sneeze guard,etc) and the air to make your food stale. Can't say I'll ever waste my time trying to get in & out of this frustrating parking lot just to maybe buy a stale donut. read more

I gave this location another chance today. It deserves less than 1 Star. I placed an order on the Dunkin' app for 2 impossible sausage egg sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 orange juices and an extra large coffee. Upon arrival all that was waiting for me was the coffee. After waving my arms I finally was able to get an employee to notice me. They told me they were out of impossible sausage and orange juice. No note on the receipt, nada. I guess they hoped I'd take the coffee and leave. Who knows what happened to the hash browns, maybe they were out of those as well. Getting a refund turned out to be a real hassle. They weren't able to refund back to my Dunkin card so they refunded to my charge card. I don't see it showing up yet, so I don't even know if I received a refund. On top of that they deducted 86 cents from the coffee refund claiming I was a senior and had gotten a senior discount on the original order. That is not the case. The App does not offer senior discounts so I was shorted 86 cents if I even get my refund. Avoid this location . You'll be sorry if you try to get food here. read more
