By far, my favorite item was the hot pretzel. It had just a touch of sweetness to it along with the traditional salty flavor. The texture of the dough was perfect. It had the right amount of moisture, chew, and flavor. It was hot and absolutely delicious. The chicken bacon ranch roll was not balanced. It was served hot and wrapped in foil, but it was missing something, like a yummy sauce or veggie crunch. I think there was too much chicken in it, relative to the amount of other ingredients. So it felt like I was just eating a roll stuffed with chicken. While the chicken tasted good, it needed something else to balance it. The strawberry cake was just okay. I think regular strawberry cassata cake is better though. And the maple pecan cake was just meh. I'll be back to try some other items soon!

The employee I talked with said they had opened the spring of 2025 and you can actually watch them making the dough in their open kitchen (should have taken a pic) anyway, they also sell other local items plus some shirts and shopping bags.
