Terrible service. Rude people. Absolutely water for coffee. I went and ordered a medium caramel and mocha coffee with no ice. They then gave me brown water with 1 pump of syrup, no cream, and no sweetness. I then asked for it to be sweetened a little more and after they contemplated doing it and rolling their eyes they decided to take it back to the back and bring it back the exact same way. I then asked for a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me 32 cents for it. I have been going here for 3 years and this is the worst experience I've had yet. Their products are always out of stock no matter what time you go. Look, I work across the street from this Dunkin, so I understand first hand what struggles they are facing with staffing. BUT maybe instead of hiring new associates constantly at a low rate, and getting crappy results and crappy service; you consider hiring some quality help in and pay them for their time! The employees here do not care. It's obvious. Wait times are long, even when no one is in line, they are not friendly, they act like you're bothering them. And I'm sure I am bothering them! I visited this location just because I wanted to see why the reviews weren't that great. I stopped by on my lunch break. This DD is fairly new from its appearance. It was clean on the outside. I didn't venture inside. I used the drive through. A very pleasant young lady answered and offered me the daily special which is half off a beverage. I declined and ordered my usual... coconut doughnut. I got to the window and was greeted by a nice cashier. I believe her name was Riley. She was very pleasant. Service was also quick. However, I didn't check the bag before I pulled off. I made it to my office only to find out that the doughnut was toasted coconut instead of regular coconut. I was highly disappointed. However, I decided to eat it anyway. It was fresh and tasty but ultimately not what I wanted. Everything else about the visit went well. I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee so when a DD was being built close to my home I was thrilled. No more driving to 20 for a great cup of coffee. I am sorry to report that this location's coffee and food are disappointing. The coffee is rarely sweetened like I expect, and I've been to four different states and drank DD coffee ordered the same...this location is "off". The coffee is harsh and just not good. Other DDs don't have this problem. I also like DD breakfast croissant sandwhiches. I rarely order them these days but on the two occasions I indulged the croissants seemed under cooked and doughy, not risen and fluffy as I've experienced at other locations. I have no idea what the problem is but as a huge fan of DD coffee I really hope someone steps in and fixes this location. On a positive note, everyone who works there has always been very nice. When you can screw up a cup of coffee, you know you have problems. The staff is very unfriendly. I can find more emotion and warmth in an Adam Sandler movie. The order is often wrong, and by often I mean 1 out of 20 times your order will be correct.
