The food here is generally good, but the way orders are handled is becoming a serious problem. My dad placed an Uber order that he never received, even though the system marked it as ready at 11:36. He arrived only three minutes later, and the staff told him that someone had already taken the order. That explanation doesn't make sense considering there was a huge stack of tickets on the rack and multiple people still waiting for their food. What makes this worse is that he was not refunded and still never received his order. Losing money for food you never got is completely unacceptable. This is something that needs to be addressed immediately because situations like this will cause you to lose customers. I went here two days in a row because it was the only place nearby that I could find freshly baked poppy seed bagels. It was the same crew both days, and both days they messed up the order. It wasn't even a complicated order (no more than three bagels with either butter or cream cheese). This place is horrible. We will never be back for the rest of our live due to the last few bad experiences. Yesterday, we got 2 bacon & egg sandwiches, strawberry cream strudel, 4 heavenly chocolate cookies, bacon avocado tomato sandwich, bottled water, 5-pack doggie bagels, and large medium roast coffee. I've been going to this location pretty frequently (I need to start checking in ) & it's been good for the most part but dropping a star because of the lack of consistency. Sometimes, they're super generous with the cream cheese portions but sometimes they barely spread any at all. My wife had to cut avocados to cover hers with because her bagel barely had any spread. I also order curbside for my entire family so I can't sit there checking each bagel & going inside to ask for more spread every time it happens either (their service is great though so I'm sure they would if I asked). One suggestion: It would be nice for them to label each bagel with a sticker or at least a sharpie. Especially in these times, it would make sense for people to not have to touch each other's food to see whose is whose. read more

Love the bagels from here but had a disappointing experience today. Usually when placing an order you are greeted with a Goodmorning or hello in this case I did not receive either. The staff member also didn't let me know when to order she just stared and gave me an annoyed look until I had to ask if it was okay to order. The staff member taking my order also had an AirPod in which looked very unprofessional and probably was the reason she was distracted causing her to not even take my full order correctly. It's obvious the staff member that was taking orders was not interested in doing their job. I hope management covers this issue with said staff member. I come into this store quite often where I just get a bagel with cream cheese and coffee. It's really nice and chill where I can just eat before work, but there's always these 2 workers there who always make my experience terrible. Their cashiers Jestin and Kaleb are awful. Whenever Kaleb takes my order he's always an asshole that acts like he doesn't even wanna be there or like he's high or something, and he even has his hoodie up. Absolutely no customer service skills. Jestin is actually okay when taking orders but man he just never stops talking. Even when I'm sitting in the dining area just trying to enjoy my meal he's making noise the whole time even when he's not attending to a customer. Came in to order breakfast and coffee frappuccino drinks and we ended up receiving our food but not our drinks. A ton of people came in and were served. We were still waiting for our drinks. The young lady stopped making our drinks to help everyone else even though we ordered first and should have gotten them before taking all the orders and preparing their food. There are several people working behind the counter as well. (The lady that work here started making our drinks. So I stopped by this bagel shop this morning for a coffee cake and a breakfasts bacon egg and cheese sandwich. So they were very busy. Which I assumed so that is why I called my order in. I had two customers in front of me but by the time I got to the front of the line my order was ready. I'm sure because I planned ahead. I would suggest hiring a bit more morning staff anticipating the volume of the morning rush. Being a bagel shop and all it is likely that they're would be in influx of customers in the wee mornings on their way to work. The coffee cake was a bit over cooked and tough. But as an Einstein rewards customer, I used my rewards points on the coffee cake and received it for free. I wish I could have gotten a more soft and fresh coffee cake but. Can't be picky with free stuff right. So my billed totaled $7.19 for the bagel sandwich. It could have been worst I suppose. ‍ The girl In the front was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of business that she was rudely rushing everyone's orders. I guess me rushing to give you my order will somehow make it get prepared and delivered faster. I most definitely will take the survey on the receipt‍. Just saying..... Also if you get the app you get a free iced coffee or hot coffee with any purchase every time. I have always liked Einstein but the quality has gone down here more and more over the years. When they make my pizza bagel, it's almost always exploding with tomato sauce and has very little cheese. Today when I came in, every single table was dirty, and the trashcan was overflowing. The women's bathroom door would not even shut, and the employees are just standing around. I even heard the manager talking to someone who was inquiring about a job. So I know the manager was here. There's plenty to do for her current employees who are standing around. Do yourself a favor. Come here at 2pm. They have half price bagel boxes. You can get 6 bagels and a smear for under 5 dollars. You can get the bigger box of 13 with 2 smears for under 8 dollars. This is a great deal. I've been doing it on the weekends and just eating bagels for a few mornings afterwards. The Smears alone are worth the price with a few bagels. Customer service is pretty good. I was a little disappointed with my last visit so I decided to give one more chance to Einstein Bros. Staff was cool, fast, and very happy to serve. I got a Bagel with a coffee, and asked for just a little cream cheese. Little is subjective, I suppose, because I had to wipe half of it off with a napkin...once done, I enjoyed it. I'm still iffy on their coffee. The best way I can describe it is it seems to take on the flavor of their cups. Almost a hint of cardboard with the flavor. Maybe I need to go in a third time with my own mug to really get a feel for the coffee flavor, but for now, the coffee isn't doing it for me. Overall, I wanted to bump the score up from my last review, because my experience was better, but I must admit I wont go out of my way to pay a visit.
