I've been a regular there for years because this one is on my way to the office and this nice girl usually makes my coffee just the way I like it. The owner even knows me when I hit the drive-thru, but today I was craving a donut and decided to come it to see what the had. When I asked the girl to please re-heat the bagel bites (they were frozen when I bit into them), she rolled her eyes but did it. No apologies, but yet I didn't care. However, when I asked for strawberry jelly, she said "why are you not touching my hands?" I was shocked because most people don't like to be touched as it is after 2020, and I didn't think it necessary to hand a client something. I said that I am a germaphobe and that it wasn't personal. She said "oh you think I'm infected" I said no it's just me. As I walked out the door, she laughed and asked if I wanted gloves for the door I said I have my own and napkins in my car. The owner is young about my age and has a mustache; hoping he sees this. I'll be calling in tomorrow. Some things never change. POOR customer service and RUDE manager. I have posted a receipt from the lady in front of me so maybe someone can do some customer service training. I had just put another $25 on my Dunkin' app and was ready to buy. I had started going thru drive thru and just 1 week prior at this exact location I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a glazed donut. They hesitated but they made it and it was great. I walk in due to the line and order the same thing. I was told by the girl at the register "we don't do that" I told her they did and did it for me last week. She asked the manager who, in a really pissy manner said "I told you (to the girl behind the counter) WE DONT DO THAT!" So the girl at the register sheepishly replied "I guess we can't do it" Now how difficult is it to say "sure". "we have eggs, we have sausage, we have cheese, and we have glazed donuts". I truly don't understand why this place moves so slow. Every single time I come into this place through the drive-through. Well it should say it takes at least 5 to 10 minutes. I just left there. There was one car at the window one car at the speaker and I sat there for three or four minutes before anything even moved. And I don't wanna be somebody who just complains if it was like this once in a while would be one thing but every single time I always try to hit this place on my way to work and I don't know how many times I'll sit in line for a few minutes and then just pull out and leave and go to the one down to Fort Lauderdale. I don't understand why when they used to actually have more to do such as making the donuts in-house and they have less people they move quicker now they have 89 people working in there and again it takes you 10 minutes to get in and out. read more

It was just ok. It is an old style DD that is attached to a Subway. We waited a few extra minutes so we could get the $2 special at 2 pm. I had an iced cappuccino ! We chatted for awhile-I came with friends so we were able to relax. They had Halloween decorations around which was nice. And nice to see that they do charitable work too! read more

This is the Dunkin I go to much. There is actually one right outside my neighborhood but instead I drive 10 minutes to go to this one because it's better. 9/10 times everything is perfect. There's always that off day where the coffee isn't the best or the food is mediocre but overall I've had good experiences here. MOST of the staff is nice, although there are a couple employees that are rude. Most of the time when I come, there is a line. It's in an odd spot in a shopping plaza so the line gets backed up and there's a way for other cars to cut in front of you in the drive thru if you aren't paying attention. read more

My 92 year old father had a morning routine to buy breakfast and a "senior" coffee at McDonald's on West Hillsboro. In late November, I read that "participating" Dunkin' franchises were giving out free coffee in Florida as a respite gesture following Hurricane Nicole. I suggested to my father that we try to get him a free Dunkin coffee rather than his usual McDonald's coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker so I didn't want one. Next morning, I drove him to this Dunkin. We walked into the store. Female staff was walking around quickly behind the counter. One stopped briefly to wait on us. Her name tag read "Manager: Fedsia." I asked her if she was participating in the statewide hurricane relief free coffee giveaway. She replied, "no." I turned to my father to ask if he wanted to pay for their coffee. Fedsia decided to walk away from us to resume filling another order. The drive-thru lady walked near us while working on an order. Dad interrupted her and asked to buy a donut. She looked at him like he's crazy and kept walking. Fedsia returned to wait on us. Dad asked Fedsia for a donut. She asked what kind. Dad paused to decide. Fedsia became impatient and suggested, "Glazed?" Dad replied, "Boston cream." She bagged his donut and rang him up for $1.59. She didn't ask if I wanted anything. Their "avocado toast" sandwich appealed to me. However, they seemed so impatient and disinterested that I didn't bother asking for anything else. Dad tried to hand her his debit card. Fedsia told him to insert it into the chip reader. Instead, he put his card back into his wallet because he's hard of hearing so I paid for it. She did not bother giving us the receipt. This Dunkin store has been remodeled and is a modern store. The store is bright and cheery. The owner and new staff are welcoming and friendly. There is a subway store which shares this location. The doughnuts and bagels are fresh and displayed in a glass counter right in front of the customer. The coffee is always good and fresh. Highly recommend this location. read more

I visited September 28. They recently renovated & it looks nicer on the inside. WiFi is offered & it is set up like a bistro. It can be a good place to get work done. They were training a new employee so the service was a slow, but it was fine. I do not get the low score. Expectations are to high. It is a Dunkin Donuts, not a steakhouse. As long as they serve quality coffee, donuts, and muffins they are fine. Ashame a decent DD is located in a sub-par strip mall. Nevertheless, it is a fine establishment. read more

Just like the only other review (by Tiffany N), I too began coming to this location due to the other Dunkin Donuts on Hillsboro Boulevard (about a mile from this location). It was the other locations horrible service and miserable employees that drove me to come here. I know three stars isn't great but compared to the other location down the road, it's a huge improvement. This location is slow but at least you get a warm greeting once it is your turn. My main complaint though is easily corrected but still inconvenient. Sometimes I order bagel sandwiches for lunch and somehow or another they "ALWAYS" over-cook the meat and sometimes the bagel gets super-hard on the edges which makes me believe they sometimes nuke the sandwich to melt the cheese. Easily corrected if you tell them (every single time you order) to not over-cook the meat and don't nuke the bagel. They always politely oblige. As far as coffee and the obvious other goodies, no issues (it's all as it's supposed to be). Also better than the other location is the cleanliness. Perhaps because they share the free-standing building with a Subway franchise or just have a better group of people willing to clean up the place properly. I am relatively new to this area, and I frequent Dunkin no matter where I live. THIS Dunkin is the best Dunkin in Deerfield! My old favorite Dunkin was Wiles & Riverside in Springs, & Southgate in Margate before that. I have not been there in several years, but they set the bar pretty high for various reasons. This location has moved past both. First off, I am a big fan of the new design inside. When I first moved here, the inside was pretty well worn... Always clean, but was in need of a facelift. The new aesthetics are pretty sweet! The food is always made correctly, the employees are always friendly & full of win, the coffee is always Dunkin, but that is not the most important part for me... This is an AWESOME Dunkin because they can (and have) CONSISTENTLY NOT ADDED SUGAR when I clearly ask for: 1. UNSWEETENED Iced Tea 2. UNSWEETENED Iced Coffee with cream ONLY I am often shocked at how many times specific locations just CANNOT GET THIS RIGHT. Been going to Dunkin's in South Florida for years. Almost every day to get an iced coffee. Decided to give this location a try, as it's close to my home. What I witnessed today, was absolutely ridiculous and something I've never dealt with at any other locations in the area. Then again, I've never had issues...at a Dunkin'...especially on a drink order. Not sure what I was expecting when the manager couldn't even look me in the eyes, or say hello, or acknowledge that I was a paying customer, now that I think of it. Anyways, I try to refrain from poor reviews - as I know it is a blow to the location. But this is worth pointing out - the manager here is awful. Terrible attitude, won't greet customers or say "you're welcome" when a thank you is given. Instead, she'll sheepishly hand you your order and then run away because she knows she handed you something you would more than likely return. Whenever I go to this location I get half assed food and service. I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese. They barely put any cream cheese on one side then mash it together praying that somehow it gets spread on the other side. How long does it take to spread some cream cheese on a bagel? God forbid you get butter! Half of it is completely dry and the other half has maybe a teaspoon of butter on it. I have been going to this dunkin donuts for 7 months since I moved into the area. I have it a chance because it was the most convenient when I got to work and has drive thru. But honestly I'm so fed up with them that I had to write this review and give my replacement dunkin donuts props for restoring my faith in dd and the area. All I can say is, when 3 out of 5 times they ask you to pull up to bring you out your food and they forget you're waiting out there 7 minutes later, you are bound to get a bit frustrated. Not to mention that 95% of the staff there act like they hate life and they would likely melt if they even cracked a smile. The last draw was today when they asked me to pull up again to bring my food out and I said no since I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. And they got very pissy with me. I was regrettably forced to return to this location after having the SAME ISSUE over 2 months ago and nothing has changed. Your employee at the drive thru seems to think that it's OK to wear her mask under her chin REGARDLESS of the fact that she is bagging & handling the baked goods (such as muffins/bagels, etc) at her window. I asked her the last time I was there why she wasn't wearing her mask and she told me she didn't have to because the plexiglass was dividing her from the drive thru customers. If someone could please explain to her how contagious diseases work that would be wonderful, because her ignorance is terrifying for someone who is employed in the food service industry. Not only that, she is the face of this location for every drive thru customer you receive. Do you really want your customers questioning the level of importance Dunkin Donuts places on safety? If you guys enforce masks onto the patrons who enter the store, why are you not doing it with your employees who are handling the food we are about to eat? Did you guys post the signs to make yourselves look good or do ya'll actually care about our safety? Let me know.
