    Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte

Found this little gem on Yelp and we're so glad we did!! It was a cute, spacious, clean spot and the two girls at the register were sweet. Here's what we got: Beef empanada: 10 out of 10! So flavorful and meaty. Absolutely delicious! Spinach empanada: 8/10. They were good but I'm only giving them an 8 bc the beef ones were just so much better. But if you like spinach, definitely worth trying. Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte: 9/10 Cinnabee latte: 9/10 We definitely will be back when we're in town!

I have a bad addiction to their red velvet latte

From when you walk in until you leave it's a vibe the staff love what they do and treat everyone like family from remembering my order to taking time to write a note on the cups

Trendy, healthy and tasty coffee spot. Love the concept and the atmosphere. Enjoyed the coffee and my time working here using the place as my m*office.

They prebatch the matcha so it isn't fresh. The espresso machine was completely down so it made it very difficult to order drinks.

This place is absolutely as instagrammable and aesthetic as you see it online. The ambiance is so cute with greenery and wood styling and the food is decorated beautifully. They had so much variety in drink options. Some of their food items were out which is unfortunate BUT it comes to show how good their food is! Thats one part that made me take a start out though. I would hope they take note of what runs out to adjust to demand. The other reason is because some items are pre-made with bacon, which could be part of a dietary restriction, but they had turkey-bacon and turkey sausage which is considerate. The service was amazing though! They were so knowledgeable (they actually caught an ingredient i wouldnt want in one item based on other items i took it off of so they made sure to make me aware so i could take it off! So grateful!). They were also very quick to fulfill my order. I definitely recommend this place for tasty, aesthetically pleasing food.

While, visiting my sister, we decided to check out the seed coffee bar. It was a really neat place! I enjoyed the vibe of the place. I ordered a seasonal drink. The Matcha piña colada it went really well with the key lime bagel bomb. The girl behind the counter was really nice as well and helped explain things when needed. This place definitely needs a visit if you're in the area!

I love this Cafe. There are so many delicious and healthy food options. The drinks are exciting and fun. I got the paradise slider. It was small, but so tasty and packed with flavor. I also got the matcha latte with oatmilk and vanilla syrup. It wasn't a super strong matcha but it tasted good. I just prefer when the matcha is stronger. The service was super friendly and I'll definitely be back.

A cozy coffee shop with friendly staff can really make a difference, especially with a delicious drink like a gingerbread latte.

Nice modern setting! Lots of tables and comfortable seating both inside and out. Our lattes were delicious and I appreciated the milk foam art. They also have a small item, chia pudding, and some other cold items. Service was friendly. Plenty of parking in front of The Seed. It's nice to have some good coffeehouse options that don't start with Star or Dunk!

I had a way better experience at this location! Compared to the Boca location the staff were really friendly and my drink as absolutely delicious. The cashier was able to answer my questions about the cup sizes and was really friendly. I ended up deciding to try a strawberries and cream matcha. The drink was amazing it tasted like fresh strawberries and didn't have an artificial taste. The matcha was super creamy and delicious. The parking situation at this location was also a lot better. Inside the restaurant was also nice and clean. Definitely a must if you're in the area.

Wow this was my first time trying the strawberry matcha from the seed and I am hooked. It was super thick and creamy. I loved it! The inside seating area is pretty small but when we visited it was empty so we could find seating. Haven't tried other items on the menu from this location but will definitely be back for more strawberry matcha.

Perfection! The bagel bomb up top the lemon poppy muffin down to the lower left and heaven on earth - the cinnabee hot latte.

Wow!!!!! I love this place. Probably one of the better coffees I've had in a really long time. Starbucks who? You gotta try their famous Cinnabee Latte. I had hot and my hubby had it cold both deserve a standing ovation. I had a lemon poppy muffin, which I tried not to share it was so light and delicious. I also had a bagel bomb. Please don't order this because I want more for me. Move over regular bagel... here comes the bagel bomb. Definitely looking forward to coming here again. They have an array of coffees and juices - great vibe. They also have a point system which I can already tell - I'll be racking up these points. *Ten minutes later: Ordered a The Biz Açaí Bowl - again did not disappoint and a zucchini, walnut bread. Mmmmmmm.

This place has such a healthy, vibrant atmosphere. Immediately when you walk in, you feel at peace. I love the wall decor. The disco ball was AWESOME! The baristas were kind, funny, and helpful. I wanted to try one of the seasonal new cereal lattes. I went with the cinnamon toast crunch latte. It was awesome because it was sweet like cinnamon, and even had cinnamon toast crunch pieces in it! The reason for the deduction of stars was for the bagel bomb. I was sooo excited to try one after seeing them featured so often on the instagram. The flavor was good, but i was expecting it to be a bagel consistency... not croissant :( It was a little too soft, i wish it was bagel dough. Or use the croissant dough with a chocolate or dulce de leche filling instead. My friend had the ham and cheese croissant and really liked it. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and i want to return to try their strawberry foam!!!

Inside the restaurant was cute and a little funky. However, it seemed off that evening. I noticed that many of the tables hadn't been cleaned off. Chairs were not neatly tucked in. The dining room looked in disarray. Yet, there was no one else there. If I hadn't read the good reviews on here, I would've just left. We found a clean table, and we had to ask the server for menus. The salads we ordered were good, but they needed more dressing. The ingredients were fresh, and I genuinely did enjoy the food. However, the state of the dining room and inattentive service set a not-so-great vibe. Perhaps it's different earlier in the day. Perhaps it was an off night.

The barista even made us a customized s'mores latte, topped with a toasted marshmallow, which was both fun and genuinely delicious. For dessert, we tried a homemade chocolate chip cookie with candied walnuts, and it was a total surprise homerun. Their first location is in Oakland Park and it was where I met Natasha during a Yelp event. They have now expanded to Tamarac and this location in the Park Plaza Shopping Center in Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach. Mederos has said "We would love to keep expanding. We want to spread healthy eating at an affordable price." The last time I was at a TropiBowls I had the Sunshine State Açaí Bowl with kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, almonds, granola, honey, and shaved coconut served inside of a hollowed-out frozen pineapple, Açaí (pronounced aa·saa·ee) is from the acai palm tree, which is native to Central and South America. Açaí is considered a super food with anti-aging and weight loss properties. Its pulp is even richer in antioxidants than cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries. The berry has been eaten for thousands of years by indigenous people in the Amazon but it recently became popular when the Gracie family, famous for their Brazilian jiujitsu gyms, invented frozen açaí bowl in the late 1980s. They found the fruit to be low in sugar, full of vitamins and antioxidants, and an energy booster. Unfortunately it had an earthy flavor that reminded some people of dirt. To mask the flavor they flash froze the pulp and berries and used it as a smoothie base mixed with sweeter fruits that masked the flavor. The texture is similar to a sorbet. Now there are açaí bars all over Brazil where you can get it topped with all kinds of fruits, granola, and nuts. Some people eat it as a refreshing breakfast. In addition to açaí, TropiBowls also has pitaya, coconut, green, and oatmeal bowls along with coffee, tea, cold pressed juices, smoothies, avocado toast, egg sandwiches, wraps, rice bowls, and signature salads. On this visit I decided on the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap made with spring mix, tomatoes, onions, grilled chicken, ranch, bacon and cheese, ($11.99). My sandwich was excellent. I like how they grilled the wrap after it was filled with tender white meat chicken, fresh vegetables, and a tasty ranch sauce. TropiBowls makes it easy to eat food that tastes good and that is good for you. I can't wait to see where they pop up next.
