Down in Key West, I had a couple places that I love their coffee BUT it was a third place I always frequented because of one standout feature... ice cubes made from coffee so my ice coffee won't get watered down.... AND NOW... I am trying Brooklyn Water Bagel for the first time and I may be seeing a little less of Dunkin' Donuts... here's the gist of my visit: I arrive and pick out a bagel and ordered myself a EGG / SAUSAGE / CHEESE ON AN EVERYTHING BAGEL... it was very good but perhaps a bit too much egg. As for the star attraction for me, coffee.... I always crave iced coffee (even in frigid weather). I ordered their ICED COFFEE CUBSTA and was handed a cup to help myself to the self serve area that had various creamers in a fountain-like machine and plenty of hot coffee options along with cold coffee options. There is also a fountain soda machine and it had... I'm speechless... NEW YORK EGG CREAM (from U-Bet)... and then the creme-de-la-creme... my COFFEE ICE CUBES. The coffees were very good and my coffee cubes were awesome... bagel was very good. Wish the staff was friendlier though. read more

Picked up my TGTG bag promptly at 1:30! Last time I received 15 bagels instead of the expected 12 bagels. This time. I received 11 bagels. Between the 2 orders. I'm still ahead! Brooklyn Water Bagels are the best bagels around! I had heard that for several years but just never got there to try them. Last week I discovered the app "too good to go." Brooklyn Water bagels had a dozen bagels for an excellent price. I walked in and asked for the bag I had paid for and the staff was extremely friendly. They packed a large bag - 12 bagels - and were sure to include every kind that they had available. The other food looked great and the tables were all full - - large crowd! So I used to come here regularly, but as time went by the place has been going downhill from bad health inspections to poor quality. So today I decided to give it another try, no A.C no sign on the door, ok. I ordered an Ice coffee and an everything bagel not toasted with cream cheese. I leave my bagel was toasted but more importantly the ice coffee the creamer was spoiled and you can see that in the picture. Yum yum yum. I am a huge fan of Brooklyn Water Bagel. They used to have more locations that closed, so I was thrilled to find this location. It's in a shopping center in a central part of Boca with a ton of parking space so you can easily access the restaurant. The food is always consistently delicious. From their egg sandwiches to their muffins, you will love everything you eat here. They have seasonal flavors of muffins, don't miss out on these! I will also say the prices are pretty reasonable. They haven't raised their prices ridiculously high like others. The service is pretty fast both at the register (standing in line to order) and when bringing out the food. There's plenty of seating with outside tables as well. read more

Getting bagels and stuff from here is wonderful. The quality of the food is amazing and the cleanliness of the place is fabulous. Service isn't the best but they try. It also could be that they are so busy all the time taking that extra few seconds to greet customers could make the visit much more enjoyable. Over all it's a great place for great food. read more

They have very good bagels but no vegan cream cheese for individuals with daily allergies. The Bagel Boss has vegan chive, plain and veggie cream cheese. I pray Brooklyn bagel checks this out to begin offering vegan options because their bagels are good but when I order I do not have anything non dairy to put on the bagel. Their iced coffee gives you wings. If you are starting off your day with lots to do, fuel up here. Their array of iced coffee blends use coffee cubes with a nice variety of creamers and milk. This got me to Pluto and back. I'm less fond of their bagels with eggs. The Williamsburg gets the top trophy. It's nova on your choice of bagel with cream cheese, red onions, tomatoes, This time I went with the Brooklyn to get in the right mentality before some Black Friday treasure hunting at Nordstrom Rack. This is with eggs, bacon, sausage and American cheese on your choice of bagel. The eggs lack soul -- too fluffy and not as legitimate as what the competition creates. No complaints though (except for the eggs)! Their coffee got me through this day with lots accomplished. I'll steer back to the Williamsburg which is solid. read more

These are really solid bagels for a franchise and some of my favorite around. They aren't as good as the ones from home, but when I come to Delray, they are my favorite in the extended area. We have tried many flavors from sesame to poppy to whole wheat to everything and no complaints. We received prompt service from the lady at the register. read more

As a northern transplant, I miss really good bagels. I was happy to have found BWB when I moved to Boca in January. While I do come here as a treat to myself every Saturday, the bagels are uneven in quality. When they're delivered to your table, they are kinda slung at you (that seems very Brooklyn lol). Sometimes they are toasted nicely, sometimes barely so. The coffee is great, however. The restaurant itself needs a serious cleaning. It's really dingy. The coffee area is messy, and there's garbage strewn about the patio. But man... I do crave the poppyseed bagel. read more

This place needs new management. This is the 3rd time I've bought nova cream cheese here and it ended up being rancid. Opened the container and it smelled like an old, wet rag. Quality control is a real issue. AC is out in the place half the time, refrigerator that is supposed to house the cream cheese has been broken for at least 6 months. Located in the Party City shopping center off of Powerline Rd and just east of The Garden Shops, it's always crowded but you can usually find a space in the parking lot. To avoid the long line, order online through the app. This way you can walk up to the counter and pick up and still eat inside or outside on the patio. Bagels are made fresh daily. I was surprised on this visit at 10am they were out of sesame bagels but they were short staffed so you can't blame them for that these days. Salmon spread is my favorite here and today I had to venture into new territory and try the whole wheat everything bagel. Surprisingly, it was very good and not overpowering with garlic. There's not much choice in this area so this is a solid choice. Weekends can be a zoo, so save a minute and order online. read more

Love their bagel sandwiches but disclaimer, I grew up on South Florida bagels, so no New York comparison snobbery from me. Trust me when I tell you to add cream cheese to whatever you get. It makes it so much creamier, just be prepared with napkins. I love the idea of their iced coffee with the coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get watered down, but I find all the coffee options to be light roast. I prefer mine super strong so I skip it all together. If you like Dunkin' coffee, you'll love theirs, it's just not for me. The Rueben sandwich is really good off the lunch menu. My husband and I are here every weekend, it's our tradition. Wake up, go to Brooklyn lol. We've tried bagels at every bagel shop I can think of in Deerfield/Boca and this is the best one. The bagels and baked goods are always fresh, there's always a variety and the service is amazing! The staff at this shop are all incredibly kind people. The location is clean as well. We love our iced coffee with the coffee iced cubes. So many flavors and types of creamers. The coffee bar is a nice touch and honestly makes me not want to go anywhere else. I also appreciate the outdoor seating that is dog-friendly because sometimes our pups like to enjoy bites of plain bagels. We love this place! read more

Don't be fooled by the pictures! They are advertising some new sandwiches featuring "Carnagie deli". Being a displaced New Yorker and seeing Pastrami & Corned Beef sandwiches, resembling those of the famous NY deli's, overstuffed, how could I resist. The price didn't even matter. Unfortunately my hopes were dashed to smitherines! Look at these pictures. The meats take up more than half of the size of the sandwich, accompanied by chips and a pickle! What do you get? Maybe 1/4 lb of meat, no chips, no pickle! I asked to speak to the manager he wasn't available. I wrote to corporate they didn't answer. They did post a reply to my review and told me to speak to the manager. Don't think they care. One way or the other. As I said in my previous review I gave it a 2 star rating because I love the bagels, even though they never have the Flagels anymore. I am just a very disappointed customer. read more
