I finally visited our local Dunkin Donuts after the new building was finished close to the old location. I was greeted quickly by a friendly cashier who took my order. I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and some coffee. My order was prepared very quickly and served up with a smile. The muffin was pretty good and the coffee was piping hot and tasty. I enjoyed the free WiFi and ate at one of the several nice clean tables. It's a nice place to grab something quick! read more

I've been going to this Duncan for years, every morning. Since the new store opened the old crew is gone which is unfortunate and the new crew is here. The old crew I would have given a 5 star; they were friendly knew my order before I ordered it. This crew is very rude, doesn't say thank you, or good morning, they get irritated if you don't know the name of the item you are ordering. This morning, the women at the window, (same women every morning) took my money then shut the window and walked away, didn't say thanks for coming, or good morning. It's sad they got rid of the old crew and we have to deal with these nasty women in the morning. I work from home, looks like I'll be making coffee at home for now. read more

Have you ever had one of those times when you do something where your better judgment says don't do it. Well this was that moment for me. As we were driving to Ocean City for some odd reason I really wanted something from Dunkin Donuts. I didn't need it....I just wanted it. I think the Dunkin Donuts signs along the road were subliminal messages and my mind succumbed to the marketing. Well I pulled off and headed right to the Dunkin Donuts. As I pulled up, it just did not look right. The building looked old and kind of dingy. Did that deter me....normally it would have but something kept luring me...once again against my better judgment. I ordered a coffee drink for my wife and myself, some donut holes (that I did not need) and two glazed donuts for my daughters (7 & 9). I get back to the car and hand out the goodies. Then I hear a scream.....It was my youngest daughter. There was a fly stuck in her glazed donut. My better judgment was telling me...I TOLD YOU NOT TO COME HERE. My wife was giving me the glare of "why did you bring us here". And then I take a sip of my coffee drink and it tasted like dirt, mixed in water with creamer and ice. read more

We live local (10 mile distance) and are extremely disappointed and frustrated. My husband went to get a few donuts and a iced chai tea. The clerk ( Name on receipt is Sierra H.) put all three iced donuts into a small bag. We open the bag to one big mess all the icing off the donuts and a hair stuck on what little bit of icing that was left on one of the donuts. The chai tea taste very very strong and that was tasting without the straw, they forgot to give him a straw too. I called there to request to speak to a manager and the clerk named Veronica told me that there wasn't a manager there, so I ask to speak to the person in charge. Veronica said that "there wasn't anyone in charge, just us." She also told me to that "I could complain online or call back tomorrow when the manager comes back." So here's to good old fashion customer service or for us the lack of. Hopefully, I will be able to speak with a manager tomorrow. For now the donuts and chai tea are trashed. read more

Ugh... Won't waste my time writing too much. Let's just say that the coffee wasn't all that...and the donuts/baked treats weren't any better. Situated inside a building shared with a Subway, this Dunkin Donuts was treated like the younger sibling sharing a room with it's older stronger brother. The Dunkin Donuts was given a tiny closet sized area (1/8 of the place) while the Subway took up the rest of the larger area. The muffins were super dry and tasted like they were 3 days old. The only thing saving this Dunkin Donuts from receiving a single star rating was the kind service. Never ever will I stop at this Dunkin Donut. The service in this DD is terrible the girl at the register is very rude and the girl doing the coffee has no manners.

Girl working was the rudest person i have ever experienced at this location. She had asked if there were more than just drinks and I had ordered munchkins and a donut. After saying that she said I can't hear you. I repeated myself and she said she's all out of pumpkin munchkins so i said glazed and glazed blueberry then. She proceeds to give me only glazed and put the boston crème upside down and threw the bag at me. Couldn't read her name but blonde hair girl probably early 20s. read more

Nice little spot off the highway. Our cashier lady was very polite and we had a great conversation with her, and she also did a great job of taking the order of 3 people all getting different drinks and foods. Pretty quick service although they did forget one item in our order, no worries we just let them know and they promptly got it for us. Shares the spot with a Subway so I guess that expands your food options if you're hungry. Good coffee, good hot chocolate, good donuts! read more

quite possibly the worst Dunkin I've visited. On your way to the beach? Just wait till you get to Royal Farms, this Dunkin isn't worth the time. I e stopped her multiple times and each one, has taken over 15 min to get a coffee. No food, or specially lattes, coffee. I give it 3 stars because I always hit the drive thru there and I dont go inside. When driving on 404, there isnt another Dunks until you either hit Kent Island or highway 13 in Delaware, so this is it. I dont recommend sitting down in there because they share the space. I have always had good experiences with the drive thru. read more

I work at Dunkin' Donuts and was traveling on vacation. I decided to come to this location while on the road. I ordered 2 wake up wraps, 2 orders of snacking bacon, and a frozen vanilla chai. When I received my order, my bacon was ice cold and not crispy at all. My wake up wraps were not even wrapped, nor were they toasted. My vanilla chai had vanilla chai powdered that was not mixed in. Not very satisfied. Great customer service tho. They were happy to fix the problems. read more

This is so far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to I've been a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer for 7 plus years and I have never had this many problems with my coffee I get the same coffee every time I go. Me and my spouse are regulars and they know who we are and these girls in their are so rude and they have no manners once you complain about a coffee they start messing up on purpose over and over again I don't think I'll be going to Dunkin Donuts in Denton Maryland on 404 anymore I tip a lot I tip very generously and I don't deserve this quality of service their new workers in there and they're all females it seems and they're all very very rude. There's only one guy in there that has dreads and he is the most kindest worker there and he makes the coffees 100% perfect when he's working I know I don't have to be worried about my coffee being nasty but if he's not there I get anxiety every time going to that drive-through because I know they're going to mess up on purpose. Also if my coffee is too terrible drink I will go back in after the drive-thru and get my coffee remade and that seems to really irritate them and gives them more of a reason to mess up my coffee. But it's okay be cause I already emailed corporate and have a case number. Pretty sure those really rude unpolite girls won't have a job anymore. I just don't understand why Denton dunkin donuts doesn't offer lemonade ice tea. They seem to always be behind in the what ever is offered new and they close at 9pm which is not ordinary to all the other DD. There is nothing else much in Denton and they r sitting on a gold mine don't understand. Why they are the way they are . very sad read more

Even though the place is oddly shared with a Subway, it's an awesome stop if you're going through the drive through. The service for me was awesome. Though I'm pretty laid back, so I can't vouch for how they'd react to more uptight customers. Coffee is always fresh, and I learned the donuts are shipped in the morning from OC so my advice to you is don't plan any last minute late night donut runs! Head over to the Walmart next door, and get yourself something else sweet. I haven't had a single problem with this Dunkin Donuts (the only one in miles I might add). Let's hope it stays that way! Every time we come here the service is great! Fast and easy drive thru and just as quick when you come into the store. My kiddos love coming here for the sprinkle donuts. A+. I am an avid dunkin drinker and stop at this location while traveling on 404. On the hand full of times I have been my beverage has been made wrong three times. When I point it out i am given attitude and have heard snarkey comments made. Very disappointing as every other store I go to my drink (iced dark roast with extra cream and Carmel) is made perfectly and they are so pleasant. My coffee is alright once it's remade correctly, but I have to give it one star as service is consistently poor. read more

I am a frequent DD customer all over the area. Today was an unusually unpleasant visit to this particular one. I ordered a large hot coffee and ended up with the incorrect amount of sugar as well as a quarter of an inch of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup! This was all after the lady helping me repeatedly banged the scanner on the counter to get it to 'work.' This franchisee needs to tighten up quite a bit at this location. read more

I never write reviews...but if I order ano pay for a medium latte: I expect to get a cup that is mostly full and not with over an inch of "room". With the wrong flavor.
