I asked if there was one that had chocolate, banana, and spinach, and she said, "Oh yes, I can make that one." She rang up the name of a drink, but the full screen wasn't visible to me. When I got my receipt, I realized she hadn't actually found the smoothie I was looking for, she had simply charged me for a different drink plus a bunch of extra add-ins. I was really frustrated because the interaction made it seem like she was helping me find the drink I had asked about, when instead I ended up paying quite a bit more for something that was essentially customized. It was the lack of transparency that really bothered me.
