Bad employees with bad attitudes who don't know how an order is supposed be and want to argue with a customer who has ordered the same thing MANY times and knows how its supposed to be. The woman with long hair and the fake diamond earring in her nose is the worst, Loud mouth and a smart attitude. I'd say she should be fired but with that attitude she won't be around for long. She'll take an attitude and quit. Neither will the one with the huge tattoo on her arm who doesn't know how an order is supposed to be and wants to argue about it. They are both nasty, horrible employees.

There's one particular staff member who stands out for all the wrong reasons--she's consistently rude, unapproachable, and never greets or acknowledges customers. While not all employees are like this, her behavior leaves a very negative impression. When you walk into the store, it often feels like you're invisible. Basic customer service--like a simple greeting or acknowledgment--is lacking. If someone is unhappy in their role, it might be time to consider a different environment. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and respected.

What's worse, Alyssa seemed disinterested in resolving the issue, not offering to remake the drink or provide a refund. They just can't get the order right. I ordered 2 coffees, one a decaf and the other with hazelnut both cream and no sugar. I received four coffees, each with double cream, not decaf, and one marked hazelnut but no apparent hazelnut. After this I'll go next door to Stewart's. Same order cost $2 less. I'm certain they will get better. The donuts looked good, though I didn't buy one because I don't want to taste it all day.

We talked about his service for a while after leaving the drive-thru! The stars are for him! Drinks got out pretty quick and were pretty good.
