20 min wait in a drive though line. People are nice but clearly being run understaffed and really not worth it.

Saturday afternoon on 8/9/2025 around 3pm. I've never had any complaints about this location until today. Bad employees with bad attitudes who don't know how an order is supposed be and want to argue with a customer who has ordered the same thing MANY times and knows how its supposed to be. The woman with long hair and the fake diamond earring in her nose is the worst, Loud mouth and a smart attitude. I'd say she should be fired but with that attitude she won't be around for long. She'll take an attitude and quit. Neither will the one with the huge tattoo on her arm who doesn't know how an order is supposed to be and wants to argue about it. They are both nasty, horrible employees. read more

We stopped in after picking up some groceries. I needed a kick of caffeine and opted for an iced matcha latte (no surprise there). The iced matcha was delicious. It was made perfectly and the drive thru line was really quick. I ordered snackin bacon and was happy with what I received. There's been an inconsistency with the snackin bacon at different Dunkins. This order was a nice portion and tasted sweet with the maple syrup. There was a bit more black pepper than I would have preferred but it wasn't bad at all. This will likely be one of my go-to Dunkins when I'm in that area. read more

I placed a mobile order at this location at 5:55 a.m. I arrived at this location at 6:10 a.m. When I went through the drive thru 2 separates times I was met by silence both times. After waiting approximately 6 minutes I ventured inside to pick up my order, when we got in we were then ignored for an additional 5 minutes. Finally Dunkin's most passive aggressive employee asks what we wanted angrily, I tried to explain we had a mobile order but she was not understanding. After 5 times of repeatedly telling her the name she finally got it. When she made my frozen drink it was melted by the time she gave it to me. We then waited an additional 20 minutes (and keep in mind it was not busy at the time) the employee at the front made half of our order (some of which was wrong) leaving the other half unmade, while half making other peoples orders and ignoring customers at the counter while filling donuts racks. Eventually by 6:35 another employee completed the other half of our order and corrected his other employees mistakes. We thanked her for fixing our donuts and we were met with more attitude. What can you really expect? This place is always crowded, and has one of the worst parking lots I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. That's not DD's fault.. I think. It's just one of the ingredients that make for a bad experience. I've never had a bad experience people-wise, though, as everyone still manages to be quite friendly and very quick on their feet. Unfortunately the experience itself is a hit or miss. I've had really good coffee days, and days where I've had to go in because they got my order very, very wrong. I suppose it all depends on how skilled the people are who make the coffee that day. I've had so many different versions of the caramel swirl, sometimes I forget what it tastes like. It's a tough job though, so I give them all the credit! I won't complain too much, I'm just trying to give my honest opinion. 1 Star & that is only because I have to. After placing a Mobile Order on my way to work I started my New Year off being greeted by the NASTIEST blonde hair woman at the drive thru of THIS Dunkin. I pulled up to the window to retrieve my order and was immediately told I was supposed to order @ the window! When I tried to explain it is a mobile order she said I HAVE to come inside. I explained my Dunkin App gave me the option to pick it up at the drive thru! She got an attitude & said well u still need to let us know you are Here at the window!! Im not sure what her issue was, but she SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE AS NASTY AS THE ONE SHE HAD!! Unbelievable/Horrible at this particular location. In as far as management and their training of their workers, and the responsibility of management accountability to taking complaints and making an effort to fix problems that arise in food services from time to time. I do NOT blame the workers here. They model the management and do what management puts up with/instructs/and illustrates what is acceptable. When management does not provide a way for customers to contact their place of business (yes they do list a phone number but that number rings and rings and then once the 'voicemail' answers it indicates that a voice message cannot be left), you understand that management is not interested in hearing complaints or wanting to make good on any problems. If workers provide shoddy service it is because the managers don't expect them to provide anything better either. read more

This Dunkin Donuts opened recently and replaced the Dunkin Donunt/Baskin Robbins about a mile up US 9 at 4269 Albany Post Rd., which is now closed. The new location immediately solves the worst problem at the old location, the traffic congestion. It used to be so bad at the old location that sometimes the drive-thru line backed out into Route 9. This site is the front of a larger (and as yet unfilled) strip mall, and the drive-thru, as well as significant parking,wrap around the building. There is also an entrance/exit in the back connecting the access road around the parking lot of the new Stop & Shop behind it. The inside is huge and does not appear to have an accompanying Baskin Robbins. There is ample seating all over the place, including tables, bistro seating, and sofas. It's very well staffed; there was no wait placing an order at the counter. The staff, some possibly new, are still working a few kinks out, but service is generally fine and the food is consistent, as you would hope. The drive-thru and parking lot exiting on to US 9 only permits you to turn right, i.e., southbound. If you want to exit northbound, you have to drive around to the back exit into the Stop & Shop parking lot, turn right, and drive to the main entrance/exit where you can make the left turn at the traffic light. read more

Bought 2 cups of coffee, total $4.87. Looking at my Bank Accounts a day later and noticed that this DD location charged me $4.87 2 times. Called the store to find out what happened but they couldn't explain. Will be showing up to deal with manager face to face. It's not the $4.87 extra that bothered me but the lack of service and professionalism displayed at this location. Beware when paying and always check a day or two later just to make sure nothing like this happens again. read more

Seems to be that everytime I come here they mess up my order. It's a really simple order just a coffee with skim and a flavor...

Order was inaccurate (asked for Iced Latte and got a HOT latte of the wrong flavor). Customer service was poor at best (gave me an attitude when i was polite about getting the wrong drink). Staff is inexperienced college age kids who would rather talk amongst themselves than help paying customers. We were over charged by $1.19 most likely do to lack of proper training with the Point Of Sale (P.O.S.) computer. Not the first time we have had similar issues with this specific location. We will not be returning to this loction. I will drive the extra few miles to the stor on 9G or on 9 up in Red Hook. read more

Caution with Kids -- Bee Problem The service here was excellent and the food was tasty. The problem is there was a swarm of aggressive yellow jackets and we could not escape them -- there were a couple bees in the restaurant and there was even one in the bathroom, and there were many in the parking lot that flew into our car, and then one landed on my 3-year-old's face while he was in the parking lot and stung him on the chin. The bees kept following us no matter where we ran and we had to keep putting the windows up and down and even hopping out of the car to escape them! Other cars were doing the same. Other shopkeepers outside looked unfazed and even made jokes out of it, but if you have little ones this was a terrifying experience, and we caution people dining here and suggest them to urge the owners/managers to get the problem solved. I spoke with my sister-in-law and she had the same experience with a Dunkin Donuts about 40 mins away this same morning! When she asked management about it, they said they tried to find the hive but couldn't find it. It may be that they will need to remove the exterior garbage cans -- all that sugar sitting out spells danger. read more

What can I say...prices are absolutely rediculous. Everything is 50-75 cents more than other location. $2.50 for a soda??? They're $1.69 almost everywhere. Food was incorrect. Gave me an English muffin instead of bagel. Hash browns seemed like they were sitting in the oven for 8 hours. They were hard and black. Appeared to be a bunch of part time college kids working there. No training or personality. Just robots. Worst location ever. read more

This dunkin is very convenient for my job however, almost every day they give me a coffee instead of a tea, which i find frustrating as i always emphasize that it is a tea and NOT a coffee. I have lived in Hyde Park my whole life & have been going to this dunkin since they opened and the one by McDonald's in town before that. What the f*ck dunkin?! The service has gone downhill tremendously. Honestly I think that's an understatement. I still frequent this location *despite* almost always getting incorrect orders because it is the only location near me with a drive thru and I have 2 young kids so this is convenient. In the last week alone I've had 2 messed up coffees and one completely wrong order. Today, my hot latte was room temperature. The espresso was burnt and there was no foam. Seemed like it had been made earlier and sitting out a few hours. Most of the staff has a nasty attitude 90% of the time and while I fully support raising the minimum wage I cannot fathom why we are raising pay but lowering the standards of the quality of both service and merchandise. Guess I'll be driving an extra 30 mins to Starbucks in the mornings because this dunkin is THAT bad. The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced or retrained. read more

Usually quick and convenient, and friendly service. Drive thru line moves pretty quickly, if it isn't it's usually a slow customer holding things up. I always order tea, I'm not a coffee drinker. They've gotten much better, I used to have issues with them trying to give me a coffee instead of a tea. It's no fault of Dunkin itself, but the the one drawback of this location is if you want to make a left hand turn out of the property - you can't legally. You have to go around the building again, and use the traffic light from the stop & shop parking lot. During peak times when it is very busy, you get stuck in the jammed parking lot. This use to be my fav location but I've completely lost respect. They haven't been able to get the orders right, twice they haven't put the top on tight in the drive through and I ended up with coffee all over my car. I've spoken to the manager whom appears to be inept at actually managing. They have a horrible parking lot to begin with then they decide to add to it with crappy decision. They will let people collect money for various causes at the drive through--1. They should be in the lobby not the drive through. 2. They should advertise that they will be doing it on this day so that people have the choice to not use the drive through on that day since it's meant to be a quicker service 3. They could put cans for collection instead of their tip jar for the day 4. They could offer a donation out of their location account. These ideas appear to be completely baffling to the manager, which would serve the good deed cause and also keep their business functioning smoothly. I just stopped into this location just the other day and was superbly impressed. Not only are there few sit-down tables here (you can eat on sofa-like chairs around a coffee table-like table), but there is one very LONG row of benches in here. I was "in heaven" when I saw how soft and comfortable the chairs were here. I'd never seen sofa-like chairs in any Dunkin Donuts location before. And if you couple that with the fact that I was having such a miserable day (I just had to put my dog to "eternal rest"), these seats sure made my day more pleasurable than I expected to see. Prices, while much like other Dunkin Donuts nearby, were fairly the same. Yes, I had a coupon for two donuts at a different price, but that wasn't the only thing I had. read more

This is a relatively new Dunkin. Although convenient, the service isn't great. A lot of times they mix up the orders, especially today. They gave me a blueberry coollata and insisted I ordered it when I ordered my drink with skim milk- made no sense. Anyway, its okay if youre in a hurry but they'll probably mess up your order. Might as well go to the Dunkin on Violet Ave. They're great there. read more
