a half eaten sandwich in a wrapper

Unbelievable/Horrible at this particular location. In as far as management and their training of their workers, and the responsibility of management accountability to taking complaints and making an effort to fix problems that arise in food services from time to time. I do NOT blame the workers here. They model the management and do what management puts up with/instructs/and illustrates what is acceptable. When management does not provide a way for customers to contact their place of business (yes they do list a phone number but that number rings and rings and then once the 'voicemail' answers it indicates that a voice message cannot be left), you understand that management is not interested in hearing complaints or wanting to make good on any problems. If workers provide shoddy service it is because the managers don't expect them to provide anything better either.

The question marks are next to the additional charge that was unnecessary which I mentioned in my review.

20 min wait in a drive though line. People are nice but clearly being run understaffed and really not worth it.

Seems to be that everytime I come here they mess up my order. It's a really simple order just a coffee with skim and a flavor...

Great coffee! Friendly staff! Lots of comfy seating. All Dunkin Donuts are definitely not the same.

This was an incredibly cozy spot for a laidback breakfast after wrapping up with an errand in the area. Aside from another couple, we practically had the place to ourselves. Almost imagine being in a quaint B&B's dining room with 50s Doo-Wop thrown in- well, that's the feel you get here. Service was nice and so was our simple, hit-the-spot breakfast. Between my tasty mushroom+fresh mozzarella omelette and hubs' BEC, we had no issues. As a heads up, these folks don't have iced decaf, what you'll get is hot decaf coffee with decaf coffee cubes. Different for these parts- but hubs drank it. My first Chai I ordered, came with warm milk on the side but when I poured it in my mug, the milk curdled. When I mentioned it to the owner, she said that she drank milk earlier that morning¯\_(ツ)_/¯. In my head I'm like, "did you NOT notice that it was spoiled????" Plus, the small pitcher the original milk was served in, had that milk ring on the inside. Ewww. I hesitated ordering another, but I was somehow convinced to. Needless to say, the 2nd, was safe to drink but I got flashbacks. Price was right and my drink issue was straighten out with a very fresh one.

By the time we left the cafe was packed, we later learned classes let out at either 1:30pm or 3pm which accounted for the increased traffic. You order from the counter, receive a number, and wait for someone to bring your food, we did not wait long for our food to arrive and the students working front of the house asked if we needed anything and quickly attended to our needs. The fired artichoke hearts were the standout. Perfectly breaded and fried, they were spectacular without the dipping sauce! Don't get me wrong the sauce was great and added layers of taste but you didn't need it to make the dish better. The street Corn Salad was generous but it a salad. It's not that I wouldn't recommend but keep your expectations low!

We ordered the Caribbean beef stew and the short rib grilled cheese--the stew was delicious, though the grilled cheese was a bit on the salty side. The pastry selection is also impressive, with plenty of tempting options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience here. Just note that during lunchtime, the line can get long--you might need to wait around 10-15 minutes.

My friend was excited since she didn't have to worry when she was ordering as she usually does. I had the pizza panini which had a tomato at the core with a pesto sauce and vegan cheese coating the outside. Pesto was fresh, bright and flavorful. Bread was hearty and the cheese added a welcome accent of saltiness. It was a good sized portion that sustained my appetite for a good time after finishing the meal. I also had the super green smoothie (spinach, banana, mango, pineapple and spirulina). It was definitely packed with greens, but also had a nice level of fruitinesses. My friend had the waffle topped with berries. She enjoyed it and surprisingly finished the whole thing even though it could have easily have been 2 meals. I'll probably stop by if I'm around this area again. They have a loyalty club and I got a coupon to use on my next visit.

After we walked in one of the waitresses informed us that we can sit wherever we want. I instantly felt like I was inconveniencing her with my presence by the way she said it. Didn't take it personal just yet. What appeared to be the hostess came over a few minutes after we sat down and handed us menus that were very dirty. I looked at my husband and said I am ready to walk out of this place bc I am starving and it looks like they are too short staffed right now which is understandably out of a businesses control sometimes. But wait, instead of the waitress coming to our table to bring water or ask us if we would like a drink, she went to another table with a man and a child that she obviously knew well, and started eating their french fries and talking. That's when we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. So unprofessional. That couldn't wait? I hate to leave a review like this, but if I was the owner of this business, I would not want someone like that working for me, representing what seems to be a great place.
