It was 8:30 pm. Cool. They are open till 10. I was 5 back when I got in the drive thru. So I finally get up to the order speaker and the girl comes on and says "it's gonna be a minute." So, we wait... she comes back on a couple of minutes later. I ordered my blast and a strawberry smoothie for my friend. The girl comes back on and says, "price at the window." OK. So we move up a little and wait again. We get up to the window and the girl says "you ordered the medium blast and medium shake?" So I said no it was a medium strawberry smoothie. She gave me a very annoyed look and closed the window. So she went and made a smoothie. She comes back to the window tells me it's going to be $11.95. And I pay. Another girl comes to the window give me my blast and then says " and here is your strawberry banana smoothie." And I said no. It was only strawberry smoothie. And she shuts the window again. So now we've been there about 25 minutes. And we wait again. A different girl who looks like she may be some kind of manager comes to the window and hands me this smoothie. So I asked if it was just strawberry. She said yes but they only make a strawberry banana smoothie and a mango banana smoothie. So the next time we come they will not make us a strawberry only smoothie. It was 9:15 when we left the drive thru. Two medium drinks and poor customer service should not cost $12, especially if we can't leave out the banannas. There's something wrong with this picture. I would definitely say fail fail. read more

My girlfriend and I usually get iced coffee from here and it's one of the best in the area. Today we got maybe the worst iced coffees we've had. First off Tania S. Took our order and got down the 2 iced coffees and 2 maple donuts. We pull up to the window and she had 1 iced coffee and 2 donuts. So we corrected her and she made the second rather quickly. My first drink consisted of unmixed sugar and caramel. I'm never really super crucial about something so small but being in food and beverage and commiting myself to service excellence knowing it wasn't busy I can't figure out how it's that hard to get a small order correct that you took yourself and rush it then serve it. read more

Dad just got a coffee and the drive through attendant didn't put the coffee lid on right and when my dad grabbed the coffee the lid popped off and his hand was burned badly, the drive through attendant didn't give us a receipt with our order and didn't even show any remorse, my dad was being very friendly so he didn't say anything. The poor girls in the back also looked like they were struggling and understaffed :( poor management it seems like wouldn't recommend coming here unless it's your last and only option read more

Is far as I'm concerned Dunkin donuts coffee is by far better than Starbucks. That being said the customer service at Starbucks is by far superior to that of the customer service of Dunkin donuts. The employees here are so indifferent to their jobs it's ridiculous. They don't smile at you they don't greet you friendly they don't say thank you when they hand you back your card or your money they talk to each other when you're standing right there like you don't exist and then they just had your product and continue talking to each other. This is why companies like to T and Starbucks are so popular. It's not so much that they have a completely different product than other stores it's that they have a different approach to customer service. read more

This dunkin is the worst one. The morning cashier that is usually at the window is so rude. I will literally just grab my cup from her and she's rolling her eyes or responds to really anything I ask for in such a rude manner. They don't even mix the coffee, they just dump whatever ingredients and give it to you. Also sometimes will be careless about not using regular milk for lactose people and numerous times put wrong milk. I understand if there is a rush and it's only sometimes but their service is garbage every time even if there is no one in line?! Seriously either it's just that one toxic worker or that whole dunkin needs new employees. read more

I just picked up a half dozen doughnuts and they tasted a lil old? Also I got my kids strawberry & banana smoothies and kids said they taste a lil watered down. I also ordered a bacon, egg & cheese bagel and my egg was cold in the middle. I cream is awsome here but most of the time the food is bad and a 50/50 chance doughnuts are even good at times. read more

Signage from parking lot is almost non existent. Unless you saw from the north, you'll miss it. The staff was very friendly and I'm grateful for the fresh coffee, but when I order coffee with 6 sugars and there is NONE, it ruins the cup. Also, just a suggestion, don't ever reach to take the customer's phone...especially at a drive thru window. read more

I love me some coffee. This location is great and has an awesome morning staff! I have been coming to this location for 10 years and love them! Large iced coffee with cream and sugar is my drink of choice during the summer and just a large coffee cream and sugar during the winter! Its alaways a pick me up to get me going! Annd theyre breakfast bagels are delicious too! And as atreat to my coworkers i sometimes bring in a variety of munchkin donutss which we all love! Thank you Dunkin Donuts! read more

I love Dunkin coffee and of course Donuts but this time it was different it was the first time going to the location in the south and the workers are rude did not make my coffee correctly and when I asked if they can fix it the girl working in there rolled her eyes and didn't help me. Horrible service whether it's early morning, late morning, afternoon or evening!! I don't understand why the store manager hasn't fixed the problems with the horrible service. I've been a customer for over 20 years and my mother was a customer longer than that. I don't know what happened within the past 4-5 years. I fill out the survey's to voice my complaints and I also spoke to the manager about two years ago hoping he would fix the problems with his staff's service. I stopped going especially during the week due to the long wait even though I place my order on my to work in the mobile app 10 minutes before and I still end up waiting for 10-15 minutes when I get there. My coffee is almost never prepared the way I ask that it be prepared. Extra cream and 5 splenda means just that, not no cream or sugar! I recently placed a mobile order on 10/18/21 7:15 a.m., hoping it would be different this time. I placed my order 7 minutes in advance and waited 10. I asked for 5 cream/4 splenada and second coffee 3 cream /2 splenda and both and no sugar and probably 2 cream. The coffees tasted horrible.It's frustrating that management doesn't care about it's customers and its no wonder they are losing customers. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. Management needs to fix this and I will continue to go to Starbucks until management makes some changes. It's frustrating and disappointing. read more

The parking is not the most abundant, and we've had some stale donuts at times, but we still keep coming back. A donut and coffee late in the afternoon was always a nice pick me up. There's a Baskin-Robbins inside, so it was always a bonus for me as I tend to gravitate to that more often. read more

Wow, what a bad experience. I went in this morning for a coffee and sandwich. There were a few other people but not many. The workers were "in the weeds" but did not have any sense of urgency. After waiting about 10 minutes, my sandwich arrived and it was wrong. But what realy earned this review was the lone tight shirted male working behind the counter. It appeared as though he accidentally made a medium iced coffee when someone ordered and large. When they pointed this out to the worker, I observed the worker turn around, pour the iced coffee into a large cup and fill the rest with ice! Never adding any coffee. read more

I came to this location today 11/17/18 and had one of the worst experiences. I absolutely love the original cappuccino blast and will drive 30 minutes to this location to get one. With that being said I placed my order and was asked to go to the window I sat there for nearly 8 minutes and not one associate approached the window to let me know it will be a minute. An associate named Esmeralda approaches the window and told me my total would be $4.56 and took my card while the number display under the window pane stated $2.70. Then another associate approached the window and was going to charge me again then the number display changed from $7.58 to $5.40. When I asked for the managers information to provide feedback the 2nd associate took a couple more orders leaving me to sit at the window wrote down a number on a receipt paper with the name of Natalia, when I called a woman answered and the moment I asked for Natalia she hung up on me. When I called a 2nd time I was sent to voicemail. I called the store 3 times and was sent to voicemail so I left a voicemail asking for a manager to contact me. It was a horrible experience and the worst customer service I've ever received at this location and I've had a few encounters at this location prior as well. I hope the franchisee sees this and reevaluate their employees because an employee should always do the right thing even when management isn't watching. read more

Too many turnover employees, so slow to learn and always stopping to ask for direction on what to do. The donuts are good and fresh, but service slow. Iced coffee an ordeal, last six times I ask for whipped creme, paid for, never get, have to ask for it. The shop clean, who knows on staff, lived in area twenty years. What about the tip jar, tip for what, they are not waitresses who walk to kitchen, prepare food, I don't get that. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband and I took my 5 year old daughter here for an ice cream (she wanted pink ice cream w/ sprinkles). The girl taking our order was absolutely rude and had an awful attitude towards my daughter. I ordered her cherry jubilee ice cream and my daughter asked her if she could have sprinkles also, she proceeded to roll her eyes at my child. After handing me the ice cream, I asked for a milkshake which she gave me a smirk like yes I get that making a milkshake takes a little more time then scooping ice cream into a cone or cup but its her job and what I wanted. She told me that it'll take some time for the ice cream to defrost and that I'd have to wait so I said that was fine and sat down while my husband and daughter enjoyed their ice creams. Finally when it was done she yelled here and put it on the counter and walked away towards the register. After that I let my husband take over since if he can handle my attitude he should be able to handle anyone's lol. read more

Usually I love his place, but today sucked I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was toasted with a chunk of cream cheese not even spread out on the bagel. Also my coffee did not come with sugar. They lady in the back seemed annoyed when I asked for a knife and sugar. Maybe they were having a bad day? I like coming here because most of the time they are fast helpful always happy. But not today !!! Oh they just remodeled the dining area it ugly.
