The best doughnuts I have ever had in my life. Nothing more needs to be said. A must try!

I've lived here in Tucson since the early 60's but I'd never been to Bosa. I've seen it out on Tanque Verde for a long time. I just stopped in the other day. I found Bosa clean and pretty busy. I had the ham and cheese croissant warmed up. It was soft and fluffy and flavorful. It was delightful. I also got a blueberry muffin. It was super moist and good as well, although you can tell it has extra oil or butter in it. I had a Vietnamese iced coffee. It was so delicious!!! My guest had donut holes that were so soft and fluffy and so flavorful, to drink he had a brown sugar boba. He really enjoyed it. HOWEVER, service was not so great. An older lady took our order, she was RUDE!!! Maybe she is the owner or manager but whoever she is has made me think twice about coming back. There was a younger person working with her and she was helping complete my order and she was very sweet and friendly. The older lady, not so at all!!! They are a busy shop, it shows good food but l will definitely think twice about coming back regardless if the donuts are good. I'll find another local business to spend my money on. It's not that great to be treated the way I feel I was treated. There is enough mean and grouchy people in Tucson, I don't need it at the donut shop too. read more

Not normally a donut person (like them but won't eat them). But I'd heard good things about Bosa, especially their butter donuts. I got one and also a 24 oz frozen taro smoothie and a 24 oz Thai iced tea. ALL was delicious. The drinks were really good - pronounced taro flavors, warm boba and a nice turmeric-leaning Thai tea (with warm boba). The butter donut was large, with a nice crunch and lots of knobby corners, and super buttery. I can't be back for the 500 kcal donut but the taro/boba "slushy" was amazing! Tried the thai tea with boba and it was so flavorful - the boba was warm, which was a little different but good with the icy tea. I went through the drive-thru but could see some of the donuts from the window and they looked tempting! I'll have to go back sometime to try the donuts and get the thai tea again. Everything about Bosa's was fantastic. The donuts were delicious, the milk tea was divine, the service was also great. My favorite donut holes. Everything was very clean, and I really liked the setup for the area. They also have a drive thru for those interested in remaining in their vehicles. I was in Tucson AZ, and wanted a donut & I randomly chosed a donut shop on Yelp. Much to my surprise the donuts were very delicious and the also serve breakfast bagel & croissant sandwiches. Plenty of parking, easy in & out. I gave it 4 stars, because although the staff are very nice and helpful while busy with the drive through and people in the lobby the Asian lady I'm assuming is the owner. She has attitude and no patience with people, she rushes you while trying to choose your donuts and then rolls her eyes in frustration. If the customer service from the Asian lady were better I would have given 5 stars, now I know for next time come for the donuts not the customer service. We recently heard about BoSa and have driven by it several times. Today, we decided to stop in. Since it was our first visit, we went in rather than use the drive-through. The place is spotless on the inside. There were three people working, and I was greeted promptly though they all were helping other customers. That gave me a chance to check out what was in the case. I love that the donuts are a reasonable size. I don't want a cinnamon roll as big as my head. Then I can't have / don't want a second donut. After just a minute or two, it was my turn to order. While in college, I worked in a donut shop, so I had no trouble naming the donuts I had selected. The staff member was friendly and quick, and I had my donuts in hand less than five minutes after I walked in the door. When I got home, I opted to try the cinnamon roll and raised chocolate iced. The dough is soft, light, and fluffy. As others have mentioned, the donuts are sweet but not cloying. They were really good! I have two more in the kitchen for my partner, but I may take a little nibble first. We don't get donuts often, but we'll come here again when we do. read more

I'm really glad BoSa donuts is available in Tucson. They're Cambodian owned and have other branches throughout Arizona. Their donut selections are awesome especially differentiating the cake donuts from the traditional kind. The buttermilk donut they're known for is slightly too sweet for my taste though. Whoooooaaaaa!!! This location is 3 years old. I asked bc it looked so new on the inside. I came in around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. Donuts tasted fresh and not as if they had been sitting out. Chocolate glazed donut was fantastic. It was amazing just what I wanted. Apple crumb was AMAZING a perfect Apple donut all around. I did wish there was more filling. Chocolate frosted with peanut was very good. However, I did wish the chocolate frosting wasn't so sweet bc the donut itself was a cake donut I believe. Staff was friendly and patient with me! Hands down--THE BEST donut shop in Tucson! The donuts themselves--they have a great selection to choose from and they are soft, light and fluffy! The pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend the donut holes or the apple crumb! Their donuts are not "too" sweet, which is often an issue. They also have a great variety of breakfast sandwiches. I have done the bacon, egg cheese croissant and it was so good! The croissants are fluffy and HUGE! The restaurant is very clean, on both sides of the counter. The donut selection was plentiful, they have muffins, croissants, and other pastries, as well as a savory menu that includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches. For drinks they have coffee, smoothies, boba and blended drinks. For a donut shop, they have a lot of options to indulge in. We got the maple donut and a cake donut. We heard a friend rave over the donuts from here last night at dinner. So since we would be on Tanque Verde Road this morning we went. Good selection, I expected a bigger case to choose from. I went with the standards ,a glaze twist and a cinnamon roll. Both were good but the glaze seemed extra sweet. My wife had a strawberry filled donut but it wasn't a jam fill. Needless to say, I was so excited to stop by on their opening day to see what all of the excitement was about. If you are in the donuts or anything, that is really sweet try this place. These are the most wonderful donuts I've ever eaten in my life. They are cooked all day long so they are always fresh. They are extra large. You can't believe that they are the same price as other donut shops they come in a variety. They're absolutely wonderful and they melt in your mouth when you bite into them. Besides that they are so friendly there there are some donut shops in this town where people are just so crabby especially the one on Grant near Oracle. But these people are pleasant and helpful and smile and they never say a crappy thing to you and yes, they are pricey. Probably about the same price as Amy's, which are also excellent donuts, but not as good as these. These are advertised as being Arizona's best donuts and I think they are right because of the taste the size and the freshness. And it is a super clean place. It's a 10 it's a winner. Decided I wanted some donuts one morning and got the glazed and old fashioned donuts. Donut prices are very reasonable. They have plenty of other variety of donuts as well as coffee. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. There is something about their glazed donuts that is just heavenly. It's not overly glazed nor overly sugary but just the right amount. The donut was light and fluffy. I think it may have been the best glazed donut we've ever had. My party of 4 all agreed. The old fashioned was also good but you gotta try the glazed.
