I arrived at 3:05, the app wouldn't let me order online so I was like whatever and gave them my order through the drive thru i told the guy my order and then he asked me to repeat it so I did, I then sat behind a car for like 4 mins then sat at the window for 5 with no greeting, waiting for this chick to make some drink and finally she approached me and apologized for the wait took my payment but then she tried to give me the drink she took a decade to make, and I was like that's not my order and she looked at me like she just saw a ghost and was like what? I was like I ordered a coffee not this. She was giving me some refresher and so she gets her coworker and she tells him what's up and he tries to hand me the order with a bag of food, and I was like no like I told her that's not mine and I had paid for the wrong order. So he asks what I ordered AGAIN then closed the window. I watched as she makes my drink in slow motion and then gives me the right order kind of, it wasn't exactly what I wanted but I was in a rush for work, but she didn't refund the last thing. I was like can you refund me? She was like it's my first day I have no idea how to do it and I was like is your boss here? And she was like no it's just me and this guy. I was already super late to work because of how slow they were so I couldn't wait and get my refund. The guy was super unhelpful to her and i felt bad because she looked really distressed and she kept apologizing. Also there was a long line forming behind me so I was like okay whatever it's fine and left. I left at 3:30... Super stupid that they have a BRAND NEW employee and one other person alone with no manager. The owners have to be really incompetent to allow that. Anyways don't waste your time drive the extra 10 mins to a different dunkin I promise you it's worth it. read more

Worst, worst Dunkin Donuts ever. My mobile orders have been partially filled too many times. Store claims they are unable to refund money for items they have run out of that I already paid for because "no manager is available." Never again. I've lost enough money here. read more

Great location, very clean! Staff was friendly and quick with my coffee and breakfast. Will definitely stop here again when passing through.

One of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to the manager is very disgusting and trashy. She puts down her employees right in front of a customer. She does not care. When I was at the counter, the woman seemed very frustrated that she had to even help me is not a part of customer service. If she doesn't like her job, she should probably let somebody else take it that would love it I don't see how the corporate office allows somebody like that to continue in a store, that shows what the corporations about. I felt so bad for the girl that she was speaking to share a little buns on the top of her head. She was the sweetest thing and her manager treats, her terrible. I would never go there again even Dunkin offered to give free product because of the experience. read more

Worst. Dunks. Ever! Went with my son this morning to grab some breakfast and drinks for a long ride to an appointment. The lobby is NEVER open, so we waited in drive-up for approx 8-10 mins to get to speaker. Once I start to order, the girl cuts me off and says "We're only running on our basic menu," So I ask what's available. Change my order to accommodate and wait almost 10 more minutes to get to window. Food not ready, ok, they're busy. Get food and drink and see that they didn't include my hash browns, whatever, gotta keep the schedule. Go to bite my stuffed bagel mini and it was ice cold. Pull back into drive-thru (b/c lobby closed). I politely let them know that they forgot my hash browns and that my stuffed minis were cold. The girl taking the orders comes out the side door and curtly tells me that I did NOT order the hash browns. I apologize for any miscommunication, and asked for them and stated I would pay if I wasn't charged initially. Queue huge eye roll and she goes inside. Wait ANOTHER 5 minutes to get to window. Another girl walks over holding the bag like it's full of doggy doodoo, and rudely shoves it into my car whilst snottily saying "I don't have time to make your hash browns. You will need to pull around again and order them" (in my head: "Ummmm...excuse me?!"). I told her that I had asked for them when I went through again, so there should have been time. "No. Pull through again if you want them. We're busy." At this point I was done and said "You guys need to get your stuff together" and started to pull away. This girl then decided to stick her head out the window and yelled "GO F@#K YOURSELF!" And the best part???? The second stuffed bagel minis were colder than the first. No refund. No manager. Called corporate and filed formal complaint against this crass, should not be anywhere near customers, petulant little child. At what point do the negative reviews actually have an impact? If I don't get anywhere with corporate, I'm going to file formal verbal assault charges against her. read more

Woman working the drive through window was coughing ... sometimes covering her mouth with her hand! No purell after and going over to assist putting food into bags. And after touching our debit card. All she had to do was put a mask on, I understand some people have chronic coughs. Not coughing into her hand and purell also work. After receiving our food and watching her like a hawk while it was made our sandwhiches were ice cold. I called to speak to a manager was told "sure hold on .... Actually I can talk to you" I said are you the manager she assured me yes. After telling her my issues she said I will talk to her. I said that's all you have to say as a manager and she replied "ummmm I'm sorry?" What?! Yes you're SO sorry, if you aren't far I can refund you or come back and I will personally make you all new sandwhiches. That is unacceptable without purelling after coughing into your hands and she will be putting a mask on. But I can assure you we have all Covid measures in place and employees are not allowed to work if sick. .... That is a proper managerial response. read more

The only reason why I am giving one star is because I cannot give zero. Terrible service and speaking with the manager is pointless. I came here occasionally because it was convenient. From now on I will spend the extra ten minutes to go to the Hollis Dunkin where the staff actually treats you like a customer. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would.Dont go through the drive through unless you like the smell of septic tank.The Latte machine has been broken for months now and have yet to be able to make decaffeinated lattes.My wife has an anxiety disorder and cant have caffeine, so now we either go all the way to Milford or Townsend to get our coffee.What an inconvenience when you live 2 min away.Dont bother asking for donuts or bagels they are always out.Very poorly managed in my opinion. Was in the area camping and were so excited that a dunkins was right around the corner. Well we went one night around 6:30 and ordered about 6 drinks for all the adults camping. I pull into the campground and realized they forgot to give me one. I turn around and drive back And pulled into drive through at 6:43 and no response at the order box. I drive up to the window and they shut all the lights off so I kindly knock on the window, a gentleman looks at me and walks away. So I knock a little harder and say "excuse me I paid for a coffee and you didn't give it to me" and all I hear is the kids working start laughing and mimicking me called me a "dumb ass" for driving away without it. So now I get annoyed and bang a little harder. The guy comes to the window and opens it up a crack and says "clearly we are closed" and I said well then give me my money back for the coffee you didn't give me when I was here and asked what time they close. He says "we closed at 7 and it's 7:06 now" I look at my car clock and my Apple Watch and see it is only 6:56pm I said you must run on bar time then he rolls his eyes and says here's your coffee you're lucky we didn't dump it and slams the window shut. I will NEVER return to that Dunkins with such rude employees. I went the next morning and talked to the manager about the ordeal and she acted as if it wasn't a surprise and walked away from me. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Probably the worst managed establishment I've ever been to. Numerous times I've waited over 15mins in the drive-thru with only one or two cars ahead of me just to get a coffee. Today was unfreaking believable. 28 minutes! Yes! That's right I waited almost a half hour in the drive thru just for a coffee and a doughnut! When I finally got to the window I got some sob story on how their coolatta machine was broken. How is that my dam problem when I didn't order a freaking coolatta. I still had to wait another 5mins at the window for them to make my coffee which somehow they couldn't even accomplish in the previous 28mins prior in which I placed my order. And oh yea they didn't have my doughnut either which they also could of told me 28mins prior at that magic speaking box that takes your order. I asked for a free coffee since now they made me late for work and those words were obviously not In The English language for their employees. I could have gone to Columbia faster and picked my own beans and roasted them while smuggling back a key or two faster then the molasses I saw today. read more
