One star because I believe the employees that have to show up and deal with the customers and don't want too. *Deserve a star... in this area it's about the end product. Thanks for taking the order. This drive thru was visibly clean... this visit I ordered (1) coffee and the experience was caught off guard by taste and presentation. Coffee taste with thought was not pleasant and left a terrible after taste. Wasted money and then when I looked down at the lid I saw stickiness and crumbs. Total turn off for me. I've been waiting to review this for a while since they opened recently. New businesses need time to work our kinks and settle. I've been coming here consistently since they've opened. However, this place falls short of my expectations for a DD. Love that it's a drive thru- major plus. But the line gets so backed up, you'd think there are 20 cars in front of you. No...just 2. Service is a bit slow especially in the morning. I would totally understand if it's super busy, but every time I've been, there are may be 3-4 cars in the drive thru and 1-2 customers inside the store. They seem to have a decent amount of staff working. My order is pretty simple IMO. However, this location never seems to get it right. I've gotten it from the drive thru and from inside. Something is always wrong with my order. Also the coffee is never hot hot. Which is disappointing. read more

Stopped in quickly through the drive thru. The location was easy to find and I am not familiar with that area. Got helped in the drive thru really quickly and no problems using my Dunkin card. Iced coffee was made well too! Would recommend! read more

THE worst location in northern va. The staff is completely incompetent. 5 staff behind the counter this morning and they were only accepting mobile/kiosk orders. Line out the door and no one willing to help. Manager instructed staff to not get on register. Waited 15 minutes to get one donut and the guy couldn't even give me change off $2. (When they finally decided to get on a register because the kiosk was a disaster) Not to mention the guy touched my cash then my donut without changing gloves. read more

I was so happy that they put a Dunkin so close to my house. I'm so sad that this is the worse Dunkin. I've had multiple sandwiches made improperly. It's partially my fault for not checking my sandwiches there and waiting till I get home said no one. I drive back and never get an apology or anything. I come here every morning for my coffee. Always friendly staff. I only had 1 bad day but it was a really bad thing. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. I always order large black coffee. The other day I order it and went to work. I had 2-3 sips and wondering why it tasted different. I saw the sticker and it said black with 3 Splendas. Was very disappointed and then did not feel good. Not sure but it had to be the Splenda. Over all though no concerns and have stress black no sugar when I order. read more

Poorly run. From repeatedly being out of the right sized cups, to having broken machines, to charging you for items you didn't receive, this Dunkin is really bad. They are also pretty unapologetic for the bad service and it does not seem to be getting any better. Their redeeming quality is that they have a drive through, but that is not enough to make me return here. read more

So far, not well managed. Dropped by twice this week and they were out of products. First, on a Wednesday night, they didn't have 25 munchikans. Then on Saturday morning, they didn't have eggs. Not being stocked for a brand new store is not heard of. Until the management can start to manage their products offering/supply chain better, McDonald's and Starbucks across the street is way to go. DD opening up outside our neighborhood has been fantastic. Everyone is familiar with what DD has to offer so all I will say is the staff is very friendly (some turnover here or there), and the food itself very good. At times certain donuts will be unavailable (doesn't make a difference if it's early or not), but there is enough variety to satisfy the masses. read more

I like: - Donuts & donut holes are fresh, yummy and everything you'd expect from DD. - Apple Fritters ROCK! - Egg, turkey sausage & cheese Wake-Up Wraps are surprisingly tasty. - Mobile app works well for drive-thru ordering: Place order, pay with pre-loaded DD card, tell it when you'll arrive (Now!) and its ready when I hit the drive-thru 3 minutes later. Ask for my mobile order and I'm on my way! - Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Needs improvement: - Friday afternoon selection is very sparse. Plan ahead or be prepared for a Saturday morning visit to get your fix. - Boston Creme donuts have the least amount of filling I've ever seen - sad! (Sorry. Lousy drive through service. They ask you what you want for donuts, you ask them if they have the selection you've requested, they say yes. You get home and they've given you what they select. Why bother asking? We've had this happen on more than one occasion. Done with this place. read more

I'm a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts. I love their coffee and get it almost everyday since July 2014. The customer service in this particular location needs improvement. Just the basics like greeting your customers and letting them know when their order is ready instead of just sitting it on the shelf. Why every time I go there, the doughnuts are cold (refrigerated cold) and taste old. I have been to other DD that serve warm fresh tasting doughnuts. Even my son was asking why are the doughnuts cold! Who knows how old these doughnuts are that they are serving on a daily basis!! read more

This is the worst dunkin' donuts i have ever been to in my whole life! they got all my orders wrong and had me throwing up... i am not allowed to have an dairy products and they had put cheese on my sandwich when i asked them not to. i also watched them put cream in my coffee when i had asked for almond milk! when i kindly asked them what was in my coffee they told me they did not know! i asked if there was cream and he said yes i then said no i ordered almond milk he then said "oh yeah it's almond milk" they changed their story of what was in my drink 3 different times when i watched them make it! i also had worked at a dunkin' donuts before and know that this is not how you should run a store! also the people working there were very rude and made me feel very out of place read more

I spent about twenty minutes in here and it was miserable. They are disorganized and not well trained. They got the drink orders wrong for the group of three Customers in front of me, then got mine wrong as well. The chemical smell in here is overwhelming and after sitting down it even made me feel dizzy. If you're asthmatic or sensitive to strong smells-beware. They need to air it out or get better ventilation. read more
