Worst location to visit. I recently visited this location and I've had the worst customer service experience one can possibly give at a business. From messing up the order, being short on supplies, to not issuing a refund. Then having to deal with a rude owner with a bad attitude insulting his customers. This place is brand new- just opened a few weeks ago. It's very clean has a nice large layout with many seating areas. It also houses 2 conferences rooms through reservations. sometime in the last 4 months or so this Dunkin' Donuts must be under new ownership. It is 100% improved. I only buy donuts there but there are low to no wait times and the donuts are always stocked. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever purchased from. I have stopped here several times on way to shopping at other establishments for what I hoped would be a quick cup of coffee and what I have seen on three occasions now is horribly slow service at the walk up counter. The quality/taste of the coffee and donuts are what you would expect from any other Dunkin Donuts but the slow service sets them apart from any other Dunkin Donuts I have stopped at. From what I can tell they have prioritized their efforts solely on the drive through to where they ignore the walk ins for literally minutes before waiting on you while not even acknowledging you and saying we will be with you shortly. After being lied to at the Waterford Dunkin donuts, I called the Keego Harbor Dunkin donuts the night before Christmas and asked if I could place a donut order for Christmas Morning. I was told of course, I was treated so kindly and respectively! I was treated just was kindly when I came in to get my order, of which was ready for me! The dining room is open with friendly faces ready to greet and wait on customers! I will NEVER go to the Waterford Dunkiin Donuts again despite living 2 min from them! 1st visit to the new Dunkin'/Baskin in town. Not impressed Sunday morning 1/2 the donut bins empty. Waited for 10 minutes after placing our order just for an iced tea and 2 donuts. Kids had a coupon for Sundaes which showed 2 scoop Sundae employee said they were only good for 1 scoop. Then proceeded to mix up the toppings on the 2. Walk in with my family. First time there. Celebrating my sons concert performance. Things started out okay until I realized they made my ice cream cone with no gloves. New little ice cream shop in Keego. Been there maybe 4-5 times in the short time it has been open. Of those times have had some sort of problem half the time. First issue walked in and asked for a chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream. The worker looked at me like I had two heads and said, "we don't do that". You're an ice cream shop that won't make a shake?? You don't have chocolate sauce? Then last night took the kiddies up for a treat, first kid asked for cotton candy ice cream, they were out. There is even a McDonald's down the street if you're in a quick fix, but this place, I beg you not to visit. My family wanted to take our daughter for ice cream as a desert on the night of Father's day. We looked up the hours and they were to close at 11pm. We rose our bikes there and arrived at 9:59. We walked in and instead of a welcome or even a hello, we were told the store closes at 10pm and we need to leave. They were all cleaned up and ready to get out of there so they would not make an ice cream for our daughter, therefore we had to leave with a sobbing child. I am very disappointed that this store has employees working here that are so lazy that they do not encourage more business, but instead turn it away and lose future sales. Usually somewhat fast and decent but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich today and the egg was cold af in the middle. Either they didn't Microwave it long enough or it was still frozen, either way, that's a health hazard. Consuming undercooked foods, especially eggs, is just welcoming food poisoning. This Dunkin had the potential to be an incredible location but it definitely falls flat. Here are some of the things I've picked up on: 1. The conference rooms they offer to rent? $35 an hour!! Are you kidding me? Who in their right mind would pay that much in Keego? 2. The sandwich and bagels are ALWAYS burnt when served. I've yet to order something that didn't come out charred and crunchy. 3. The workers have little professionalism. They constantly shout across the restaurant to one another, joke around wayy too loud, and overall ruin the atmosphere for anyone there to study or get work done. 4. The hours don't actually follow what's posted online. Somedays they close at 10 pm, sometimes at 9 pm, makes it really tough to make plans with friends or family late at night here. 5. The restaurant is always unbelievably cold- I'm talking winter jacket in the summer cold. I've asked twice for the ac to be turned down (along with other customers I've seen ask) and the workers always say that the restaurant is in fact too HOT. Ummm what? After giving them numerous tries to change my opinion over numerous visits, I officially give up on this location. This place was absolutely disgusting. I walk in and there is literally one other customer in front of me and 2 people working. The man that was working took about 20 minutes to scoop the ice cream into a cup and figure out how to squirt caramel syrup on top of it. After the woman in front of me got her ice cream, it took BOTH workers to ring her up at the register. Finally, the man comes over to me and all I order is a single scoop with Oreos. The man put a measly 4 pieces of crushed Oreos on the top and then proceeded to charge me for a topping. If you think the service was bad, the food was even worse. Most of the ice creams in there were freezer burnt, and just when I thought I had steered clear of the freezer burn in the ice cream I chose, I bit into it and ran into a block of ice. On top of that, the 4 measly Oreo pieces were stale, as was the cone. So, I waited 25 minutes and paid $4.19 for a freezer burnt scoop of ice cream on a stale cone topped with 4 stale Oreo pieces (4 pieces=a single Oreo). read more

I was disappointed with the lack of friendly customer service. The older lady who works the counter does not need to interact with the public; wrong attitude and a lack of interpersonal skills. The dozen of donuts that I got this morning were ALL STALE! I was embarrassed when a staff member of mine made a comment about the donuts being "hard." I attempted to contact the manager by phone, but could never get through. Apparently, he had turned off his "cell" phone!
