The only reason this shop gets 3 stars was because the 3 girls working were not pleasant. They didn't seem to enjoy their job and one girl kept forgetting who they were helping. If they got busy this location would not function seamlessly. I will be going back for the ice cream and to try the service again. The strawberries were lacking the actual strawberry part. It was more liquid than anything. I'm sure they were busy today, but I definitely didn't get a lot of actual strawberries. I did get a huge amount of sprinkles. The sprinkles weren't bad actually, I liked them. Prices weren't expensive at all. A small with two toppings were 4.5$. Very reasonable I feel. There will likely be a line down the sidewalk. It does move along pretty quickly. They have all of your traditional flavors (ie mint chip) and lots of fun ones too (ie. Salted caramel mocha chip). I understand employees may be busy, so that wasn't my concern. What bothered me was the customer service that followed. I asked for a small Berries Delight and pointed to the individual desserts on the left. Instead, the young man assisting me went to the cakes on the right and attempted to hand me a small cake. I politely stopped him and explained that I wanted the personal-sized Berries Delight on the left. He responded by saying, "Those are called slices," in a tone that came across as rude and condescending. I then asked if I could have a fresh one from the refrigerator because the one in the display case looked like it had been sitting there for a while. He insisted the display one was fine, but I repeated that I would prefer one from the refrigerator. He reluctantly got one and handed it to me, saying, "There's your fresh Berries Delight," in a sarcastic tone. I visit Sweet Dreams regularly--between this location and the previous one, I stop in about four times a month. I've always enjoyed your desserts, which is why this experience was so surprising.
