Idk why my ass went back. It got worse yall. I pulled up around 5am because I work overnights..get off at 430am. Coo..mind you they open up at 5am. So you would think they have everything ready. yall tell me how come they didn't greet me at all. I was in line for 10 minutes and I put a timer on too. They knew I was outside and everything. Unfortunately this is there 3rd time doing this with me. I don't even know why I bother. I guarantee you they didn't have their stuff ready but still it was extremely rude. If you are looking to consume some food for the morning or just have a donut in your lovely afternoon please do your best to avoid this place. It seems like they'll do nothing but talk crap about you. It's crazy that the hiring manager would hire some delinquents that have zero competence. Another thing if you are trying to get hired here look somewhere else. They will judge you harshly on your past work history even though it's not their business. And then dude would say he's going to give you a call back or text back later in the day and doesn't even let you know if you have the job or not. Made the effort to come before they closed, made it 10 min before closing time, all lights were on, door open and drive thru all lite up. Go inside to only be turned away. It's just going to be another business in Radcliff that's going to close the door soon. Apparently by looking at the other reviews of this establishment I am not the only unsatisfied customer. I went in to Dunkin nearly a week ago. Placed an order, they took payment and THEN proceeded to tell me they DID NOT have milk or creamer and could not make my drink. They made "something" anyway and it tasted like muddy coffee water. I was not going to drink that so I went back in to get a different one. The employees said they didn't have anything to make the drink. I asked for something different and they said no, I asked for a refund they delayed they couldn't, asked for a gift card and they said they couldn't. They just threw their hands up in the air like "what do you want me to do?" Oh, and I had to leave the crap drink. Wasn't taking it anyway but ok. No product, no refund, no gift card, and after nearly a week waiting for the owner to call me, waiting to hear from Dunkin corporate, NOTHING FROM DUNKIN. Questionable business practices here y'all. Everytime I've been here my order is incorrect. Like today I ordered 2 coffees, donuts, a bagel, and 2 orders of bagel bites. I get there he hands me coffees and no food so I had to tell him I had food, which then I waited half an hour and only get handed 1 order of bagel bites and a bagel. And my bagel is burnt black. Unbelievable! Spent $10 on donuts and instead of putting in a box they were stuffed into a bag...all chocolate glazing smeared on the paper...looked nasty! Girl (Sajan) left after taking my order to help someone at the drive thru before completing my transaction! Everytime I go my coffee is either to strong or way to sweet. I have to drive to the other dunkin across town just for a good coffee. I know they are trying but also please make it right for the customer instead of getting upset for a coffee they paid for. Also please put the donuts with sprinkles or designs in a box not a bag. My son was so excited for the Star-Spangled Banner donut and they stuffed it in a bag. read more

I go to this dunkin pretty often bc I live so close but I'd rather make the drive a to etown at this point. The workers are always kind but seem to have no idea what's going on half the time. They either forget something from my order or my coffee is just awful. Today I got a hot latte and by the time I made it to the window it was literally cold and I didn't even drink it. Due to their kind and welcoming service I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt many times. It is a clean and tidy interior. However I have rarely ever had an actual "good" coffee here yet. The wait is unusually long. They have messed up our orders very consistently to the point where we will assume that it is already messed up before we received our drinks. They mixed our orders with others and sometimes don't even know we have placed an order. Our coffees are noticeably very bitter, and if we request a hot coffee it is usually lukewarm if not cold. I get they're likely understaffed, but I placed a mobile drive-thru order at 12:48pm and didn't get it until, 1:20pm. I got a simple medium refresher and a 3-pack order of mini donuts. C'mon, 20 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line! The woman at the window/speaker I get was stressed, but her tone of voice was sassy when I was trying to be understanding. absolutely hate this dunkin. idk why it's still in business if i'm being completely honest. every time i come up here i get a medium original blend coffee with 3 cream 3 sugars 3 carmel, one of the simplest drinks i've ever heard... well it's always made wrong. today i went through the drive thru before work and ordered the same exact drink i always get and it was just black coffee there was no sugar bo caramel and maybe half a pump of cream in it.. smh.. i've never been to a coffee place that the works don't know hot to make a regular orig blend coffee with just pumps in it. please either shut down or train your employees better because clearly no one in there can make a coffee to save their lives. read more
