Unfortunately, the food situation got even worse. When I finally got my food, it tasted strange and had a noticeable bleach-like odor. I politely asked if I could get something different, and they said yes. But after waiting at the counter for 35 minutes with no update, I finally asked what was going on -- and they had completely forgotten about my order. To make matters worse, they made two other orders before remaking mine. When I finally opened the replacement wrap, it looked more like a Taco Bell supreme wrap than anything you'd expect from Tropical Smoothie. Bad service, incorrect charges, long waits, and questionable food quality. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
