I'm reviewing this place as it pertains to working there. If you are looking for a job, this isn't the place you want to work. The management leaves something to be desired, as they overwork employees, set employees up to fail, don't listen, and have a general lack of compassion, and common sense. ​Employees don't get breaks. If you are a closer good luck working your 4/5- close completely by yourself, with NO help, and still required to keep the lobby open to customers, even though there are MAJOR safety issues including no working store phone, no panic buttons, a drive thru window that's busted, and no outside lights after 8pm(Good luck, and be careful taking out the trash or walking to your car). Also they don't care that they are BREAKING THE LAW when they leave people on shifts with no acting manager, and NOBODY is serv safe certified. But God forbid you try to talk to them about things. You get the general cookie cutter response, and NOTHING happens. And if you speak up good luck. Because every little thing you've done wrong they will write you up for it because the GM got mad you called her out, so she gets back at you by dragging you through the mud even though you've done everything shes ever asked of you, and has gone above and beyond, making sure things are getting done and done properly. On the other hand other employees who have had the same infractions and should have been written up they get off Scott free, which is completely unfair, and wrong. ​Other reasons to not work here, is the base pay is terrible. New employees barely make $12/hour which I guess is fine if your a highschooler looking for a little extra cash, but as an actual adult trying to make a living, you can't off of that. Don't get me started on benefits. There are little to no benefit options​ for you unless you work there for over a year, and even then it's terrible insurance, that dosent even really work because it's the bare minimum coverage but still having you pay almost $200/month for it. There are a few other small reasons that Dunkin is a terrible place to work, like the fact that they don't give you any sort of uniform. You have to buy everything yourself, with the exception of maybe you get lucky and they give you a hat and name tag. ​Also good luck getting hours. Their "full time" means barely getting 28 hours/week with maybe getting a few extra hours in the summer months, but that's it. Dunkin is literally the Cheapest company I've ever worked for, even though they are one of the most wealthiest companies in America! There is a way to watch your finances properly, without screwing over your employees, but Dunkin sure hasn't figured that out yet. DEFINITELY DO NOT WORK HERE!! (Unless your SUPER Desperate,which does happen, but just be aware of what you are getting into, espically with the duluth/superior dunkin franchise) *Also DO NOT order food from the Duluth Dunkin on Central Entrance. Their sandwich station and ovens are disgusting because it dosent get cleaned properly. (Literal mold in the cold wells of the sandwich station) They will also literally leave food out all day to let dust and dirt get on everything, along with nothing ever being covered. There is also cross contamination 24/7 because nobody cares about how things are cleaned/stored/or cooked, or even possible allergens, because with the exception of the GM and maybe 1 other person nobody is Servesafe certified. read more

I'm a newish customer. What I mean by that is I work close, and I love soft tasty donuts, but I go in at 8 pm. I went through drive-through. I had ordered a coffee and want some donuts. I asked the kid with long blonde hair. I'll take 2 chocolate sprinkles guy apologizes, saying they're out or can not sell me any donuts because they're about to close. When the door and the online say otherwise. I don't care if you're closing in a couple of minutes or a half hour. The doors are still open, and the sign outside says "Dunkin Donuts." If you're not going to serve donuts, then close the doors at 7, 6, or 5 o'clock. I totally understand you'd like to go home. I get it, but my day is just starting. If the person closing doesn't do their job and help ALL customers while the doors are open then why would you have them doing a poor job. Kwik Trip it is. There I get free coffee amongst other food. My coffee was spilt everywhere, my food was soaked, and the delivery guy let it leak all over the floor of my art gallery, the white bag was obviously soaked with brown coffee. Order 2. To sum it up... America does not run on Dunkin'...it's runs FROM Dunkin. Stopped in for a tranquil Saturday afternoon pick me up coffee. With some buddies. Well, it picked me up all right. Picked me up and shook me like a chew toy. To start I opened up my hash browns and set them in my mouth only to be filled with the taste of a pile of burnt plastic mush that has sat freezer burnt in a 1972 GM freezer for 2 years. Managing to push onward, I open up my delicious looking avocado toast. Unlucky for me, it was a deception. It tasted like a workers salty foot that had been stomped on the floor. Disappointed, I began to move into my iced late. Taste was IGHT, however just when I thought it could not get any worse, I was met with the sensation of a damp cold puddle on my crotch. The lid was Unfunctional, yet remaining completely on, leaking sticky coffee and cold foam. Everyone in the car met the same fate. ALL at the same time; seemed to be set up if you ask me. I am now sitting in my car writing this review as I watch my coffee leak and my seat absorb and expand with the liquid inside. This was the first time I had ever tried Dunkin and will quite likely be the last. I went hear reluctantly with a couple of buddies because they both really like Dunkin coffee for some ungodly reason. When I walked in, the set up immediately reminded me of a fast food place. Like a McDonald's. Eww. I like coffee shops to be cozy and comfortable like independant shops, Caribou Coffee or Dunn Bros. This had the whole new modernized look to it which isnt an appealing atmosphere. I wasn't sure what to order so I got a French Vanilla Cold Press. The coffee tasted so disgusting. It did not taste like French Vanilla. It tasted fake, cheap and like liquified plastic. I somehow managed to stomach it but ended up getting the worst stomach ache ever after words. I mean come on, I'm a barista and drink multiple cups of coffee all day and never had anything this fake that made me nausous. They had a happy hour so I only paid less then $2 for my drink; which is exactly what it tasted like, a $1 coffee. I will never drink Dunkin again. Worst coffee place ever. I love dunkin and they're coffee but this specific dunkin sucks. I've given them many many chances since I live very close to them and every single time the coffee turns out either plain sugar or way too much coffee and even when you order a donut or hashbrowns they make you pull up and you have to wait for 20 minutes for a thing of hashbrowns. Their manager runs around the store like a chicken with its head cut off, all of the employees are 16 and In high school and are rude and don't care. My boyfriend and I dropped by today and were interested in this place because it is a new business in Duluth. Now, I've been to a few Dunkin Donuts before and I have to say that I was less then impressed with this one. First, I was greeted by a cashier that seemed friendly enough and took our orders. Then I went to go sit down and find a seat. There is an old saying that you can not expect much from people working at fast food chains these days and I am starting to believe that it is true. I went to sit down and find a table and there were food remains at 3 out of four of the tables that I had looked at to sit down. I was kind of surprised to see this because newer establishments usually take more pride in keeping their place clean. The place was very slow too which made it even worse that the tables were dirty. My number was called so I went up to get our drinks. I was handed my drink by a girl with no smile. I smiled at her and thanked her for the drink. The look on her face got worse and she gave me a look like I was an idiot. I guess she thought that it was more important to talk about trick or treating with co/workers then to smile or thank the guest. I'm pretty sure I also heard the F word come out of the back of the restaurant a few times during my visit to this place too. Now there were a lot of younger kids working at this particular location. I know the younger generation is getting more and more disrespectful, however it really appropriate to be using profanity at work though? What happened to the days of good customer service?To make things worse, this is a donut shop. I like to think of a donut shop as a place that a parent would bring their child as a special treat.I wouldn't bring a child into this establishment with that kind of behavior, Now onto the drink. My chocolate coolatta was a little on the watery side. I ordered the one with coffee in it and I could not taste the coffee in it. Every time I've been to this Dunkin', my order has been messed up. The most recent instance of this was when I placed a mobile order of a drink, sandwich, and donut. I received the wrong drink and no donut. The wait times have also been extremely long, even when it isn't very busy. This is my second time ordering at this place. The first time I had placed an online order and when we got there to pick it up, they only had 3 of the 7 items I ordered and then proceeded to tell me that they ran out of everything else. Never got my money back for the items I ordered and didn't get. Then my current experience, I walked in and told them it was my birthday but I couldn't get the app to work for my free drink and the girl was like "yea there's nothing we can do." So I just paid for the order because it was already placed anyway. Then I proceeded to watch the girl at the window talk to a little old man trying to pick up his mobile order and she yelled at him "oh, it's an online order?! why didn't you just say that!" and then slammed the window shut and shook her head and rolled her eyes at her coworkers. Look I like their iced coffee but ever time I order one they always put in solid suger, even though i ask for liquid suger because it mixes better. There should be a policy that cold coffees get liquid suger because solid suger does not melt in cold coffeee and your just drinking up suger grains with your coffee. read more

I love the coffee here, but what a horrible place. The people who work here have one qualification for their employment: they just have to be rude. Gave us only half our order in the drivethrough, and we didn't realize it until we got home. The next day, we stopped there to let them know so they could make it right. The guy was so rude!
