Donut selection was very poor. Donuts that were available were stale. Not the DD of my childhood - just a coffee place with some bland-at-best donuts. So disappointed. The DD I used to go to in college had rows and rows of fresh varieties of donuts. This one I couldn't even get a single raised chocolate donut for my 10 year old. Lame. read more

Awesome coffee served hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The donuts were excellent right amount of feeling right amount of frosting and very fresh. I got the flatbread turkey sausage egg sandwich. It was fresh well-made and a very healthy option for those who don't want to have a donut or want something more. Love the Decor. I have been going to Dunkin' Donuts across the country for years. It's one of my favorite stops whenever I travel. The only thing bad I can say is and I don't know if it was because it's Labor Day weekend and they were extra busy but for a brand-new store it was a little on the dirty side the floors needed to be swept and tables were in serious need of a wipe down. Also, one other mention the creamer to sugar ratio was off in that there was more creamer than sugar and it should be a one to one ratio. They're generally acceptable, when they have donuts. Probably a good thing they're dropping the "Donuts" from the official name. On a Saturday morning at 10am there should be donuts to choose from. I went in, faced with four picked-over looking varieties. As I was ready to turn to go, the girl behind the counter said they had more donuts in back they didn't have time to stock, so I decided on a mixed dozen. She went straight into the sad looking donuts in the front and had several in the box before I stopped her and asked for the ones in the back. She slammed through the door into the back and finished filling the box. When I got home, it turned out the few donuts she foisted off on me from the front were hard, seeming like day old donuts, though I'm sure they were not. There is no way she grabbed those and felt them thinking "these are good donuts." I feel sorry for the next guy to ask for a mixed dozen and didn't get the ones from the back. Not an isolated incident, a couple years back I stopped in on a Sunday morning and they had no stock. I was lucky enough to not have a coupon and decided to go to Cub Foods that time. They obviously still have problems. It's okay for a supermarket bakery to run out of donuts by 10 on a weekend (though they usually have some still) but a place with "Donuts" in the name, sorry, formerly in the name, should have donuts available that are not suitable substitutes for a paperweight or hockey puck. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is one of the best ones that I have been to. I think they have very competitive pricing that is a lot better than other coffee places, like Starbucks or Caribou. They offer fast service especially through the drive thru and also the employees are knowledgeable when customers have questions regarding products. I recently joined their DD perks program and love it! You get a free drink when just adding $5 onto your account which is a great way to target more costumers. I think they do a great job and I will continue going to Dunkin over any other coffee place! read more

I've gotten the wrong size on MANY occasions. I constantly get regular milk when I ask & pay xtra for almond milk. I've had cashiers constantly charge me different prices then say another price at the window and get sassy when I give them exact change for the previous price. I have told myself I will never return to this location many many times and I think today was the absolute last time when my drink was 99.9% milk. Some of theses reviews are just down right crazy. I noticed that Yelp as people put things up and then calls the place of business to have the owner to pay to remove bad reviews. I will say I have been to Dunkin and I had great service price is where it should be since the liberal state of Minnesota wants to hand out lots of money for minimum wage and welfare price needs to go up on product so the people that are working there can make a living and have a paycheck. If they happened to make a mistake with your order I bet they will fix it. I noticed everyone here works hard and smiles and are Uber friendly. They did not seem prepared for the rush, which I would assume they had gotten use to by now. I got a breakfast item and a coffee, as did my friend. Several people were going up, saying they were missing items, only got half their order. After almost 30 minutes, we also came up and asked where our order was. The place was filthy. Floors, tables, trash on the floors. It was pretty bad. I really didn't even want to sit down. I would have understood, except for the fact that we were sitting where you could see into the kitchen, and everyone was just standing around. We laughed at one person who was twirling the plastic that the cups were wrapped in, staring at the wall for about a minute. In the course of time we were there 2 employees came out and sat down on break, but not one took any initiative to clean up. The coffee and food was alright, but the service was horrible. There was no reason for them to be so far behind when most of the were just milling about in back, worried about breaks. i expected more. I have been to tons of DDs out East and know them intimately. This one has more specials and far more liberal policies (such as discount for drink refills if you have your own cup) than anywhere else I have seen. Staff is very friendly. Only improvement: Could keep seating area a bit cleaner; may be the nature of the furniture or layout. read more

Stopped at the drive thru. The ordering process was quick but where is the customer service? So unfriendly. I didn't get a receipt and not one word was spoken to me when my order was delivered.
