I'm probably going to get some negative feedback back from Yelpers who love their Dunkin Doughnuts as passionately as I love my Krispy Kreme ones. Sorry, my Yelp friends; Dunkin is just not my style.The service was excellent at the location on E.Main Street, Spartanburg, S.C. The inside was absolutely spotless! But that's not what we're talking about! The doughnuts that I bought were dry! They had good taste but as I said I prefer a more moist one. The cup of Dunkin coffee I bought was good but nothing to brag about. K.K. has superior coffee! Dunkin' Donuts always gets my coffee right. They're small and just on the corner, but they work hard and never get my order wrong.

They charged us extra for different doughnuts then they shorted us $5 in change. The lady at the window shrugged her shoulders when I told her then shut the window. Corporate is even worse! Got up at 6 am to drive down to Marietta Ga to meet new Granddaughter. Left around 7am and still half asleep but we decided to take a quick detour for Coffee. Pulled off I-85 and went through the drive through and it was very good. Ordered Coffee and a couple of donuts which even my wife who does not like donuts, admitted they were very good. In and Out in record time and on to Marietta and I think we lost just over 5 minutes in time which was perfect. This store used to be great, but in the last 9 months or so it's gotten horrible. Slow and rude service, and after today I'll never go back there again. I walked in at 6:30 in the morning nobody else in the lobby, and only two cars in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in. I walked up to the counter two girls are standing over in the Drive-Thru area just talking to each other not paying any attention to anybody else, two girls were working in the back both walked passed and looked at me with no acknowledgement. Worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. The lattes we ordered were either scalding hot or room temperature. The iced coffee was sugar water with 2 pieces of ice. The girl taking our order was rude and didn't write any of it down so we had to repeat our entire order and wait for them to make it. It's hard to write about a coffee chain like this one. On a positive note, this spot is an easy on and off from the interstate and with it attached to a gas station you can fill up and grab a drink/pastry for the road. However, expect slow service. If you're from the Northeast, this location wouldn't make it a week, simply because the line would stretch all the way back to Clemson it moves so slow. Worst service ever. Didnt even get attended stood there forever waiting for someone to take my order. Workers would just walk by.

First of all, let me just say this USED to be one of my favorite DD locations. They were always nice, fast and got my order right every time. Now, if I'm lucky they get it right 2 out of 5 times. This location has so many things wrong with it. I ordered a large matcha iced latte and when I received it it was almost pure white with all the powder on the bottom stuck to the cup, which means they didn't even bother mixing it. Plus don't get me started on the guy who took my order. He was talking so low I couldnt even hear him, he was definitely not the nicest person and also didn't even know what he was doing. After he got my matcha drink wrong I decided I just wanted to get a different drink and settle for a coffee even though I really wanted the other. Listen to this. After I told him what I wanted he was about to make me pay for the different drink.... I was like "I have to pay for this??" Even though the drink I originally wanted I didn't even get and was totally made wrong. I was furious. After telling him I was just swapping a getting the coffee and not the matcha he decided not to charge me. Even after getting the coffee I ordered secondly.... it was only 2/3 filled to the top. There had to be a good 3 inches or so worth of space left in the cup when he gave it to me and I just said "Can you put more ice or something in there to fill it to the top?" And he then proceeds to put like 5 or 6 more ice cubes in there which did nothing and finally I was just like ok whatever. All of this took no joke 15 minutes and I was the only person in the whole establishment. The only other thing in the list of everything that went wrong is that not sometimes but EVERY TIME I go to this location they never have the flavor of donut I like. EVER. It's ridiculous. This is just one prime example of how much this location has went downhill because if this was a year or so ago then this place would be my favorite. I've been to this location many, many times and they are just so super slow... Doesn't matter or you order in store, drive through, or order in the mobile app. Since COVID-19, you can't go inside and have to pick up your stuff through the drive through. Today was the worst... I ordered at 10:07am through the mobile app. I arrived at Dunkin' Donuts at 10:15am and left at 10:50am!!! 35 minutes waiting time for something I already ordered ahead of time! The cars in front of me didn't order much either. So I don't know what took so long...when it was my turn at the window, they were even confused that I ordered online and wanted to give me bagels etc. I was like that's not what I ordered...I waited 5 minutes at that window until they were able to "find" my order. I bet it wasn't even ready yet... My drink didn't have a sticker so I'm probably right.... Again, I've been here many times and it's always been like that. This is THE worst DD I have ever visited. We opted for the drive up -- HUGE mistake! Our order was taken at 8:24 and we finally got it at 9:35. The design of the drive up lane does not allow any way to get out of line, so we were stuck behind a guy who was on his phone talking orders from his office. Coffee was ok but the food wasn't even close to warm. I ordered a grilled cheese and ham melt that wasn't even warm. I live right across the street from this Dunkin donuts. Took me 1 minute to get back home. And the sandwich was essentially just a ham and cheese sandwich and not the delicious grilled cheese we all know and love. read more

The plain ole coffee is pretty good for the price. Not my favorite kind of donuts, but the bagels and muffins are good. If you need a few dozen donuts and muffins you should call the day before as evidently do not make them on site and they will not sell you a large portion of their inventory at once. read more

This is not the best drive thru to go to, but the staff is always very friendly. The coffee from this specific drive thru has been watery and just plain out undrinkable. I ordered 3 iced coffees, all different flavors and they all tasted the same: watery, bitter, and just undrinkable. I used to go to this dunkin' once or twice a week but because of the last few times I visited and it being like this, I do not plan to visit it again. Worst Dunkin Donuts service ever.... Don't bother stopping. I saw the sign for DD on the interstate 85 heading towards Atlanta. I decided for a quick stop to grab a cup of joe. I started in the drive-through, but after nearly 10 minutes, only one car moved forward and I was several cars back. I decided to park and go into the store instead. There was no one in line, but 4-5 customers waiting for their orders. I stepped up to the register and waited, and waited, and waited. DD has become way overpriced and they keep raising the prices. They also NEVER fill your drink up to the top, despite them continuing to raise the price. Over a dollar for. Just left this Dunkin location. We witnessed probably the most rude manager I have ever seen, as she was upset that another customer had complained about the sanitary procedures. The manager undeservingly lashed out at all of the other customers. The manager was not only extremely rude to the staff to the point where it was loud enough for customers to hear but was also rude to the customers in general. It was obvious the manager was upset with one customer and began to take it out on the other customers as well. I am hopeful that this review will provide her with awareness and training. I also wanted to mention the girl taking our order was as sweet as could be and did not deserve the treatment she was receiving. After taking our order the girl wanted to know what donuts we wanted and patiently waiting we explained which donuts we wanted, without sighing or becoming angry we stood waiting patiently, as we were standing happily waiting for our food the manager rudely asked us to be patient and rudely told us that patience wouldn't kill us. This situation made me and my friend very uncomfortable and upset because we were just waiting happily, and patiently and said not one thing to make any think we were angry about the wait. Consistently rude and unprofessional staff!! I used to stop there every morning on my way to work, even after I got charged twice once with of course no receipt (always ask for the receipt!) and to get boxed coffee and doughnuts for when we have visitors visiting our company. They told me to make sure and call before I have a boxed coffee order, next time I called, no professional message, no answer, just cheesy music. Once I get there I'm told they don't have time to answer the phone! Will not be going back. EVER. Starbucks needs to get here! read more
