This location is one of the nicest in the area but that said, the tables and general areas inside are usually dirty. The food is okay - I find that the quality has gone down yet the prices remain high. The staff are friendly but there usually seems to be too many customers for who is working. I wish that the inside was updated and more upscale. I also wish that the food was more homemade or at the very least, had high quality ingredients. read more

this Starbucks needs to get their act together! y'all need a new manager or a new supplier or BOTH. 2nd time in a week working three days they ran out of their chi tea before 2pm. yall are open until 9pm. seriously get smarter about how much supplies you need for the day! plus if something isn't broken don't fix it! bring back the apple crisp macchiato! your new pecan coffee doesn't compare! giving them one star bc I can't post this review with out giving them a rating. honestly yall don't deserve one star. read more

Beautiful brand new Starbucks located in Travelers Rest on 25, a perfect pit stop between Greenville and Asheville/Hendersonville. There are two outdoor patios, which you wouldn't find at any other Starbucks in the area (Think of shade position during brutal summer months). The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I ordered my usual- A grande pike with light skim milk steamed with one raw sugar... you get the idea... this is an excellent addition for the TR community and definitely for those wanting a caffeine jolt on the way to the mountains or the city. Bonus tip- a shift supervisor knows some American Sign Language, which can be valuable for those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. A bonus tip- this store has the world's most extended sofa indoors, so you probably could take a nice nap (But the caffeine might keep you awake) A refreshing addition to the area. DON'T ORDER THE CHICKEN AND EGG SANDWICH! My rating is for the staff - there is not a fraction of a star small enough to rate the Chicken and Egg Sandwich. Staff are great. There was an issue in one of the toilets and they immediately addressed it. That was good. The Coffee, of course, was predictably good. My issue is with the Chicken and Egg Breakfast Sandwich. It's like an oversized soggy Chicken McNugget. The inside texture is like some kind of modified rubber. When you look at the cross section of the chicken there is kind of a semi-translucent gelatinous texture - no signs of actual chicken. It looks the result of rendering chicken carcasses blended with stabilizers and binders. Being a cheap soul - of course, I finished it (I was really hungry- but it was not easy.) But next time I would rather go hungry. Many of their sandwich options are quite tasty - so you still have options. Bon Appetit! read more

I typically do drive-thru here. It's fast, efficient, and friendly. They always remember our dog, Ernie. This time, I decided to go in. What a treat! Such a gorgeous inside space and I had no idea. I went through the drive-through today around 3:20 PM. They weren't busy, but it took quite awhile to get to the window. As I drove up to the window, the employee walked away. There were two orders sitting on the counter, one of which was mine. I waited for about three minutes before she came back. She had an empty glass in her hand and was taking an order. At this point, there was at least five cars behind me. She seemed oblivious to the fact that she was taking such a long time and moving very slowly. The service here used to be pretty good, but over the last couple of months things have gone downhill. Also, it would be nice if they cleaned off their card reader; it looks pretty dirty. read more

I typically reserve my reviews for a small independent coffee shop, but have to admit this Starbucks location is doing it right. Tall ceilings and deep leather seating for one, followed by double patios to take in the scenery. My pup was treated to a pup cup and I hear ceiling fans outdoors are to follow. Enjoyed meeting some local neighbors. May I suggest a couple of doggy water bowls, outdoor area rugs, and some acoustical live music to further enjoy this outstanding view? Good job to the powers that be.... read more

So bad staff seems angry and you feel like assembly line. You will wait a long time at the drive through. They do not really recycle anything even though the trash cans says recycle. read more

They were nice but I don't think they knew how to make what I ordered and I ended up with a milky less than like warm coffee of some sort. I've never received a bad drink from a Starbucks before. read more
