The wait is way to long!!! The customer service is wild and the girl tried to seduce me

The service. This morning, I went to the drive-thru to place an order for an iced coffee and the young girl who was taking my order was very rude and impatient. As I was trying to see the drive-thru menu to make sure I was ordering the correct item, she said in a very rude tone, "can you just tell me the size". I was flabbergasted to say the least. I like Dunkin Donuts as a whole, but the workers on the W 12th St location are trifling.I was going to give her the size drink if she would have been patient enough. I'm thinking about reporting her to the store manager, but I don't know yet. Y'all need to hire better workers that don't got a chip on their shoulders and act snotty and rude to customers. read more

Pros: donuts are always delicious, I love the coffee, the service is fast and friendly Cons: The croissants are seriously dense and more like eating a heavy loaf of bread than a light and airy croissant, and the hash brown rounds are best described as flaccid. Not appetizing. I love going here for the donuts and coffee, but this is not where I like to get my other breakfast options. read more

I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin today. I placed a mobile order for walk-in at 12:52p. I showed up to the store at 1:03p to walk in and grab my stuff. The lobby was closed for "routine maintenance", which we all know is BS for they can't handle a Sunday lunch rush. If this is the case STOP TAKING MOBILE ORDERS!!! I was forced to wait in the long drive through line. By the time I got my order it was 1:30. Food was cold and the drink was watered down bc the ice melted. Workers were doing nothing inside as far as maintenance unless you consider staring at the ceiling doing something productive. Absolutely horrible. These kids working here are going to go no where in life if they can't work a part-time job. read more

. Unfortunately drinks were in to go bag so we didn't notice before leaving. Plus the line is so long at DD there were cars extended onto the highway. Very slow moving line. Ended up parking next door and walking in! I don't know who is running this place but they need more staff or better processes! read more

Stopped this morning 8/9/2023 and they ended up getting my order completely wrong, not a single donut I ordered.

The menu contained items that were not actually being sold. My friend told me about a drink that was extremely good so I came after work today and saw it on the menu. When I asked for the item however they said they no longer sold it which crushed my hopes and dreams. read more

Went later in the night at 8:32 on November 24th, not a single car was in the drive thru and their inside was closed and our drinks took around 10 minutes to make. Then they proceeded to mess up all but 1 order and then forgot our straws. Poor management read more

Stood at the counter with no one ahead of me in line with no one taking my order for close to 15 minutes. It took them that long to serve the two people at the other end of the counter one of which only received one drink. I let them know I was there to pick up a doordash order and they told me that it was canceled They should let doordash know these things before people waste fuel and time trying to see e their customers that may not be able to get to the location Will never go here again, for doordash or myself. Update: I just waited in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes because they are understaffed. When I got to the window, just a small area that I could see, there were seven employees working. Does it sound like they are understaffed to you? It doesn't to me. As a doordash driver I see a lot of restaurants and seven employees is more than just about any other restaurant I visited in the last year! I don't know if it's laziness, po or management or if there's something I'm missing, but I don't think I am. It may even be lack of management. Either way I've decided I won't be returning to this location for personal ordering or doordashing. If you don't have an extra 30 minutes to kill don't visit this restaurant, please. Go somewhere that actually cares, example: any other restaurant. You could even make donuts at home faster than ordering them and waiting for them here! read more

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered an uber Eats order and had literally almost none of the donuts I ordered. No glazed, no strawberry frosted, no chocolate frosted, no blueberry glazed. Wouldn't be a problem if there was none and it wasn't that late in the day. How do you not have any GLAZED donuts? It's a donut shop for Christ's sake. I hate writing reviews but it was absolutely awful. There is no point to be open if you barely have anything. I just wanted some donuts and I ended up having to change my entire order. They need to be able to prepare for a day. I'm a manager in a food service industry and have never had this issue of running out of product. It's absolutely insane. Don't order if you want anything that you actually ordered, honestly I would go to another dunkin or another place all together. read more

If only 0 stars was an option. 4 days in a row of being out of items to make sandwiches than they have them but no baker working so no food what so ever to eat. Ice coffee so hot it melts the ice so you end up with a super watered down cup of coffee. Most of the time they forget the flavor shots altogether so taste like crap anyway. Horrible horrible place to get food. Wrote corporate to tell them and they emailed me back saying the franchise manager would be in touch. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. First off, the workers have tried to tell me SEVERAL times I cannot get cold foam on my ICED drink because it is "against dunkin' policy". What ever happened to customer service??? At the end of the day, I am paying for the drink so why does it matter? And on top of that, the workers were talking about me when my window was down, and I could hear everything. They were saying I 'threw a fit', when I genuinely was just confused on why I am just now being told I'm 'not allowed to ever order this drink again' when I have been ordering it consistently for a month now, without any issues. I even went to a different Dunkin' in the SAME DAY and they didn't even hesitate but to give me the drink I ordered. Completely unprofessional and will never be back to this location. The last THREE times I've gone through this Dunkin my order has been completely messed up. This time I ordered the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich.... got no bacon on it and didn't realize until I was home. Both of our drinks were messed up. And the workers were unprofessional and unpleasant. This wasn't even one of their busy times, there was no line circling the building per usual. This used to be the best Dunkin in Erie and it's gone far downhill the last few months. read more

Stopped here a couple of times. I think Dunkin's coffee and espresso are on the weak side. My friend ordered an iced mocha and was served a hot one, so they gave me the hot one for free. Stopped in this morning 10/8/19 @ about 7:20am or so to get a Choco Mocha and pastry. HUGE disappointment. First of all the coffee? if you want to call it that was so old it tasted like the night before pot. It was so bitter. I tried to call the store and ask who the manager was in the morning so I could speak to him tomorrow. I got the name and the clerk ask me what I was calling about when I began to tell him about the coffee, he interrupted and began to lecture me espresso. ? NO espresso does NOT taste like bitter day old, stale coffee. Strong yes, old and stale NO. Huge disappointment for a almost 4.00 per cup. put in a doordash pickup delivery at 1:18. at 1:34 we pulled into the parking lot and they pulled us. we waiting over half an hour before we got back in line. we we go an email saying the food was done over ten minutes before we got back in line. they told us that doordash orders had a specific time they had to be out and that they had just made our food. however, the hash browns were soggy and ice cold, and my "frozen chocolate" was over half melted, meaning they definitely had it made before we got to the window. it wasn't even i big order. i will not be returning read more
