It's closing time. It was a late night and I was coming back from Mohegan Sun (I know you read that review) when I need some coffee. Luckily in this state, DD seem to be all over the place and some in the most remote locations. Talk about being out of the way. This place reminded me of the movie Kill Bill II where out heroine walks into a diner in the middle of no where and ask for water. Well I needed coffee. They may have been closing soon because the young lady at the counter was emptying all the donut trays into one. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha no whip no foam. She informed me that they don't make that drink. Silly me I ordered my standard Starbucks drink. I switched to their basic black coffee. The young man working at the counter gave me a small at first and then switched it to a large. I also got two donuts. The lady at the counter picked my donuts. Of course, it's not the ones I can't identify easily. They're the round ones with the holes in middle. They were good. Overall four stars. Nice friendly people but no fifth because I ordered hot coffee and this was just below warm. Now excuse me, this area is where they film the alien abductions you see in all the movies., I gotta go. My recent visit to this establishment was an utterly appalling experience. The restroom facilities were not merely unclean; they were unequivocally trashy. The staff, including the manager, displayed a level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that was frankly astounding. The manager, in particular, was truly horrible and disrespectful. To say their conduct was "horrendous" would be an understatement; it was nothing short of trashy. I would strongly advise against anyone patronizing this particular location. read more

I love this dunkin so much. The staff are so amazing and ever since the new manager took over, my orders have gotten so much more accurate and actually taste good! (haha). I just wish there was music or something, but besides that, amazing. They deserve so much more business than they get. read more

Hello. I stopped at Dunkin on Nooseneck Hill Rd, Exeter, RI @ approx.3:30 pm on Sunday, Jan 12th. Once again, I left the drive thru with a coffee that was luke warm, at best. This also happened to me about 3 weeks ago. Same thing. The first time, I went back to get a new cup of coffee. Today? Walked back in and demanded my money back. Ridiculous. All the employees are rude, one of the males thinks he's a thug, but bro you're in Exeter, for the love of god, get yourself a belt. Absolutely the most poorly operated Dunkin' Donuts in the state of Rhode Island. It's more like a group of disgruntled teenagers who are pissed off that you've interrupted their group party. A clean place for coffee I believe this D&D is brand new. It certainly looks brand new with everything absolutely spotless and fresh, even the driveway. These D&D's are becoming as ubiquious as ticks in Rhode island. Do people really drink that much coffee and eat that many donuts? This particular D&D is among the best I hae every seen. Of course it is brand new so the squeaking clean appearance doesn't hurt but it also has a huge parking lot and drive through which makes getting in and out a breeze. The inside is very spacious with two counters and a row of tables along the side. Of course since it is still new the crappers haven't had time to get all nastied up. The men's room was so clean I almost felt guilty using it, Made me want to go home and clean my own bathroom. Over in the corner of the store there was a large, very comfy sofa and some soft reading chairs. It gave more of a yuppie Starbuck's ambiance to the place rather than the usual dumpy "in and out" of D&D. We stopped here driving to Connecticut and although we usually just get our coffee, use the crappers and run out of these donut dives, this time we got our stuff, planted our butts in a nice comfy chair and read the paper while drinking our coffee. So disappointed a coffee shop will not let a 2 yr old that is potty training use the bathroom my managers won't allow anyone under any circumstances... Will not be going there any more there are plenty on Dunkin Donuts around and guess what they all serve the same items. A coffee shop with no rest room really!!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION I didn't think it was possible for a dunkin to be this horrible. This must be the most inconvenient store in there chain. They seem to open and close at what ever time they get around to it, a lot of days they're not open in general. can not play Russian roulette in my coffee. If you can go here, if not go somewhere else not here. As a woman of Color, I politely asked for almond milk I always get milk in my coffee... When I was repeated I had a strong intolerance to it, they disregarded it. They did but not written on my cup. I worked in Dunkin when I was younger for a couple of months and had not had a problem creating for others. Yesterday, I trusted them. I made bathroom trips during an important event ...I felt embarrassed leaving frequently for mistakes like these every time I go here. I feel still feel not welcome from making this area my home where hometown Dunkin' Donuts does not serve me the way in North Providence. I'm not really one for reviewing Dunkin Donuts, but whatever. This one is clean and staffed well. Coffee is usually fresh. Only complaint is they close early. I'm sure for economic reasons it makes sense for them, but when I can't get a coffee and the sun is still up it drives me bonkers. Came through the drive through and ordered a coffee and 2 wake up wraps and just asked if they could make sure it was light and sweet since 90 percent of the time they cant comprehend what that is....to get a response from JOHN saying yup that's wut u said! This isn't the first time these people have been rude.I ordered a large cup of ice water with 2 bottles of apple juice and a cup of ice for the kids and the girl managed to fuck up a cup of water got pissed wen I said that it was a large cup of water not ice then had the nerve to charge me for the ice wen I bought my kids juice. I've never considered giving a poor review until today. This Dunkin serves the same food as every other Dunkin but it's the customer service, or lack thereof, that sets this one apart from the rest. You can count on your order either being wrong or that I lit wasn't entered into their computer 50% of the time. The store lacks employees with even the most basic customer service skills. If they mess up your order you either have to live with or accept a half-hearted "sorry". Never have they offered to fix the problem with my order. I believe that the lack of customer service skills is a reflection of the franchise owner. Sorry to say that a little adult supervision would go a long way to improving the customers experience. Fortunately the West Greenwich DD is less than five minutes from this one. read more

I use to go to the Dunkin on Nooseneck Hill Rd in Exeter. In fact most of the employees here used to stop by at least once a day with 1 or 2 coffee runs during the day. Six days a week it what we used to do. Now we will go out of our way to get are drinks & food else where. Today was a perfect example as to why it always looks like a ghost town...( and I deal with the public and no one a positive thing to say about the place) We ordered 3 pineapple coolattas, 1 frozen coffee & a med Iced coffee with skim milk and no sugar. When the girl made the ice coffee I noticed the color of it and asked if there was cream in it. The girl said yes so I had her correct the make it correctly. Our 3 pineapple coolattas were blue. Not ever having one was a little confused. But took them anyways... had to take them back to get what I paid for. She then makes 1 and I see blue again I asked why she told me I ordered the cosmo pineapple I said no just pineapple. So finally we get what we ordered. They weren't that good. Maybe your company needs to train people better plus check your profit & lose you may begin to see how often things are remade there. This has no been our only problem getting what we ordered. Which is why this was the last time we take a chance there. The afternoon shift sucks. If you expect to get what you paid for...Do Not Go To This Dunkin Donuts. read more
