This was my favorite Dunkin' until a few weeks ago when the primary person (Dawn?) left. Someone either knew my order without me asking or I would be asked "Good morning! What can we get you today". Now I am greeted with "What are you getting". I was handed a hot XL without the cap secured and it spilled all over me and my passenger - I was given a few napkins. No "I'm sorry" no "Let me make you another one". In the past 3 trips, my coffee has been wrong 3 times. I order decaf and TWICE it has not been decaf - since I am fully decaffeinated, I can definitely tell. I get 2 splenda - there is at least 3 today. I used to actually tell people about how awesome this drive-thru was and that I would be able to get through the drive-thru before the song was finished on my radio, now it's much more than that. I always stop between 530am and 545am and kept with Dunkin bc I usually love the coffee, it was always fast and perfect and so I would pay the extra. I think I will go back to getting my own at Cumberland for $2.50 less. I have to get out and make it myself, but at least I'll know it's right and I can thank myself since no one thanks me at Dunkin' anymore anyway. So sad this has gone so badly so quickly. read more

I spotted "Dunkin'" on the highway and exited for my morning coffee. At 5:30 am, it was hard to tell if they were open but another car in the drive-thru was all the confirmation I needed. A little bit of back-and-forth explaining that I wanted a coffee with some ice and not an ice coffee. My coffee and donut were great. Back onto the road and continued driving. I've stopped by this Dunkin Donuts location a few times in the last months usually around 2:30-3:30 in the afternoon. Now I know that's not being and early and it's not rush hour morning, but I find it very sad that shortly after lunchtime the donut and muffin selection is beyond limited. It's bad enough that none of the "baked" good are made in the locations they are sold in. All the donuts and other pastries are made at some larger facility and then delivered so the stores each morning. I guess maybe that's why they removed the DONUTS from their name and became just Dunkin. Either way it's all very sad that a once mighty New England chain has dwindled to a shadow of its former self. There's maybe two people here that make my day when I see them on shift here. Everyone else is extremely rude, and seems to consistently mess up the orders. The food is Garbage (yes I capitalized it, because it's that bad!!). My girlfriend asked them if they didn't mind running the hash browns through a second time and the person on-staff paused and then responded with a deadpan "sure". Once we got the order back it was clear nothing was done to them suggesting they just walked it back into the prep area and walked back to us. I've ordered "spiced" drinks here and have been given "iced" drinks in the dead of New England Winter. They've given me "everything" bagels with maybe a grand total of 2-3 seeds on them. The ambiance is godawful too, with an unusual crowd of rude soccer moms with their 4-6 children with them and sentient Monster energy drinks looking to get their (overpriced) caffeine fix. Note: This is not so much a reflection of the members of staff that are friendly and have been super kind when I've seen them. All I'm saying is they must have a hard time walking around and standing up straight from carrying this entire establishment on their shoulders. read more

The worst of em all. I reviewed this Nooseneck West Greenwich location once before and didn't go back for years. Decided to try it today ( why I don't know ) and the rudeness of the staff is insane. They couldn't get my order correctly, and it was SIMPLE, then gave me an attitude for THEM having to correct it. This review won't change a thing but at least y'all know it's a NO GO !!!! I usually don't hit Dunkin' very often because their reg coffee, hot or iced, is not my fav but every now and then I give it a chance. But I do like the Dunkin frozen coffee in summer but wanted it made with almond milk instead since I now have a milk sensitivity and Dunkin has dairy free options on the menu. I get it at every Dunkin in warwick near my work with no issues, no questions asked. Except for this particular Dunkin, so close to my house , on the way to work or just an afternoon pick me up or a weekend. Such snotty , condescending workers. Supposedly they cant make it at this location. No reason. Just cant make there. So when I inform them that every Dunkin in Warwick makes it with no problems or questions, I got a snotty reply back. This Dunkin has some of the rudest employees. While I was in there, I can hear 1 say I work here this is my place and said to the other person if you don't know what you want you shouldn't be standing there. This was said basically so I can hear her. I was like right there I mean, come on and then the other one is just as rude. The one that waited on me was just as rude. I am not going to this place ever again Food looked horrible. The donuts frosting was melting off of The donuts, I was very undecided. On What I wanted because of the quality I was looking at. About what you'd expect from a D+D. Always very fast, especially in the morning. Also, incredibly polite which is a huge plus for me. If they weren't I'd probably never go back. Kind of a deal breaker for me. It's a coin flip to whether or not they get our order right. I've been told by many that if you tip them, they'll remember you and not mess up your order. I thought their job was to get your order right in the first place??? Only a small amount of cheddar cheese bagel twists are in stock at any given time. You'd think they'd order more if they always run out. Maybe I don't know how ordering there works but it makes sense to me. read more

It's 5:12 in the morning. Nobody wants to be awake at this time but that's life. There's not much worse than starting your day by getting your breakfast from somebody who is just unpleasant. Food is already lackluster so poor employee customer service just puts the cherry on the cake. Employee needs to fix their attitude. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

It's a dunkin donuts same as any to me. Exactly what it should be, coffee, donuts and other breakfast items. Also, they are faster than the other two dunkin's I occasionally stop at. So it should get five star review...right. WRONG. Seriously what is it with drive through employees expecting your change. I've been made to feel like a jerk for asking for my change. You shouldn't have to ask for your change. By saying thank you I don't mean keep the change. I've now learned I cannot say thank you to these servers until after my change is in hand. So now I have to be the rude guy that doesn't leave his change and doesn't say thank you. It is your job to take my money and give me my food and change. You are not paid like a waitress or a bar tender. You do not deserve a tip. Dunkin donuts should institute a policy where servers cannot accept tips. Ever. read more

Messed up my coffee. They put seven sugars in my coffee and I literally had to repeat how I wanted it to the girl at the drive through SIX times. Went in today for my free coffee. I ordered four bagels, one was toasted with butter on it and cream cheese on the side. When I opened the bag at the counter, I asked where my cream cheese container was. Oh, we put it on your bagel. Asked they make it again. "Amanda" took my bagel and was so snitty and bitchy I wanted to walk out. Twice she had a snide comment. Went out and began to set the tray with my two large coffees on the floor of my BRAND NEW car, and the cover popped off of one of them, spilling it all over the new carpets. Also, when I got back to work, they'd put a cinnamon raisin bagel in instead of the ordered sesame seed one! Cost me two hours at work because I had to run the car into the dealership to be cleaned. So much for clean car aroma. NEVER EVER going here again. After all I'd said and done the most upsetting part is how nasty rude Amanda was. If I were Debbie H, I'd fire her. read more

If I could do negative one million I would!! The staff here is beyond horrible!! They took an order they couldnt fulfill and then charged us for it. They then gave us the coffee which was wrong when we asked if it was even decaf the girl stated we don't have decaf here (do To a medical condition the caffeine definitely would have been a serious issue). I asked if they didn't carry it or were just out and she responded with "do I look like I'm making coffee!" At this point I was fed up!! We asked for a refund and both girls stated they could not issue refunds. (One girl kept saying how nasty and unprofessional the other girl was and she was always like that that was the only honest thing about the place) I explained that you could not take money for an order you can not fulfill and they basically said too bad. We stated we weren't leaving till we got a refund and to get the manager on the phone or call another dunkin doughnuts to talk to a manger to find out how. They refused. Said no manager could be reached. I stated it's a debit I showed her it already came out of the bank to open the draw and issue a cash refund and explain to her manager what happened and if she had really been trying to call the manager would see the missed calls and understand. They refused. I said fine I will call the next dunkin doughnuts get a manager and have them explain to you how to do it. Miraculously the draw opened and we had our refund. This place is joke I never have had a good experience here and today was the final straw. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. read more
