I placed an order on 5-17-26 at 7am. The reason I did this, is because I live almost an hour and 30 mins away. I knew I would be in town that afternoon, so I ordered my donuts TO ENSURE that i would get what my family wanted. They are ALWAYS sold out of our flavors. I arrived at the drive thru, gave my name and was told to pull around. Once I arrived at the window, the girl told me they didn't have an order ready with my name. I said well, I have it on the app, it's right here. I showed her my phone. She then proceeded to tell me, THEY THREW MY DONUTS AWAY!!!! I'm sorry, WHAT?!?!? "You didn't come get them in a timely manner and it's company policy, to throw them away." So donuts THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR, were threw away because I didn't show up when you thought I should? Cars were piling up at this point, so I went inside. I told her WHY I ordered so early. I was even told by an employee to get what I wanted, I had to be there super early, during a previous encounter at the same store! I was THEN told, to leave my name and number for the manager to call me, after I asked for her number. She never did. It was super sweet and the donut was old and dry nit good at all. My friend wanted a glazed donut but they didn't have any of those either. I ordered a Carmel craze latte. They didn't have any whip cream so the girl suggested just ordering a regular Carmel latte since it's the same thing, .50 less. My latte was DELICIOUS. I visited this Dunkin' Doughnuts for the last time this morning. The female employee (long blondish brown hair) who took my order was offensively unfriendly, aloof and disengaged. She put my order in a bag and walked away without even thanking me. The prices here are outrageous and the quality of the doughnuts and bagels is only mediocre. The cinnamon/raisin bagel for which I paid $3.29 had only four raisins in it and barely a trace of cinnamon. The lady ahead of me at the counter was charged a ridiculous $2.89 for a 20 oz bottle of Mountain Dew. The price for just six doughnuts is $7.39. Panera Bread can be somewhat expensive but at least there, you'll find pleasant, smiling employees and much better food. I could contact the owner's office and complain, but I'm sure the experience I endured here meets or exceeds the owner's (Greg Darby) standards. read more

Best donuts! They have a limited edition s'mores donut that is fantastic! It's stuffed with the marshmallow fluff and is just super good! They have another donut that is stuffed with cake batter mix which is good but a little too sweet for me. And of course they have all the originals like glaze, blueberry and chocolate. All they did was sit on their phones taking about their relationships in the back and it took forever to get any kind of service. And when we did get it, our order was wrong. The experience/visit is either hit or miss, depending on which staff members are working. There are some good staff members, and others that aren't as good. Usually I have a less than pleasant experience when I stop by, particularly on Wednesday mornings. The usual staff on Wednesday mornings never seem to have everything together. I lost count at this point of how many times something went wrong, when I come by on some mornings. Today's visit in particular just really annoyed me. I ordered a coffee from the drive thru, was told to pull up to the window, and I do so. I see about 4 people inside, just standing and chatting. Two of the staff looked and saw me at the pick up window, but did nothing and resumes whatever conversation they were having. Minutes pass by, the staff is still chatting, I get a look or two, and still no one moves to greet me or take my payment. There was just no movement - no one was preparing my order. I sat at the window for 7-10 minutes before I waved at someone to come to the window. They all look at me in confusion. A woman comes to the window, and asked me if I had placed an order... I wanted to laugh, but I just said "Yeah, I did," and then she asked for my order. The second I repeated my order, she retreated inside and it looked like some were scrambling to get my order ready. Who did I speak with when I placed the order? A bot? A prerecording of someone? Perhaps I did, because it turned out that my order wasn't entered in the computer at all. The woman, who I assume is the supervisor or manager, came back to the window and gave me the excuse that she "spilled the coffee and they had to make a new cup." What a lame lie! After I just watched them all do nothing but chat and ignore me for almost 10 minutes. And this wasn't the first time she used this "spilled coffee" excuse on me. As much as I wanted to call her out on that lie, I just rolled my eyes and let her say her "apologies." She offered to pay for the coffee and a free donut for the trouble. I told her I just wanted the coffee, but she tried one more time with the free donut offer. She handed me the coffee, I took it, and drove off. Some of the employees have been there for quite some time now, months to almost a year in fact, and some haven't shown much improvement. I hope they get it together and do some retraining or something, cause things shouldn't stay this way. read more
