I ordered a $6 breakfast combo that comes with a bacon & egg sandwich, hash browns, and a coffee. I've never ordered this from Dunkin' before, I do see it as advertised after the fact, but I got only six small, extra salty hash browns. The bag was way too big for the small amount of tiny hash browns. I think if it wasn't so salty, I wouldn't care since I didn't see the advertised amount until after. The sandwich was decent and as expected, though. Overall, the $6 price was worth what I got, I just wish there was a bit less salt. The service from the employees was great though. They were friendly and my meal came out fairly quickly. When I arrived, it was fairly early and empty inside. The current time is 8:22 pm and the lobby is locked up. Sign says business hours are till 9pm. Drive through only, according to the preadult with blue hair and a bad attitude working the window. Don't think about walking up to the window, cars only... so if you live nearby or don't have a vehicle- you're out of luck. The dunkin coffee is decent, but not when it's totally inaccessible for pedestrians. The attitude I received from miss "friendly" was less than desirable and enough to cause me to never come back to this location. My advice- find a gas station, at least there you can walk in to get a cup of joe. read more

Coffee's good, cashiers have an attitude and don't bother telling you that the lobby is locked up even though the hours go until 9, they just swirl their arms in a circle like birds at you through the glass. So last week I had a negative experience and I followed up with their customer service. My coffee cup had broken in half (it was styrofoam) while I was driving to Raleigh. I was told if I couldn't come back that day they could do nothing for me. I contacted their customer service and the manager reached out to me and told me that whenever I could come in I can get my coffee for free (all I wanted honestly) I come in the manager I spoke with on the phone is there as well as the store manager. They get me my drink a size larger than the original one I had got. The store manager gave me a whole case of donut holes as well as a breakfast sandwich of my choice and some hash browns. We were so happy that another location opened near by. This location had some growing pains at the beginning which makes sense with any establishment. Since they fixed themselves, I have never problem dropping in to enjoy the occasional coffee or donuts for the kiddos. Parking is a bit weird here. There enough parking but you can not be right by the door. It's ok, you'll live to walk another 30ft. read more

I have my first Dunkin' Donuts drink a few days ago and I got the pumpkin spice iced latte and it was amazing I asked for extra sweet and that's exactly what they did whip cream all the works on top it was great.
