Wife got nachos which were came out and were very full of pulled pork, olives and cheese. Daughter got the lobster bisque which was on the special board, it was flavorful and came in a large bowl. Out back they have a small patio with a fire pit.

They offer coffee & espresso drinks, tea, draft beer, bottle beers, ciders, seltzers, wine, and soft drinks. For food, they served up bistro fare including baked goods, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, soups, salads, wings, flatbreads, pizza, lasagna, mac & cheese, quesadillas, and desserts. They offer full service dining and takeout and online ordering (prices higher in Clover). The place has a nice inviting relaxed atmosphere with exposed brick walls, shiny wood floors, oriental rugs, bar counter seating, high top table seating, couches & coffee tables. I stopped by Falcons recently for a late lunch and decided to eat in. I ordered the Quiche Lorraine ($10 plus tax) and the Mac & Cheese ($9 plus tax) with an ice water. My food was served to me in about 12 minutes after ordering. The portions of food were very good for the price. The Quiche Lorraine were 2 slices of quiche which were very dense with pieces of ham in a rich cheese & egg blend in a flaky crust, a bit of a saltier flavor. The Mac & Cheese had firm cavatappi macaroni smothered in a rich cheese sauce. I finished much of the food ordered, but I needed a small box for the extra slice of quiche, which I enjoyed for breakfast the next day. Overall, I enjoyed a nice filling lunch at Falcons Brewhouse with friendly service. I was also told that the menu here is evolving and changing with the charcuterie board being discontinued. I noted that the in-restaurant menu prices were significantly lower than the Clover prices for online ordering. You can call in your order for takeout and pay the lower in-restaurant prices.

I apologize to those that have given this spot a 5 star review. As a result of these rave reviews,…read moreI was excited to grab a big, awesome breakfast. I miss having a diner that's super close to home with an outstanding breakfast/brunch offering and reasonable pricing. Over The Moon in Schuylerville was my go-to spot and I haven't replaced them since they shut down. If I were being completely honest, my experience here was actually closer to 2 or 2.5 stars. Service was great and everyone was friendly. They clearly work very, very hard. But most of the food was served lukewarm and cold-ish. The potatoes were burnt...and I like mine well done....but I couldn't even get my fork through some of them. Burnt yet cold...not a great combination. Same with my breakfast burrito...the cheese was only partially melted and it just wasn't hot. Coffee was strong. Plenty of half and half on the table. The other breakfast was also "meh" and not quite hot, either. Giving them the benefit of the doubt; perhaps I just hit them on an off day.

The food is fresh, well prepared and made to order. I've had breakfast and lunch from this venture and love the concept. Villa fried bread dough with butter and cinnamon sugar is a rare treat to find. Great burgers and breakfast sandwiches to go!!!! Check out soon and grab some !!!

The original Sullivan's Diner was at this same location many years ago with a storied history on their website. This space has been home to other eateries over the years including the Country Corner Café, Phat Chicks Corner Café and The Corner Diner. Sullivan's Diner serves up traditional American fare and comfort foods. The breakfast offerings include eggs, pancakes, French toast, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, homemade corned beef hash, and breakfast sides. Lunch/Dinner selections include burgers, deli sandwiches, hot sandwiches, club sandwiches, wraps, hot dogs, fish fry, clam fry, soups, and salads. The prices seem reasonable. There is table seating near the front window, booths along the wall and counter seating to the left. The cashier stand is near the front door. Bill was also here chatting with customers. I stopped by Sullivan's Diner recently for lunch. The place slightly busy early afternoon and I could sit anywhere I wanted. I was quickly told they ran out of corned beef hash after sitting down and given a menu. I ordered the Fish Fry Basket ($12.95 plus tax) with an ice water. There was a large party ahead of me still waiting for their food. My order was served to me in about 20 minutes. The fish basket was a good portion of hand breaded and deep fried crisp piece of cod, hand cut golden fries (lightly salted), tartar sauce and a small cup of slaw. The food was a bit greasy, and very hot and tasty. I was given the check afterwards, which was $13.86 with tax and before tip. I will definitely have to take another ride over here for breakfast!
