I love the drinks and the employees are very nice. However this last time I was there I waited 15 minutes for a tall hot latte. This wait time is unacceptable. I have been going for years and when John was manager I never waited longer than 5 minutes. Currently they seem to have more people on staff also. One was making drinks, one was working in drive through and one was working at the register. Many others were talking or replenishing supplies.Not sure what happened but I will be going elsewhere for coffee in the future. read more

I ordered the summer berry Boba refresher and got basically what tasted like water and about six different different literal pea size Boba. I did doordash so i can't say anything about the service, but what i can say is it tasted terrible. Also, 15 dollars for ONE drink? This is the worst starbucks i've EVER been too. The customer service is TERRIBLE . The people are all rude and have a disgusting attitude. I've never rated Sbux but I had crappy experience today. At the drive thru there was an easel with a holiday drink on the front and a sale message on back 50% off bag holiday coffee plus a short hot chocolate for free with any drink purchase. I'm ordering a drink plus inquiring what type of holiday coffee because I was going to buy it. They had nerve to tell me that message on outside easel is expired. Managers take note you should have honored coffee and the free hot chocolate SINCE IT WAS OUTSIDE. Proper protocol would have been letting me have the deal and then take away sign. No apology from the manager just got a nasty look. Balls. The nice girl at window apologized for her and I told her it wasn't her fault. I always like this location but I don't appreciate the way I was treated for their mistakes. I will be contacting corporate. read more

Went to this Starbucks this morning and I hadn't been to this location in about two years and I noticed that they had renovated it recently. I ordered my drink which was wrong size but I wasn't going to complain so I was able to sit at a table to pass the time. read more

Everything is fresh and vibrant. The staff are social and enthusiastic. It has a social and bright vibe.

Been going to this starbucks for a while and they almost always get my drink order to perfection. Only time they made it wrong was they made my quad latte as a macchiato, so I just had to wait to get home so I could stir it in. Too often people come to reviews to bash people and not to give them the praise they deserve. This location is always busy and the staff are always so kind and speedy. Will continue to be a customer here for a long time for sure. read more

I absolutely live the staff at this Starbucks. I've come to this Starbucks since 2011 and I have never had an order come out wrong. I also like that I am able to modify my coffee to exactly what I want without any issues. The only thing I would change is that it is frustrating that I can't leave a tip when I use card. I have to remember to keep cash on me and I really think they should change the card reading system to be able to leave a tip. read more

Never had an issue with my order at this Starbucks & the employees there have always been fairly nice. I regularly use their drive thru & if there's a long line it makes the parking lot chaotic. But they usually move the line quickly which is greatly appreciated.i rarely go inside to order so I can't really speak much to their service inside. From past experiences though, I know there's a lot of spots to sit though. They have free WiFi too so it's a good place to stop in, do some work, study, etc. read more

My wife and I are fairly regular customers of many of the regions Starbucks and this is our favorite one. Good location, efficient drivethru, spacious inside, and a friendly and mostly competent staff. They have even let our local geocaching group hold a couple of events here. read more

I go through this drive-thru 6 days a week and although sometimes it's a little longer than normal, it's always worth the wait! All of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. My order is always received correct and the employees at the window are always friendly knowledgeable helpful and just outright nice! I know that Starbucks coffees are more expensive than the other guys. But you pay for quality. And you get both when you go to Starbucks. You get quality coffee and you get quality employees! I don't buy coffee anywhere else. Bravo to the management and the staff for always delivering 100%. Covid-19 practices are always and use here! read more

Stephanie is a Barista who clearly is passionate about her job. She took the time to help us create drinks similar to the pumpkin spice that we loved so much during that season. She crafted 4 great drinks, two for our daughters with milk and cold foam, and one for my boyfriend and myself. Mine was a butterscotch cold brew with vanilla cold foam which was magical. Once we got to the window for pick up, she insisted we try our drinks before leaving so that we were happy with them. I believe this lady should get a raise!! This is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The barista didn't listen to me or the guy in line before me and screwed up both our drinks. I usually love Starbucks and can't say anything good about this one in Queensbury. My motto is 3 strikes and you're out...well this Starbucks is OUT! I ordered a Banana Chocolate smoothie with skim milk and extra ice in a vente cup. I picked it up at the window and it actually looked like a vanilla milkshake. Very little chocolate...so much ice that it was hideous. I know...be careful what you ask for. But....I have to say that every other Starbys I have been to can do it right. So I was pissed and went back and just had them make a normal one. No complaints. Strike one! Then I went Saturday morning at 9:30, the day of the Balloon Festival and they were busy. Not my problem...when you have a big event in town like this...perhaps you need to have more employees working on that day. A no brainier! I ordered a normal banana chocolate smoothie. Was told to pull forward and they would bring my order out as the blender blades were stripped. OK! Pull forward! Like where? The other cars need to get out of the drive up Lane so I finally found room to park. I waited. I waited. I waited some more. Finally I went in and had to pick it up myself. I was furious!!! Excuse: we are so busy. Sorry, no excuse! Hello...crappy customer service!!! I called and complained and got a free smoothie the next day, but man the person at the window was chilly as could be when I picked it up at the window! Strike 2! Today I ordered a Banana Chocolate Smoothie and got to window and was handed the cup. It looked thin to me, but it was chocolate looking. But...the person who made it forgot to put ice in it. Really? I was drinking chocolate milk...period! I was so pissed but decided I was done. Strike 3! Starbucks in Queensbury...you are OUT! I will never go to your store ever again..EVER! You know you've lived in NYC for too long when you are legitimately giddy over a Venti Chai ONLY costing $3.95. *sigh* I digress. Needing a place to do some homework while staying in a motel in Lake Luzerne that has no working WiFi or cell phone reception (AHHHHHH! THE HORROR!), this Starbucks is currently providing me a very lovely respite, teaming with dual levels of seating and WiFi a'plenty! The baristas are quick, friendly, and efficient. (Kudos to the girl running orders for both walk-ins and the folks in the drive-thru.) Just stopped in to this Starbucks on 5/8/19 after my morning workout- to treat myself to a Starbucks Chai tea latte. So I walked in the door around 6:32am and no other patron was in the vicinity of the counter. So I looked up at the menu and walked over to the cash register to place my order. I waited what felt like forever, and not one of the 4 associates behind the counter acknowledged me or looked at me. It appeared they were handling a big order, but all they had to say to me was a simple I will be right with you, but not one did so. After what felt like forever I turned around and left the building. Maybe it was a bad morning for everyone, or maybe it was just me being impatient, all I know is that there is a couple of locally owned coffee shops just minutes away, that are selling $5.00 cups of flavored water too. read more

3 days. 3 orders screwed up. Each time I ordered a venti nonfat iced caramel latte. Day 1: they tried to give me a hot latte Day 2: ordered a latte, tried to give me a macchiato. At least it was iced - the barista from the day before was working and made it a point to find it hilarious that my order was messed up 2 days in a row. Day 3: apparently caramel isn't considered necessary in a caramel latte. Unfortunately I went through the drive-through and didn't notice until I was 5 miles down the highway. Thankfully my vacation is over and I won't have to go back to this Starbucks until September. I'm dreading it and will probably go to the Starbucks across the street in Target. read more

This is easily my favorite Starbucks in the southern ADK region! It's the perfect place to catch up on my class work. I also really enjoy the spacious environment because I do not feel closed in. The coffee is always delicious and I love their bagels. The staff is always super friendly to me and helps me use the rewards program when I have questions. It's Starbucks. I'm going to assume that you know their prices are high and their music is decent, and that you have made your own decision about if you like their food/drinks (I don't). So I'm not going to rate the place on those aspects. I'll rate it on the actual space and the employees. It isn't the cleanest, but they have lots of seating and space to work. The wifi doesn't always work! If you are planning on doing work there, unless you really want something to eat/drink, I would recommend trying to connect to the wifi before you buy anything. They do have some games, and since they have large tables that could be fun. Employees are ok, service varies. Don't come in in the evening (last couple hours before closing), because they will have started putting some of the food away, and will be cleaning around you while you try to sit and work. read more

Okay so I am someone who gets Starbucks quite often. At most other locations I've been approached with poor attitudes. But this location has seemed to be the exception. I been treated with kindness every time I go. They are always happy to help with anything. Especially Justin. He is always the happiest and you can tell he's genuinely happy and not just faking it for customer service. I love when I go to this location and see Justin it just makes my day 10x better. So if anyone ever wants to have amazing customer service with genuine smiles, go to this location. The staff are loud with personal conversation. One staff member seems to like to mock customers ordering (blond and dark hair with stripped sweater shirt). One staff stated she was just going to stand there, get paid and then leave. Tables are dirty. Unfortunately I find it employee centered and not customer focused.
