While on vacation in lauderdale by the sea, my family visited this dunkin across from our hotel almost every morning. They have a medium coffee and 2 wake up wraps for $6 deal right now and you it was perfect for breakfast! This is the first time I have been to a dunkin where they get the order RIGHT! Not only right, but these are the friendliest workers i have ever seen at a dunkin. Everyone was so nice and happy and seemed like they loved their jobs. What a huge difference it makes. You can tell there are the same regulars there every morning sitting outside chatting. This Dunkin' opens very early. Like 5am. So for those early risers, this is an option on the Galt mile for a drink or snack. Staff is very hardworking. I see them work very efficiently. Some days happier than others. But again. They probably get up around 3am to open the store at 5 !!! read more

I really like the people here and I Wish I could give 5 stars, but the order accuracy and occasional long wait times makes this a solid 4 star rating. Dunkin' is a solid choice for quick coffee and light breakfast or lunch foods. $10 for two people isn't bad as other local restaurants would easily be double that. (New York deli is right next door and a great choice for breakfast as well). My main complaint here is the way they take your order and have you pick it up at the opposite end of the small store. The problem is that sometimes people take or are given the wrong order without anyone checking for accuracy until after the mistake is made. This location is very convenient for me. It's 1 mile from my apartment I live right on the beach I made a mobile order through the app ordered my breakfast sandwich and my iced coffee at 7:00 AM. The location is seven minutes away from my house. I literally get there and I'm waiting all the way till 730. My cold brew coffee was obviously ready but my sandwich the manager proceeded to start my sandwich when I'm in the store, this caused me to be late for work and is not good when you're in a rush that's the whole point of mobile ordering so I don't have to deal with the line or anything not professional at all get it together read more

We came in and placed our order 11:26 am on 07/09/2021 and walked out 1149am and we were missing half our order. I went back in and showed them the receipt that I was missing my hashbrowns and it took another 10min to make them. By the time I got to the car my avocado toast was hard (inedible) and my wake up wraps were cold. I couldn't go back inside in fear of being having to wait longer for more food. I left and drove off. I'm unsure of the management there but there needs to be an adjustment. A lot of Unhappy costumers including myself. The issue I saw was only one person making the food and 3 others standing by the register talking and laughing. More than $22 wasted here. Across from my hotel..a block up..Yes!!!! Nice little spot with sidewalk seating and just enough seating inside. I got Hazelnut swirl ..and maple glazed DOUGHNUT that I haven't had in FOREVER..but when on Vacay.. Cashier was pleasant and Danielle got my coffee started and she fixed it perfectly!! People were coming and going some stayed. I even opted to sit inside..didnt want to deal with The Birds!!! When not serving guests the staff was busy cleaning.. Let's just talk about the service and the establishment: Can I do 0 stars?? There were three girls behind the counter and a line out the door. We wanted coffee and so of course, we patiently waited our turn. We were treated with little courtesy and our order was totally messed up (missing an item and got an incorrect item-- veggie instead of turkey sausage). When we went back, to the front of the line, her answer was just that that is what I ordered (it wasn't; my fiance even heard me). But even if not, whatever happened to "the customer is always right?" Try to make it right instead of just asking if I want to place another order!! There was still my coffee... or so I thought. When got to the sugar rack and they were clean out of EVERYTHING! every type of sugar, stirrers, AND napkins-- all out. There was only trash there. Disgusting. Terrible. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this DD!!! I'm not sure about the negative reviews, tourists? Yes there can be a line, yes it can seem kind of slow...why because the manager and the employees are personable and talking to guests. IMO, that is not a bad thing!! I have a special order for my iced coffee and no matter when I go in there, any one of the employees knows my order. One employee mentioned that I was freaking out cause I was a month into school semester...I must have mentioned it, she is the employee who is usually making the sandwiches so I don't talk to her much. I couldn't believe that she remembered that tiny lil detail of my life...I'm lucky I can remember that I am a month into another semester. And since this is the ONLY DD who can consistently get my iced coffee correct I drive over here on the weekends to get iced coffee if I am craving it...I must pass 3-5 DD on the way. read more

Horrible service i was there on Saturday morning with a group from taekwondo around 15 people, as soon as we walk you can tell the cashier was not happy to see so many people to take care of.
