Disappointing First Experience - Wilton Manors Location I decided to try Bagels & Co. for the first time and arrived around 10:00 a.m. I placed my order and waited. After about 30 minutes, I started feeling a little impatient, but I stayed quiet and waited since the place was very busy and standing-room only. Eventually, I heard them call out "Brandon Brandon." My name is Brandon, and it appeared that the cashier may have accidentally entered my first name twice on the ticket. Assuming it was my order, I went up and said, "Brandon?" The employee responded, "No, it's Brandon Brandon." I calmly asked what was in the order to confirm whether it was mine. At that point, she loudly said, "Come on, dude, you would know if your name is Brandon Brandon," in a very condescending tone. The way it was said -- at the top of her lungs -- was extremely embarrassing, especially in a packed restaurant. The person speaking appeared to be the manager, which made the situation even more disappointing. After waiting 35 minutes for a simple bagel sandwich, they finally called out just "Brandon." I honestly felt hesitant to even walk up after being spoken to that way, but I did so just to get my food and leave. Everyone can have a busy morning, but there's no reason to speak to a customer like that -- especially when they're simply trying to confirm their order. When the food is right it's amazing, but our orders are wrong almost every time. Things like tomatoes slices on the wrong bagel, missing bacon we paid for. If they could get the quality control under check this place would be our fave place. We keep coming back because we know it has so much potential, but please, please we beg you check the orders a second time before making or packing for customers. read more

I'm obsessed with the variety of bagels they have and schmears. They are always rotating and coming up with new flavors and even their coffee menu changes. We got a few of their bagels. Their classic is highly stacked with salmon. The Mr French was definitely the favorite due to the savory sweet contrast with the sausage. Picture a McGriddle theme. I loved how crunch the chicken was in the Hot Honey lunch sandwich. The team was very sweet and I loved how quick they were to serve. This location is that of a small bagelry with a few tables, seems more like a take-out spot. The service was fast and friendly. My only gripe was that my iced coffee tasted slightly burnt. There is such an array of goodies, it was difficult to choose what to order. Since it was my first time at Bagels & Co., I went simple with an Everything Egg Bagel with cream cheese. This place was awesome when the owner was here in the beginning. Now, Thursday morning, 945am. Moderately busy. We had three orders. The first order coffee and Breakfast sandwich, service was timely. Second order a breakfast sandwich. After waiting about 10-15 minutes had to go ask. Order done wrong, redo was quick and delicious. Third order, bagel with cream cheese and hash-brown. After 15-20 minutes finally went to counter. Received a bagel with cream cheese and they stuck a cold hash-brown on the bagel ... lol. Everyone was done by this point so our friend just threw the hash brown away. Went watch several return to the counter inquiring on status. One guy commented could have made it myself faster. Went to use bathroom before eating, it was like going to a dirty gas station. Ick The noise level was crazy. You can't even carry on a conversation as the employees are yelling back and forth across the back counter. Overall, food is really good when right. Service, cleanliness and noise unacceptable. I opened the sandwich there and the salad spread which was all mayo and spread completely out of the bagel all over the paper, like some had pressed down on the sandwich. Had to visit a friend that works at the venue in Wilton manors. It was early in the morning and I was craving a bagel. Staff told me to check out bagels and Company and I'm so glad I did! I walk in and the place is super clean, energized and the staff looks like they enjoy working there! That's always a great sign. :-) Started talking to this wonderful person Kim who told Josh that I was new as I was taking all of the different bagels and cream cheeses in. Without hesitation, Josh graciously offers me a free bagel with cream cheese before knowing I was about to buy a whole bunch of product. I have to say not only is the staff amazing but their bagels are off the chain! I tried out Bagels & Co for the first time after seeing so many videos on social media about it and they were super packed. The store has a lot of windows and good lighting all around. I was pleasantly surprised on their variety of cream cheese. I got a bagel and a variety of cream cheese to try out. Unfortunately the bagel was cold so it wasn't too enjoyable to eat. But the cream cheese were very interesting. My favorite was the black truffle cream cheese, so flavorful. Will definitely want to try out their other flavors. read more

The place is small (we visited the 7th Street location) but they have some big personalities behind the counter while you waited. We had Asiago Bagels. Their cream cheese came from the Gods themselves . They also did not skimp on the amount they give you. We went on a weekday where they were not so busy. Went to this place because I saw it on TikTok and I would say it's a bit overrated. It is a no frills place that serves breakfast and lunch so you can get an early breakfast. I think people like the selection of bagels and cream cheese spreads because that have some fun ones. I opted for the lox spread on a everting egg bagel and it was good. The bagels are good and the spread was good and generous. The only problem is they are short staffed and the workers were under a bit of stress so we had a little wait. There are two kiosks where you can place an order and wait, but I had cash and needed to order with the server. He was under a bit of stress so it seemed like it he had a bit of an attitude but I smiled and kept it moving. I know that there are rough days at work so it won't deter me. Everyone was friendly. 4 star ambience: inside it's a little too sparse...they could use more tables both inside and outside. There's a cool terrace area next to the street. Oddly enough this location used to be Wilton Manors Starbucks and inherited the basic layout. The inside has been reconfigured with a sleeker easier layout. Numerous times (more than 3) I have ordered bagels online to pickup and the order is ALWAYS incorrect. Their system of processing orders both online and in store has to change as it's in such disarray. An order for 2 bagels and cream cheese on the side shouldn't be that difficult every time to get right. Chicken "cutlet" was thick, spongey/watery and to be honest tasted bio engineered. I've had better chicken at fast food chains. They added raw red onions? I came across this place by accident, and yes I like Einstein Bros, etc. so I feel for me it was a good fit. The bagels were very good and the variety was enough to keep most people happy.
